Abstract

Numerous challenges arise concomitant with the rapid advancement of technology through digital marketing models that have been deployed by several small enterprises to rival comparable products. The transition to the digital market owing to the Industrial Revolution and the COVID-19 pandemic poses both threats and opportunities for technology-driven multinational corporations and micro and small enterprises. Nevertheless, only a few entrepreneurs have been able to capitalise on these prospects. In 2022, the significance of non-traditional media in science and technology for developing new product marketing capabilities that are autonomous, adaptable, and environmentally attuned is becoming more evident. It is crucial to establish entrepreneurship programmes tailored to the needs and requirements of 25 UMK students as per their respective groups and technical disciplines. Programmes should be customised to suit the capabilities, requirements, and preparedness of each department to facilitate the development of an entrepreneurial culture. An attempt has been made to establish synergy bridges using a specific approach. This approach can be implemented progressively and steadily for a particular cohort of skilled businesses or simultaneously for a variety of target groups. An organised campaign is required to foster an entrepreneurial culture through education and training of the target groups. The Programme for the Application of Science and Technology in Business (P2M) will be executed by LPM to enhance the entrepreneurial aptitude of 25 UMK students. This project intends to develop the business skills of the participants while maintaining objectivity in its evaluations. The use of simple sentences and causal connections facilitates the comprehension and logical coherence of the text. Consistent formatting and a conventional structure have been employed, while a high register and precise vocabulary have been utilized to maintain a balanced, value-neutral tone. Grammatical correctness has been ensured through careful editing. The Programme for the Application of Science and Technology in Business (P2M) will be executed by LPM to enhance the entrepreneurial aptitude of 25 UMK students.

Abstract

The emergence of a group of professional teachers in the field of ICT-based business education can be a driver for the birth of a group of young people who are market players for goods and services in the local, regional, national and global economy in the future. However, what learning strategies can be used and how to implement them in higher education is one of the efforts that must be prioritized for its realization. This study was conducted to test the effect of project-based learning models to improve students' abilities in making business plan projects. The research design used was a pre-experiment on 105 students starting from an initial competency analysis, selection of exercises in group assignments, and project assignments, followed by providing treatment with the application of PjBL in real class situations, data collection, and analysis of results. Data on improving managerial abilities and business plan making skills were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that the application of project-based learning can improve the ability to make business plan projects at a significance level of 5%.

Abstract

The emergence of entrepreneurial groups from university students and alumni can trigger the nation's economic advancement. This study investigated the impact of project-based learning (PJBL) models in enhancing students' business management abilities, integrating components such as resource management, financial-administrative structuring, production, marketing, and business development planning. The research aimed to analyze the most effective teaching methods for business education students to improve learning outcomes in business management skills. The research design adopted a pre-post test format with three phases: treatment phase, test phase, and data analysis phase. The data analysis techniques used included Spearman and Kendall's correlation, Friedman, Kendall's W, Kruskal-Wallis, U test, and Wilcoxon test. The results indicated a significant difference, p0.05, between treatments. Based on the mean rank, the PJBL treatment had the highest mean rank value (3.77; 3.77; 110.40), followed by the problem-based learning (PBL) treatment (2.94; 2.94; 87.14), problem-solving (PS) treatment (1.83; 1.83; 50.67), and finally the traditional learning (TL) treatment (1.46; 1.46; 33.79). This research serves as a recommendation policymaker, educators, students, and any individual aiming to enhance business management skills consider PJBL as a primary treatment or PBL and PS as alternative options.

Abstract

This study examines the role of social media marketing, networking, and innovation capabilities in driving the marketing performance of food and beverage SMEs in West Kalimantan, Indonesia, using the Resource-Based View and Resource Advantage Theory. Data were collected from 100 SMEs and analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that SMM directly improves marketing performance, which is attributed to VRIN (valuable, rare, inimitable, non-substitutable) characteristics. Networking significantly improves innovation capability but fails to improve marketing performance directly due to structural barriers and generic innovations that do not have VRIN criteria. Innovation capability does not mediate the social media marketing. marketing performance relationship or the business network-marketing performance relationship. Resource Advantage Theory explains this by emphasizing the independent value of social media marketing in providing rapid market response, bypassing the need for innovation mediation. This study concludes that SMEs in resource-constrained regions such as West Kalimantan should prioritize optimizing social media marketing as a direct strategic asset and address infrastructure and collaborative gaps to unlock networking potential. The theoretical implications highlight the context-dependent application of RBV and the need for hybrid strategies that integrate digital tools with local cultural assets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education and digital literacy on entrepreneurial interest, with opportunity recognition as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through hypothesis testing. The research sample involved 358 senior high school students in grade XII in the Mojokerto area. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education and digital literacy have a significant and positive effect on opportunity recognition. In addition, opportunity recognition has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. However, entrepreneurship education and digital literacy do not have a significant or negative effect on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurship opportunity recognition mediates the effect of entrepreneurship education and digital literacy on entrepreneurial interest. Students do not have an interest in entrepreneurship if the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities is not included in entrepreneurship education and digital literacy in senior high schools in the Mojokerto region. The implications of this study can help public high school educational institutions in Mojokerto to improve entrepreneurial projects and family support for students to realize entrepreneurial behavior in line with the needs of today's business world.
