Challenges and opportunities in marketing businesses relying on digital applications during the pandemic have been felt to be very diverse and complex. The study aimed to obtain scientific evidence of the challenges and opportunities of digital application-based business marketing. We discussed them under a phenomenological approach where we sought answers to gain a new understanding of a phenomenal event, namely marketing during a pandemic. To get the information, we needed to visit various sources of information, and we studied with a literature review system that involved data coding, evaluation, and interpretation of data. We did a virtual search of the data on several publications related to economic-based digital marketing issues during the pandemic. Finally, we concluded intending to get valid answers. Our data search was carried out electronically on several sources with a publishing period between 2010 and 2022 based on the results. After reviewing various sources and discussing them, we can conclude that digital-based marketing for a profitable and sustainable business has undoubtedly been proven to face many challenges and opportunities. The question mark is that not all business people and customers understand and can apply point technology, while the opportunity is that digital technology applications can innovate business marketing efforts efficiently, effectively, and productively.

Abstract

An overview of the management of technology-based higher education and digital applications in an era that is now increasingly developing is becoming a critical study. For this reason, we conducted several interviews with more of the supervisors at Bontang University. Then we also believe in studying some of the scientific evidence that has raised technology-based education in tertiary institutions, which we then examine by involving various techniques such as data coding, and in-depth data interpretation to get answers as valid and reliable study findings. After going through a series of discussions and reviewing the results of interviews and other scientific evidence, it can be concluded that a review of technology-based education governance is a critical study considering that there are still many universities that have not fully opened their doors to technology-based teaching for management reasons and other limitations. These findings will be valuable insights for developing similar research in the future.

Abstract

We believe that we can get relevant answers for this study by providing accurate data from studies by field experts. We get supporting data from several thieves and electronically in databases of scientific journals, books, and websites that discuss issues where governance challenges improve academic learning outcomes in the tall tree in the digital era. Furthermore, we reviewed the data using a phenomenological approach, namely obtaining as much data as possible and interpreting it to produce highly accurate and valid data. This study relies heavily on previous studies' peer data or secondary data communication. The way to get it is to search digitally using the keyboard on the school's Google search engine on several well-known publications such as Eric, Taylor, and Francis and several literature databases from national journals. We can conclude that the management of academic improvement can be done by exploring digital and other technological devices based on experts' advice. We hope this result will be helpful in the following studies.
