Abstract

Braille geometry teaching materials have media that can be touched by low vision students' sense of touch. This study aims to obtain conclusions about the feasibility and description of braille geometry teaching materials for low vision students. This research was conducted at SLBA Bina Insani Bandar Lampung and MTsLB Yaketunis Yogyakarta. The research subjects were 10 low vision students and 4 teachers. The research instrument is a feasibility questionnaire for low vision teachers and students. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that: (1) required mathematics learning media contained in teaching materials for low vision students, (2)  braille geometry teaching materials get an average score of 91%, the appropriate category of material experts and learning, (3) braille geometry teaching materials obtained from students an average score of 86.6% included in the Very Appropriate category and from teachers with an average score of 94% included in the Very Eligible category.Bahan ajar geometri braille memiliki media yang dapat disentuh oleh indra peraba siswa low vision. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh kesimpulan tentang kelayakan dan gambaran bahan ajar geometri braille bagi siswa low vision. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SLBA Bina Insani Bandar Lampung dan MTsLB Yaketunis Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 siswa low vision dan 4 guru. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kelayakan guru dan siswa low vision. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) dibutuhkan media pembelajaran matematika yang terdapat pada bahan ajar bagi siswa low vision, (2) bahan ajar geometri braille memperoleh skor rata-rata 91%, kategori sesuai ahli materi dan pembelajaran, (3) bahan ajar geometri braille yang diperoleh dari siswa rata-rata skor 86,6% termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Sesuai dan dari guru dengan skor rata-rata 94% termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak.

Abstract

Retardasi mental merupakan suatu ketidakmampuan yang ditandai dengan fungsi intelektual di bawah rata-rata dan rendahnya kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan diri (perilaku adaptif). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan layanan bimbingan belajar bagi anak retardasi mental di SLB Catur Bina Bangsa Metro. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru di kelas III dan siswa retardasi mental. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data diketahui dengan reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru di SLB Catur Bina Bangsa Metro Barat melaksanakan layanan bimbingan belajar menggunakan prinsip pembelajaran untuk siswa retardasi mental, tiga prinsip telah dilakukan, dan tiga prinsip pembelajaran kurang optimal dilakukan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan deskripsi program bimbingan layanan belajar bagi anak retardasi mental dan secara teoritis berguna sebagai sumbangan ilmu pengetahuan dalam melaksanakan atau membuat bimbingan layanan belajar bagi siswa retardasi mental. Mental retardation is an inability characterized by intellectual function below average and low ability to adjust (adaptive behavior). This study aims to describe the tutoring services for mental retardation children in Catur Bina Bangsa Metro SLB. Research is a qualitative descriptive study. Research subjects included teachers in class III and mental retardation students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is known by reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that the teachers in the Catur Bina Bangsa Metro Barat SLB carried out tutoring services using the principles of learning for mental retardation students, three principles had been carried out, and three principles of less optimal learning were carried out. This study produces a description of the learning service guidance program for children with mental retardation and is theoretically useful as a contribution to science in implementing or making learning service guidance for students of mental retardation Keynote: guidance learn service; child with mentally retarded.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan motor penggerak perekonomian Indonesia. BTPN Syariah memiliki program untuk mendukung nasabah pra sejahtera melalui program sahabat daya yang lebih dikenal sebagai program Bestee. BTPN Syariah menawarkan cara untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan nasabah UMKM dengan mendukung program melalui pelatihan dan pembinaan rutin dalam literasi keuangan, bisnis, dan kesejahteraan. Dalam upaya pengembangan UMKM, mahasiswa magang bersama masyarakat Kecamatan Banjarejo dan Kecamatan Soko telah melaksanakan program besteee. Masyarakat prasejahtera produktif pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan penggerak dan faktor penyumbang terbesar bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Namun, UMKM ini kerap kali mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses pasar dan memperoleh pengetahuan, hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk untuk mendirikan program fasilitator pendamping dan penggerak pasar daya access to knowledge remote site/pedesaan oleh PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan fenomena pemberdayaan UMKM nasabah BTPN Syariah. Hasil dari pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator pendamping dan penggerak pasar daya selama magang, diantaranya peran fasilitator pendamping yaitu mendampingi nasabah dalam pemberian materi identitas usaha, promosi, diversifikasi usaha, excellent service, dan perizinan. Sedangkan, peran penggerak pasar daya yaitu mendampingi nasabah dalam mengkurasi produk dan membantu akses pasar nasabah memiliki jangkauan lebih luas. Dalam kegiatan pendampingan, fasilitator pendamping berhasil mendampingi 23 nasabah selama 4 sesi. Sedangkan, Penggerak Pasar Daya (PPD) telah mendampingi nasabah untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dan telah mengkurasu 90 produk nasabah.

