Abstract

Penentuan kelayakan pengajuan kredit rumah pada sebuah perusahaan developer adalah hal yang sangat penting, mengingat jika terjadi kesalahan menganalisis maka akan berdampak pada kerugian perusahaan yang pada kasus ini adalah PT. Pramatra. Oleh karena itu penulis membuat sebuah Analisis kelayakan kredit dengan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes untuk menentukan layak tidaknya sebuah pengajuan kredit rumah. Penulis membuat analisis kelayakan kredit menggunakan metode Naive Bayes menggunakan microsoft excel untuk kemudahan pengguna. Penulis juga menggunakan aplikasi pendukung Rapidminer menyiapkan data training sebayak 50 data dan data testing sebanyak 15 data yang dipilih secara rendom. Data testing tersebut akan dianalisis baik menggunakan sistem yang dibuat dan aplikasi pendukung keputusan Rapidminer. Hasil pengujian akurasi analisis kelayakan kredit rumah dengan menggunakan Naive Bayes cukup tinggi 0,80 atau sekitar 80%.

Abstract

Bahasa Tetun merupakan salah satu yang paling sering digunakan oleh penduduk Belu atau Timor Leste. Tujuan penerapan bahasa Indonesia dan Tetun adalah untuk membantu pengguna mempelajari bahasa Tetun dan bahasa Indonesia. Karena kamus Tetun tidak banyak tersedia dalam bahasa Indonesia, dan tidak ada aplikasi terjemahan Tetun ke Bahasa Indonesia untuk membantu masyarakat menemukan bahasa yang mudah di fahami. Maka penulis bermaksud membuat sebuah penelitian menggunakan PHP dan MySQL sebagai server untuk bahasa pemrogramannya website penerjemah bahasa Tetun-Indonesia berbasis web dengan Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk pembangunan sistem adalah metode SDLC yang terdiri atas banyak tahapan seperti perencanaan sistem, tinjauan sistem, perancangan sistem, pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan. metodologi pengembangan sistem. Hasil penelitian pada aplikasi penerjemah bahasa Tetun-Indonesia ini mempermudah pengguna dalam memperoleh pengetahuan kosakata khususnya bahasa Tetun-Indonesia.

Abstract

bstract— Academic activities is a process which does educational activities on their activities require fast and accurate information. But in fact, not a few obstacles that occur. This is because there is often a buildup of data made it difficult to search the data at any time if necessary. Among the obstacles that occur are obstacles in the processing of the daily value of students. During this time the daily value processed manually students who use more paper media and do not yet have a database.Through research conducted by the method of research, observation and interviews at SMAN 3 Bekasi, the author argues that the need to build a web brasis information system that can minimize the obstacles that occur so as to meet the needs of information for teachers, students and other concerned parties. The end result of this research in the form of web-based information systems that can provide students with a daily value information more efficiently. Intisari— Kegiatan akademik merupakan proses dimana dilakukannya kegiatan pendidikan yang pada aktivitasnya memerlukan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Akan tetapi dalam faktanya tidak sedikit kendala yang terjadi. Hal ini karena sering terjadi penumpukan data yang mengakibatkan sulitnya pencarian data apabila sewaktu-waktu diperlukan. Diantara kendala yang terjadi adalah kendala dalam proses pengolahan nilai harian siswa. Selama ini nilai harian siswa diproses secara manual yang lebih banyak menggunakan media kertas dan belum memiliki basis data. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode riset, obeservasi dan wawancara pada SMA Negeri 3 Bekasi, penulis berpendapat bahwa perlu dibangun sebuah sistem informasi brasis web yang dapat meminimalisasikan kendala yang terjadi sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi bagi para guru, siswa dan pihak terkait lainnya.Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa sistem informasi berbasis web yang dapat menyajikan informasi nilai harian siswa dengan lebih efisien. Abstract

Abstract— With growing world of technology, especially Internetbased technologies like Web site where all the desired information can be easily and cheaply obtained. The presence of this academic information system website, is expected to help teachers, students, parents, and communities to obtain actual information about the SMA BUDI MULIA at TANGERANG. In building this system I use support tools with object-oriented methodology is UML because UML supports object-oriented programming languages or OOP (Object Oriented Programming), web applications, PHP and MySQL, while for the photo editor I use Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 media to write PHP scripts. Browser, function to view the PHP commands that have been run on a web server. Examples of browsers are: Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, Firefox in this case I use Mozilla Firefox. The system generated from the tools above will be much better in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and flexibility because UML is an object-oriented programming language. And other tools that are easy to understand because it is easy to learn.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition where a person or household has insufficient income to meet the minimum living needs. BPS states that 40% of Indonesians are in the lowest economy. One of the measures to tackle poverty by the government is the application of electricity subsidies. The government in collaboration with PT. PLN to control poverty has an electricity subsidy program by providing electricity subsidy assistance funds to underprivileged communities. The purpose of the subsidy is to achieve electricity supply and help poor customers and those who have not been contacted by PT. PLN so that they can participate in enjoying electrical energy. However, there are still obstacles where there are many procedures so that it takes a long time to make decisions, because it must be seen from several criteria. One of the methods used to overcome the many criteria of FMADM is TOPSIS to complete 10 alternatives including: Job, Income, Dependents, Vehicle Assets, Home Ownership, Building Area, Drinking Water Source, Electrical Power Range, type of floor, and type of house wall. The results of the study obtained accurate results, namely from 20 submissions, only 11 residents were automatically acceded without having to wait a long time in the decision to grant electricity subsidies. Abstract

