Abstract

Corruption in Indonesia has become a systemic issue that permeates nearly all aspects of social, political, and bureaucratic life. Efforts to combat it through educational pathways have largely been dominated by normative and indoctrinative approaches, lacking critical reflection. This article proposes an alternative framework through the lens of Paulo Freire’s critical pedagogy, which emphasizes conscientização (critical consciousness), dialogical learning, and active student participation in deconstructing the social injustices that sustain corrupt practices. Employing a library research method, the article analyzes relevant literature to formulate a transformative anti-corruption education strategy. Findings indicate that anti-corruption education must be designed to be contextual, reflective, and collaborative, so that values of integrity are not merely memorized but embedded in students' critical awareness and ethical actions. The role of teachers as facilitators, the integration of anti-corruption themes across disciplines, and the use of creative media are identified as key success factors. Thus, education can serve as a site of liberation and empowerment in the fight against systemic corruption.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui arus revolusi industri 4.0 mempunyai dampak perubahan yang signifikan dalam teknologi digital. Digitalisasi dapat mempengaruhi berkembangan di berbagai sektor menjadi sangat pesat. Salah satunya dalam sektor ekonomi, Sektor perekonomian mengalami perkembangan yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Maka dari itu dengan berkembangnya teknologi di sektor ekonomi dapat mendorong kita untuk terus selalu berinovasi mengeluarkan produk- produk baru di sektor ekonomi agar tidak tergerus oleh zaman.Bonus Demografis juga harus dimanfaatkan adanya,karena bisa menadi faktor pendorong bagi negara akan perkembangan era yang dibutuhkan nantinya pada masa digitalisasi yang sekarang sebagai tumpuan sistem ekonomi. Perbankan Syariah harus dapat bertransformasi dengan melakukan mengoptimalkan ekosistem dan keuangan syariah, mempunyai keunikan model bisnis yang berdaya saing tinggi, mampu mengintegrasikan fungsi keuangan komersial dan sosial, Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dan IT yang mutakhir.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang menjelaskan mengenai perkembangan perbankan Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan Syariah dapat memiliki peluang yang sangat besar karena perbankan Syari’ah juga memiliki daya tarik yang faktual dan tidak dapat diingkari. Ada beberapa daya tarik yang ada di perbankan Syariah, seperti : tidak diskriminatif, menekankan inflasi, tahan menghadapi gejolak moneter, kebersamaan, berpihak pada nasabah, berpihak pada ekonomi rakyat, ikatan emosional yang kuat, kelonggaran psikologis, pinjaman lunak, meningkatkan produksi, memperlancar arus barang, dan transparansi.

Abstract

Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is a collaboration between the government and the private sector in planning, funding, building, managing or providing public services, this is also carried out by the Balikpapan City Dispporapar Service to improve the economy through tourism development. This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of government partnerships through the Balikpapan City Disporapar and private parties in tourism development and the benefits for the surrounding community by looking at the output and outcomes of the existing partnerships. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. Informants were determined using a purposive sampling technique that was adapted to data needs. The public-private partnership variable is seen from several aspects, namely implementation, community empowerment, technical guidance with partners and commercialization. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis from Miles and Hubberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Public Private Partnership between the Balikpapan City Disporapar and the private sector is through a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) funding scheme and a cooperation agreement scheme, then the Balikpapan City Disporapar and Tourism also provides technical guidance so that tourism development can be optimal for the actors. businesses operating in the tourism sector and young entrepreneurs, the impact of PPP on improving the economy of communities around tourist destinations in Balikpapan City, namely creating new business opportunities in the tourism sector, creating local economic development and increasing community income

Abstract

Background: Upaya penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di sekolah melalui edukasi pengenalan dan pengendalian bahaya potensial terutama bagi para guru penting dilakukan agar proses belajar-mengajar tidak terhambat yang diakibatkan oleh guru yang cidera atau sakit. Meningkatkan pengetahuan setiap guru tentang berbagai bahaya potensial pekerjaannya dan mampu melakukan langkah pengendalian terhadap bahaya potensial yang ditemukan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan atau edukasi ceramah dengan penyajian materi selama 30 menit, diikuti diskusi tanya jawab. Peserta yang terlibat adalah guru SD Muhammadiyah 16 dan 52 Bukit Duri. Peningkatan pengetahuan diukur dengan melakukan pre-tes sebelum ceramah dan dilakukan post-test setelah ceramah. Hasil pre-test dan post-test dilakukan analisis menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 24 metode uji paired T-test. Hasil: Nilai Korelasi antara 2 variabel pretest dan posttest responden penyuluhan “Edukasi Potensi Bahaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Guru di SDN Muhammadiyah 16 dan 52 Bukit Duri” sebesar 0,632, artinya terdapat hubungan yang hubungan kuat dan positif. Nilai probabilitas/p value uji T Paired sebesar 0,027, artinya terdapat perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, sebab nilai p value < 0,05 (95 % kepercayaan). Kesimpulan: Edukasi pengenalan dan pengendalian bahaya potensial pekerjaan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan Guru SD Muhammadiyah 16 dan 52 Bukit Duri.

