Abstract

This study wants to highlight the learning of post-Covid-19 vocational schools in Palembang, especially how to re-accommodate local culture as an integrated part of learning in schools.The significant impact of the pandemic on vocational education over the past two years has hampered various courses of learning in schools.Here, there are three aspects that will be explored, namely in terms of education management, future challenges and potential for curriculum development after Covid 19.This study is a qualitative research, research data collected from the results of the literature, interviews and documentation.Then the data is interpreted through descriptive analysis.The results of the study indicate that vocational schools face the uncertainty of the situation as a challenge in making changes to adaptive learning formats.Such conditions open up opportunities for the development of a responsive and more flexible curriculum to accommodate local culture as part of learning in vocational schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi teknologi Digital Twin dalam manajemen peralatan laboratorium, dengan fokus pada studi kasus di laboratorium Teknik Industri. Melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi konsep dasar Digital Twin, aplikasinya dalam manajemen laboratorium, serta manfaat dan tantangan implementasinya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Digital Twin dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperbaiki pemantauan peralatan, dan meningkatkan pengalaman pembelajaran di laboratorium Teknik Industri. Namun, implementasinya juga menghadapi tantangan seperti kompleksitas integrasi sistem dan kebutuhan akan keahlian teknis. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi institusi pendidikan yang mempertimbangkan adopsi teknologi Digital Twin dalam manajemen laboratorium mereka.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengolahan limbah tahu menjadi makanan ringan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Oi Mbo, Kota Bima sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap potensi lokal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, khususnya ibu rumah tangga dan remaja, dalam mengelola limbah ampas tahu menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis. Metode kegiatan meliputi survei awal, sosialisasi program, pelatihan teknis, dan evaluasi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa ampas tahu masih belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan hanya dijadikan pakan ternak atau dibuang. Dalam pelatihan, peserta diajarkan cara mengolah ampas tahu menjadi makanan ringan dengan berbagai rasa serta diberikan pemahaman mengenai pengemasan dan pelabelan produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menghasilkan produk yang layak jual dan mulai memahami pentingnya inovasi dalam pemanfaatan limbah. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya membantu mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha rumah tangga baru yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan keterampilan berbasis potensi lokal dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi.

Abstract

Projek Kepemimpinan ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan ketahanan pangan dan kesehatan ma- syarakat di era modern, khususnya bagi komunitas dengan keterbatasan lahan dan akses terhadap pan- gan sehat. Kegiatan bertajuk “Budidaya Sistem Tanam Hidroponik untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Masyarakat” dilaksanakan di Desa Delod Peken dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Sistem hidroponik dipilih sebagai solusi karena mampu mengoptimalkan lahan sempit, hemat air, bebas pes- tisida, serta ramah lingkungan. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, peserta yang mayoritas meru- pakan ibu rumah tangga dan anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) berhasil memperoleh keterampilan praktis dalam bercocok tanam hidroponik menggunakan barang bekas sebagai media tanam. Projek ini menunjukkan pencapaian yang signifikan, antara lain: peningkatan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga, penyediaan sumber pangan sehat, peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, serta terbukanya peluang usaha mikro berbasis pertanian modern. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga berkontribusi pada penguatan karakter kepemimpinan mahasiswa PPG dalam mengelola dan menjalankan program berbasis masyarakat. Den- gan demikian, hidroponik tidak hanya menjadi metode tanam alternatif, tetapi juga bagian dari upaya pembangunan berkelanjutan yang mendukung gaya hidup sehat, produktif, dan ekologis

Abstract

Introduction: An essential part of Indonesia's National Education Standards are the infrastructure and facilities for education. All formal and informal educational institutions are required to provide facilities that assist students' physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and psychological development, as stipulated in Article 45 of the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003. Objective: In order to create a school facilities and infrastructure management model that is focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this project will integrate the 5S Kaizen industrial work culture into vocational schools (SMK Negeri) in the Bireuen Regency. It also assesses how useful and successful the model is at streamlining school facility management. Method: The study used Plomp's model as part of its Research & Development (R&D) process, which consisted of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and assessment. Principals, vice principals, heads of expertise programs, workshop leaders, administrative leaders, and effective teachers were among the participants. Validated by expert evaluations, implementation observations, response surveys, and competency tests, the research tools included a model book, an implementation manual, and a module guide. Results: The average validation scores for the generated model were 4.57 (model), 4.62 (implementation handbook), and 4.63 (module guide), indicating strong validity. Positive participant response rates in trials I and II were 85.91% and 86.31%, respectively, indicating that classical completeness was attained. The N-Gain analysis classified its effectiveness as moderate, showing competency gains of 61.75% and 62.21%. Conclusion: The model promotes ongoing advancement in vocational education by encouraging an organized, industry-based approach to SDG-aligned school facility management. For policymakers and school administrators working in vocational education settings, this study offers a novel paradigm for incorporating industrial methodologies—specifically, 5S Kaizen—into the administration of educational infrastructure.