Human resources are the most valuable asset in a company. Employee performance is one of the company's benchmarks in assessing the productivity of these assets. Methods in measuring employee performance can be done in various forms, one of which is using the fuzzy logic method. Fuzzy Mamdani is a fuzzy inference method that provides rules that must be passed before carrying out the process of determining the final value. There are three main criteria that will be analyzed in this study, namely attendance, quality of work and communication. Each of these criteria has a value obtained from the average value of several elements. The final result after going through the employee data analysis process is the average weighted value. Conclusions that can be drawn as the basis for employee performance and the results can be seen from the order of values, starting from the highest to the lowest. MATLAB or what we call it (Matrix Laboratory) is a program for analyzing and computing numerical data, and MATLAB is also an advanced mathematical programming language, which was formed on the premise of using the properties and forms of matrices. Graphical User Interface (GUI) is a visual media that makes users give certain commands on the computer without typing the command, but using the available images.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of a generator in the apartment is very very important. If the main electricity supply from PLN is off or under repair, the generator will work as a power supply for backup electricity. The size of the generator has an important role in generating electricity. The generator component consists of a power generator with a series of propulsion engines that work together to produce a certain amount of electricity using fuel. The place where this research was carried out was at the Green Central City Apartment. The generator used by the Green Central City Apartment is a generator with the MAN brand with type D2842 – LE213 as many as 3 units. The capacity of the generator used at Green Central City Apartments is 800 kVA and 700 kVA. The generator maintenance process at the Green Central City Apartment is carried out regularly. The process of checking the generator is carried out by checking several important components such as the condition of the battery, fuel supply, radiator water, and engine oil. In addition, the generator engine will be turned on as a step to heat the engine and also record data on the generator which can be seen on the control panel. Further maintenance is carried out based on the operating hours of the generator. For the treatment process, follow the procedure. Jika pasokan listrik utama dari PLN sedang mati atau dalam perbaikan makan Genset akan bekerja sebagai Power Supply untuk cadangan listrik. Ukuran genset memiliki peran penting dalam menghasilkan besaran listrik. Komponen Genset terdiri atas pembangkit tenaga dengan rangkaian mesin penggerak yang bekerja sama untuk menghasilkan listrik daya tertentu menggunakan bahan bakar. Tempat pelaksaan dari penelitian ini dilakukan pada Apartemen Green Central City.Genset yang digunakan oleh Apartemen Green Central City yaitu Genset Dengan Merek MAN dengan tipe D2842 – LE213 sebanyak 3 unit. Kapasitas genset yang digunakan pada Apartemen Green Central City adalah 800 kVA dan 700 kVA. Untuk proses pemeliharaan genset di Apartemen Green Central City ini dilakukan secara berkala. Proses pengecekan genset dilakukan dengan pengecekan beberapa komponen penting seperti kondisi baterai, persediaan bahan bakar, air radiator, serta oli mesin. Selain itu juga mesin genset akan dinyalakan sebagai langkah untuk memanaskan mesin dan juga mencatat data – data pada genset yang dapat dilihat pada panel kontol. Abstract

Plant diseases significantly threaten agricultural productivity, necessitating accurate identification and classification of plant lesions for improved crop quality. Citrus plants, belonging to the Rutaceae family, are highly susceptible to diseases such as citrus canker, black spot, and the devastating Huanglongbing (HLB) disease. Traditional approaches for disease detection rely on expert knowledge and time-consuming laboratory tests, which hinder rapid and effective disease management. Therefore, this study explores an alternative method that combines the Bidimensional Empirical Mode Decomposition (BEMD) algorithm for texture feature extraction and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification to improve HLB diagnosis. The BEMD algorithm decomposes citrus leaf images into Intrinsic Mode Functions (IMFs) and a residue component. Classification experiments were conducted using SVM on the IMFs and residue features. The results of the classification experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The achieved classification accuracies, ranging from 61% to 77% for different numbers of classes, the results show that the residue component achieved the highest classification accuracy, outperforming the IMF features. The combination of the BEMD algorithm and SVM classification presents a promising approach for accurate HLB diagnosis, surpassing the performance of previous studies that utilized GLCM-SVM techniques. This research contributes to developing efficient and reliable methods for early detection and classification of HLB-infected plants, essential for effective disease management and maintaining agricultural productivity.

Abstract

The best administrative staff are individuals who are able to maintain the smooth operation of the organization with high efficiency and precision. One of the main problems is subjectivity in assessment that can cause dissatisfaction among employees. Sometimes, assessments are based more on personal relationships than objective performance, thus creating a sense of unfairness. The purpose of this study, using a combination of LOPCOW and GRA in determining the best administrative staff to develop a holistic and data-driven evaluation approach for the optimal administrative staff selection process. This process involves a comprehensive assessment based on various criteria, including work efficiency, accuracy, multitasking ability, and excellence in communication and problem solving. LOPCOW provides a strong objective basis by considering significant changes in performance data through logarithmic percentage changes, while GRA helps in identifying and understanding the relationship of similarities and differences between alternatives based on given criteria. By integrating these two methods, organizations can combine the advantages of LOPCOW's objectivity with the power of GRA's relational comparison analysis, resulting in a more comprehensive and accurate performance evaluation. The results of the ranking of the selection of the best administrative staff show that the first best administrative staff was obtained by Staff Name AH with a GRG value of 0.1666, the second best administrative staff was obtained by Staff Name RW with a GRG value of 0.1569, the third best administrative staff was obtained by Staff Name ES with a GRG value of 0.1266.