Abstract

This study investigates the representation of feminist theory within the matrilineal system of Minangkabau (Minang) culture as portrayed in the Indonesian film Cinta Tapi Beda (2012), directed by Hanung Bramantyo and Hestu Saputra. The research focuses on the conflict between the protagonist, Diana, and her mother, which reflects broader tensions between tradition, gender roles, and female autonomy. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing textual and character analysis of selected scenes. The analysis applied key frameworks of feminist theory—postmodern, liberal, and multicultural/global feminism—to identify the intersections of feminist discourse and matrilineal values. The findings indicate that while the Minangkabau matrilineal system provides women with a degree of symbolic authority, patriarchal structures continue to dominate social and cultural practices. This tension is most visible in the rejection of Diana’s romantic relationship, shaped primarily by religious and cultural restrictions rather than the matrilineal framework itself. The study demonstrates that feminist perspectives highlight contradictions within the Minang matrilineal system, revealing how female authority remains constrained by patriarchal norms. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of the interplay between cultural identity, gender roles, and cinematic representation in Indonesia. Future research is recommended to examine how contemporary Indonesian films further negotiate tradition and gender equality.

Abstract

This study investigates the psychological development of the two main characters in Bridgerton Season 1—Daphne Bridgerton and Simon Basset—through the lens of Carl Gustav Jung’s archetype theory. The research is motivated by the need to understand how archetypal structures shape emotional growth, internal conflicts, and relational dynamics within popular screen narratives. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach within the framework of literary criticism. Selected dialogues and narrative events were analyzed to identify the presence and function of five primary Jungian archetypes: Persona, Shadow, Anima/Animus, Hero, and Self. The analysis reveals that Daphne undergoes a transformation from conformity to societal expectations toward the assertion of a more authentic self. In contrast, Simon confronts his fragmented emotional identity by reconciling with his past, ultimately achieving greater psychological integration. These archetypal patterns illuminate each character’s individuation process and their evolving relationship dynamics. The findings suggest that Jungian archetypes not only serve as effective analytical tools for understanding character development in television narratives but also function as symbolic frameworks that resonate with audiences. By highlighting the interplay between psychological archetypes and narrative construction, this study contributes to broader discussions of how media representations provide insight into human emotional experiences.

Abstract

The issues in this research are related to the messages conveying educational values of diversity, resilience, holistic intelligence (identity discovery), responsibility, attitude towards life, and poverty found in literary works (novels). This study aims to identify and analyze the educational values, namely diversity, resilience, holistic intelligence (identity discovery), responsibility, attitude towards life, and poverty, present in the novel "Sepatu Dahlan" by Khrisna Pabichara. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, which involves analyzing sentence by sentence related to educational values. With this method, the collected data is identified, analyzed, described, and then interpreted according to the predetermined objectives. The choice of descriptive method and qualitative research type is due to the nature of the collected data, which consists of words but emphasizes a deep understanding of the interaction between empirically studied concepts. The research findings indicate that the educational values described in this novel include diversity, resilience, holistic intelligence, responsibility, attitude toward life, and poverty. Hopefully, this novel is useful for all of us and can serve as a source of inspiration for the younger generation in achieving their aspirations, as poverty is not a barrier to rising and pursuing goals, and education plays a significant role in this process.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini didasarkan pada masih rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Spreadsheet di SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya, yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas laboratorium komputer, computer anxiety, literasi digital dan computer self-efficacy terhadap hasil belajar spreadsheet kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis kuantitatif ex-post facto dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Subyek pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya yang berjumlah 72 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas laboratorium komputer, computer anxiety, literasi digital, dan computer self-efficacy secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar spreadsheet kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya. Kemudian hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa 1) Fasilitas laboratorium komputer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar spreadsheet kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya, 2) Computer Anxiety tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar spreadsheet kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya, 3) Literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar spreadsheet kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya, 4) Computer Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar spreadsheet kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya.

Abstract

Introduction: Population growth in Indonesia is getting higher. This change is influenced by population density. Economic growth in the behind-the-board area is still volatile; this can be addressed by planning for human resource development and managing business fields in several regional sectors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the economy of Balikpapan in 2022. Method: This study uses a qualitative literature study method. Through data collection from journals and other literature supporting media. Result: The study results indicate that the economy behind the board area needs to develop a strategy to adjust the existing potential by increasing the balance of human resources as management staff. It is based on the performance achievements of local companies by collaborating in the international market sector. The achievement of business economic development through increasing MSMEs in several areas behind the board is an effort to improve the creative economy. Conclusion: The market shift has created a new attribute among the business, tourism and micro and macroeconomic sectors. The development aspect supports regional progress in economic growth with the high capacity of the population in Indonesia, especially behind the board. The creative economy has become a significant change from the existence of the Indonesian youth creative economy movement.

Abstract

This study is motivated by observation data, which shows that the majority of students believe writing is difficult. To address this issue, the author conducts research to determine the types of syntactical errors, the dominant type of syntactical errors, and the factors that influence the students' syntactical errors. The descriptive qualitative research method is used in this study. The data are drawn from abstract theses written by undergraduate students at Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing (STIBA)-IEC Bekasi from 2017 to 2019. The research results have been categorized according to James' (1998) classification of syntactical errors proposed in Error in Language Learning and Use. The analysis reveals the existence of five distinct types of syntactical errors, namely omission, addition, misformation, misordering, and blend. Among these, misformation emerges as the predominant type of syntactical error committed by the students. Furthermore, the occurrence of these syntactical errors is found to be influenced by both inter-lingual and intra-lingual factors.
