Abstract

This study analyzes how technological innovation supports and improves student learning outcomes and sustainability at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Antasari. This study obtained data from interviews with senior lecturers and researchers and 12 resource persons, and 12 open questions. We conducted a series of questions for interviews and a literature study to understand how this change occurred. Next, the researchers analyzed the interview results with a phenomenological approach; to ascertain how technological innovation supports 21st-century learning in higher education. Based on the existing data and discussion, concluded that technological innovations such as the internet and digital applications currently in academic activities in the distance learning process and student face-to-face classes strongly support that goal. This considers the penetration of the internet and computer technology used in learning and teaching. With the experience of lecturers and students at UIN Antasari. Technological innovation supports learning there with the clear advantages of existing technology. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this study be helpful to improve the quality of further research. Keywords: Technological Innovation, 21st-Century Learning Outcomes, Learning Outcome

Abstract

The article is to examine several pieces of evidence from previous studies to understand higher education governance in the crisis-era related to the challenges of achieving equal distribution of education quality. Data collection involves searching for many published articles, including journals, books, magazines, and websites that discuss higher education governance issues regarding quality and opportunity. The data analysis involves a comprehensive evaluation data coding system, critical interpretation, and comprehensive and high decision making. The data search is done with the help of technology, especially online data sources using keywords such as the quality of higher education, equal opportunity. Based on the findings, explanations, and discussions, we can summarize that the governance of higher education in the crisis era faces various challenges related to equity and the achievement of high quality. When a crisis occurs, the changes are significant, and they cannot carry out various obligations and intellectual rights so that they ignore the quality and equity of higher education. Therefore, this study recommends that high fences be managed by emphasizing finding solutions to address the challenges of service quality and equity by following guidelines and regulations in force in many countries. It is hoped that this study will become an essential input to solve the challenges of higher education afflicted by various crises. Abstract

The problem companies are becoming increasingly complex and competitive business be increased very sharply, as a result of changes in the business environment in the era of globalization. Companies must be able to adapt to the environment in order to survive in the midst of these conditions. For that management is required to manage the organization in a better and more professional in controlling the activities of the company. Business "shock market" Cikarang, Jababeka, Bekasi as a collection of merchants who sell various products to lower middle class should immediately anticipate and prepare for making new business strategies to survive and thrive in the future. Abstract

This paper discusses the issue of the pandemic vaccine and its impact on health services in both public and private hospitals. The author believes that if a pandemic hits the world, the world leaders call for a united response to the pandemic issue by being very prepared and mobilizing all their energy and policies. For this reason, we want to understand how experts think about health services in hospitals and the issue of responding to the pandemic. Our data were obtained from various literary sources such as publications of scientific journals on public service health during the pandemic and various other reading sources that actively discussed the issue in question. The review effort involved a series of methods, including coding data interpretation of data in a detailed evaluation and concluding based on the validity of the data findings. Finally, after discussing the findings, we can conclude that the issue of pandemic vaccines impacts other health services in Indonesia. This is because government policies are very intense and focused on dealing with vaccines and other services.

Abstract

We believe that we can get relevant answers for this study by providing accurate data from studies by field experts. We get supporting data from several thieves and electronically in databases of scientific journals, books, and websites that discuss issues where governance challenges improve academic learning outcomes in the tall tree in the digital era. Furthermore, we reviewed the data using a phenomenological approach, namely obtaining as much data as possible and interpreting it to produce highly accurate and valid data. This study relies heavily on previous studies' peer data or secondary data communication. The way to get it is to search digitally using the keyboard on the school's Google search engine on several well-known publications such as Eric, Taylor, and Francis and several literature databases from national journals. We can conclude that the management of academic improvement can be done by exploring digital and other technological devices based on experts' advice. We hope this result will be helpful in the following studies.

Abstract

This article aims to look further at the creativity of university students in using technology. Technology is a tool that can be relied upon to assist students in working with assignments and other academic requirements. The study used secondary data searching from online literature. The literature and material were taken from books, scientific papers, and website material, national and international publications. The results indicate that the current students doing the assignments given by the lecturers cannot be separated from the help of technology, both in doing paper assignments and other tasks. For further research, it is hoped that these results will be in the form of a field at one of the universities in Indonesia, in a quantitative form so that there are how many percent of students are highly dependent on doing assignments by relying on the internet availability.

Abstract

In 2015, the results of United Nations research called out Indonesia as the second-largest contributor to plastic waste in the ocean, following China. This problem was, absolutely, inseparable from improper waste disposal behavior. This recent research was intended to prove the theory of planned behavior in the issue of throwing garbage in public places. Variables included in this case were attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and intention. Questionnaires were distributed online and offline to people who had thrown out their garbage in public places. A total of 396 respondents were obtained, and the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) method of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used in this research with IBM SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 tools. This research found that the good value of public place visitors’ attitudes would develop their intention of throwing garbage properly. Visitors misunderstood the function of the cleaning service officers. They considering that their garbage would be taken care of by the cleaning service officers. The availability of trash cans in public places would support the visitors’ behavior in managing their garbage.

Abstract

Being via online entertainment means to make companions, yet business exercises, for example, private company advancements (SMEs), are likewise effortlessly found via virtual social networking. To explain reality and suppositions above, we have visited a few distributions as logical proof from specialists, particularly in online entertainment and business advertising, which we then concentrated on cautiously to find a straightforward solution. The review interaction includes a data coding framework and data evaluation and a conclusion after completing inside and out translations to find solutions.. This study uses data that we found electronically in many books, scientific articles, and websites discussing social issues and small business products' marketing. So based on the study and discussion, we can say that social media and MSMEs are two things that cannot be separated because of the existence of social media that can transform products, especially in marketing because, in the digital era, all rely on electronics, especially in social media applications

Abstract

The issue of Leadership and public health services is a significant concern for governments, the wider community, and world health institutions. This study discusses several best practices in public health services based on the principle of health leadership in carrying out health service tasks, especially the government providing health services to the community as mandated by the constitution. This study uses secondary data such as academic publications, books, articles, and other literature relevant to public health service issues and leadership policies. We obtained data through electronic searches in several journals through the Google Scholar application. We then reviewed several stages of analysis, such as coding the data, analyzing sensitive data, evaluating the data, interpreting the data, and concluding the results. Study with a phenomenological approach to obtain valid and highly valid findings. We believe that these results answer the problem of this study. We found, among other things, that health services and Leadership must depart from the first three principles, namely the nature of Leadership with knowledge or understanding of public health conditions, Leadership that has strategic connectivity that combines knowledge, expertise, and experience to support the success of public health services in Indonesia, especially in the era of the pandemic crisis, entering a new normal. The results of this study are expected to be essential inputs for future research and contribute to strengthening decision-making in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to understand what experts say in business marketing communication applications in the era. The search for data has been successful; we have provided technical assistance on several data that we believe are relevant to the problem, namely the marketing communication application business. We examine the data under a phenomenological approach to gain understanding from several existing data so that the data is valid in answering the problem. Based on the study and discussion, it is explained that several applications can be used in marketing business products in this era of digital applications. In essence, the application is a very communicative marketing model that connects business people with customers online. It is hoped that these findings will be helpful in the development of further studies in both academic and industrial contexts.