Abstract

Indonesia is now entering the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industrial Revolution 4.0. Therefore, the economic sector's change towards smart business is good, and the progress of existing digital business may contribute to the economic development of Indonesia, especially e-commerce. With the development of information and digital technologies, the business and development competition, which was initially focused on the use of natural resources, will shift to the acquisition of information and digital technologies. This is the importance of innovation in business. The era of Industry Revolution 4.0 opens up opportunities for young millennial entrepreneurs in the business sector to become experts in the latest knowledge and technology development. For this reason, skill improvements and skills updates need to be implemented so that the workforce can compete based on the current needs of industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mendeskripsikan kegiatan UKBI (Uji Kemahiran Bahasa Indonesia) pada siswa SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau. 2) Mendeskripsikan perbandingan skor UKBI (Uji Kemahiran Bahasa Indonesia) pada siswa X, XI dan XII SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau. Berdasarkan hasil UKBI (Uji Kemahiran Bahasa Indonesia) tentunya akan memunculkan banyak permasalahan yang harus dipecahkan bersama agar hasil siswa lebih maksimal. Permasalahan tersebut harus dicarikan akar permasalahan melalui data hasil UKBI dan wawancara, sehingga didapat data yang falid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari siswa kelas X, XI dan XII SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, hingga penarikan simpulan. Selanjutnya data dari hasil skor UKBI siswa SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau dideskripsikan dan ditentukan rata-rata hasilnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui hasil UKBI siswa SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau dikategorikan Sangat Unggul, sehingga dapat diperoleh kesimpulan jika pemahaman bahasa Indonesia di sekolah sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan jika pelaksanaan UKBI di SMA Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau efektif pada siswa sehingga siswa dalam kategori baik dalam penggunaan bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hurt the economy in Indonesia, one of which is the impact on MSMEs. The impact of this pandemic requires MSME players to develop marketing strategies and creativity. MSME players must be more creative and innovative in developing marketing strategies. Therefore, KKN IAIN Salatiga 2022 is carrying out graphic design training and entrepreneurship seminars for MSME players with the aim of MSME players having the skills to create attractive and creative promotions in various e-commerce so that MSME products can be promoted with a broader reach and can attract buyers. The methods used are counseling, graphic design training, and holding entrepreneurship seminars, which are carried out in several stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this Community Service Activity are (1) MSMEs can master material regarding the importance of graphic design, (2) MSMEs are starting to create their product catalogs, and (3) MSMEs are innovating with their brands and product packaging.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize educational potential through a SWOT analysis from the perspective of teachers and students. This study uses a development research design. The subjects were teachers and students from one of the schools in Bandung City. The results of the SWOT analysis based on teacher responses obtained data that the coordinate position is in quadrant I, namely teachers can utilize strengths to obtain opportunities. Meanwhile, the results of the SWOT based on student responses obtained data that the coordinate position is in quadrant II, namely creating strategies using strengths to overcome threats. Based on this, it was found that the school where the study was conducted has various strengths, such as adequate facilities, good communication between the school and parents, and good academic and non-academic achievements. However, it has weaknesses including suboptimal use of existing facilities and mismatched learning strategies with student needs. In this case, there are opportunities to improve the quality of the school, including scholarship programs, collaboration with research institutions, and increased cooperation with the school environment.

Abstract

In studying integer arithmetic operations, mentally retarded students use more learning using teaching materials that are still abstract and difficult to understand. The purpose of this study was to analyze the need for media use in the form of mathematics learning videos for mentally retarded students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources for this study were 3 teachers who taught mentally retarded students in class III elementary school (SD) at SDLB Negeri Metro. The instruments in this study were a needs questionnaire for the development of instructional video media, observation sheets and interview guidelines. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be interpreted that: (1) Media is needed in the form of mathematics learning videos that are in accordance with the conditions of mentally retarded students, (2) already know the numbers 1 to 10 and can add up to a value of 10, (3) it is still possible to use learning media with teacher guidance, and (4) students are more interested in using learning videos in learning mathematics. Keywords: mathematics; mentally disabled students; tutorial video AbstrakDalam mempelajari operasi hitung bilangan bulat, siswa tunagrahita lebih banyak menggunakan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bahan ajar yang masih bersifat abstrak dan sulit dipahami. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan penggunaan media berupa video pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa tunagrahita. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah 3 orang guru yang mengajar siswa tunagrahita kelas III Sekolah Dasar (SD) SDLB Negeri Metro. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah angket kebutuhan pengembangan media video pembelajaran, lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dapat diartikan bahwa: (1) Diperlukan media berupa video pembelajaran matematika yang sesuai dengan kondisi siswa tunagrahita, (2) sudah mengetahui angka 1 sampai 10 dan dapat dijumlahkan hingga bernilai 10, (3) masih memungkinkan untuk menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan bimbingan guru, dan (4) siswa lebih tertarik menggunakan video pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran matematika.Kata Kunci: matematika; siswa tunagrahita; video tutorial DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/mtk/v12i1.pp1-10

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain data on the problem solving ability of vocational students based on Polya's stages. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 5 class X students. The subject selection technique used purposive sampling. The instrument used in this research is a problem solving ability test question. Data collection techniques were carried out by tests and interviews. The data analysis technique uses the stages of Miles and Huberman, namely: reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the mathematical problem solving ability of vocational students based on Polya's stages, namely: (1) the understanding stage, students can understand the information in the problem well, (2) the problem planning stage, students do not write down the general formula used but use the help of images, (3) the problem solving stage, students have not been able to perform calculations appropriately, and (4) the stage of checking back and drawing conclusions, students do not carry out the process of checking back only drawing conclusions. Keywords: polya; problem solving ability; SMK  AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa SMK berdasarkan tahapan Polya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 5 orang siswa kelas X. Teknik pemilihan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah soal tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tahapan Miles dan Huberman, yaitu: reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa SMK berdasarkan tahapan polya yaitu: (1) tahap memahami, siswa dapat memahami informasi pada soal dengan baik, (2) tahap merencanakan masalah, siswa tidak menuliskan rumus umum yang digunakan tetapi menggunakan bantuan gambar, (3) tahap menyelesaikan masalah, siswa belum dapat melakukan perhitungan dengan tepat, dan (4) tahap memeriksa kembali dan menarik kesimpulan, siwa tidak melakukan proses pengecakan kembali hanya melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Kata Kunci: kemampuan pemecahan masalah; polya; SMK  DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/mtk/v11i3.pp160-169