Abstract

Ariezta Art is a micro-enterprise in Sidorejo Village, Pemalang Regency, producing handmade resin-based crafts. The business faces several challenges, such as limited digital marketing skills, unsystematic product design, and lack of basic financial recording. This community service program seeks to empower Ariezta Art through digital promotion training, product design assistance aligned with market demands, and basic financial literacy education. The implementation stages include identifying partner needs, preparing relevant training modules, and evaluating program outcomes. Results show improved partner capability in utilizing social media for promotion and recording daily financial transactions. Additionally, product designs have become more attractive and market-oriented. This program is expected to contribute to strengthening the competitiveness and business continuity of Ariezta Art, helping the MSME face the dynamic demands of the creative market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji teknik pengumpulan data yang efektif dalam menganalisis praktik berbahasa di kelas, baik melalui pendekatan kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Fokus penelitian terletak pada pemilihan metode yang mampu meningkatkan validitas dan reliabilitas data kebahasaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berbahasa secara sistematis melalui instrumen seperti tes dan kuesioner, sementara pendekatan kualitatif menekankan pada pengamatan langsung terhadap penggunaan bahasa dalam interaksi kelas, seperti melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan adanya perbedaan karakteristik antara kedua pendekatan, di mana masing-masing memiliki kekuatan dan keterbatasan. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan metode pengumpulan data harus disesuaikan dengan tujuan analisis bahasa agar hasil penelitian mencerminkan realitas praktik berbahasa secara akurat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan metode campuran (mixed methods) untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih menyeluruh terhadap penggunaan bahasa dalam konteks pembelajaran.

Abstract

Airlines must always improve passenger services on the ground. One of its services is the determination of time or On Time Performance which is a benchmark for the trust of service users who are the choice to travel. There are obstacles that become obstacles in achieving On Time Performance, namely worsening uaca, inadequate airport facilities, traffic and others. This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. This research is qualitative with data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research will be conducted in July 2023 at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. The result of this study is the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft is to ensure all tools, needs and employees are ready to be positioned with their respective duties, and monitor the weather for the aircraft in order to land. In addition, the Ramp Handling Unit serves as a liaison between operational activities at the facility and operational activities at the terminal. To provide or ensure all activities on the aircraft and in the terminal run properly. The achievement of On Time Performance has been maximally optimized according to the time given by the company for 20 minutes the aircraft while on the ground, the Ramp unit makes excellent use of this time. The achievement of punctuality has been carried out optimally starting from before the plane landed. All jobs such as, helping cabin crew pick up garbage from the plane, communicating with pilots, and communicating with engineers to ensure the condition of the engine to raise passengers into the plane.

Abstract

To enhance the pedagogical skills of elementary school (SD) teachers in Dairi Regency, this study aims to evaluate the characteristics, feasibility, and effectiveness of the CarLOS-based training management model. Conducted from June 2023 to February 2024, the research involved 100 teachers and two model trials, utilizing the ADDIE framework—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. All research instruments were validated and tested for reliability through expert review and user trials. Key features of the CarLOS model include active participant engagement in collaborative design, adaptive flexibility to accommodate changes, collaborative learning that promotes cooperation and knowledge sharing, integration of technology-enhanced collaborative learning, a theoretical foundation combining inductive training and collaborative learning models, and inclusive participation to ensure broad involvement. Experts rated the model with an average score of 94%, while user trials yielded an 88.25% feasibility rating. Significant improvements in pedagogical competence were demonstrated by N-Gain scores of 76.08% in limited trials and 77.87% in extensive trials, supported by paired sample t-test results. With an overall user evaluation score of 94.49%, the findings confirm that the CarLOS model is highly effective in enhancing the pedagogical competencies of SD teachers in Dairi Regency. Beyond improving teaching skills, the model also strengthens the overall teaching methodology in primary education.
