Abstract

This research examines the influence of Frontliner employee performance on customer satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar, the main branch of Palopo City. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of employees at the bank of sulselbar the main branch of the city of palopo, to find out customer satisfaction at the bank of sulselbar the main branch of the city of palopo, and to determine the effect of Frontliner employee performance on customer satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar, the main branch of Palopo City. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outat the bank of sulselbar the main branch of the city of palopo. Sources of data in the study are customers at the main branch of the sulselbar bank in the city of palopoin december to january 2021. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires (questionnaire), and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the employee's performance is in the very good category. Indicators on the customer satisfaction variable are in the very good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a strong/high relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that there is an influence between Frontliner employee performance on customer satisfaction at Bank Sulselbar, the main branch of Palopo City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of consumer experience and service quality either partially or simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Maxim transportation service users in Makassar City. To achieve this goal, the researchers used indicators to measure these variables. The indicators of consumer experience variables include sensory experience, emotional experience, cognitive experience, physical experience and social experience. Indicators of service quality variables include physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The indicators of consumer satisfaction variables include re-purchase (re-purchase), creating word of mouth, creating a brand image, and creating purchasing decisions at the same company. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin as many as 100 respondents, with data collection namely documentation studies and questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using data analysis and the help of SPSS version 25 program which consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variables of consumer experience and service quality had a significant effect partially or simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Maxim transportation service users in Makassar City, this was shown based on the t test and F test. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that consumer experience and service quality had an effect. by 55.5% of the consumer satisfaction of Maxim transportation service users in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of Easy and Security Perceptions either partially or simultaneously On Interest In Using E-Money On OVO Users In Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District. The population of the research is OVO users in Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District. Determination the sample use is the sample formulated by Slovin with an error rate of ten percent, the number of sample obtained is as many as one hundred respondents. Data collection technique is questionnaires are tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were processed using data analysis and the help of SPSS version twenty five program which of data normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variables of Easy, Security Perceptions and Interest Using E-money in the good category. Variables of Easy and Security Perceptions had a significant effect partially or simultaneously On Interest In Using E-Money On OVO Users In Somba Opu Sub-District, Gowa District. This is based on the results of the t test and F test on the data obtained.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the Central Market of Sengkang City, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques use are through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research is a many as 77 traders at the Central Market of Sengkang City who have used an online shop to market product. The data obtained from research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS 25 application consisting of validity and reliability. Tebuk descriptive data analysisi and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that the indicators used in each of these variabels show that the online shop variabel and the level of sales at the Central Sengkang Market, Wajo Regency have a significant influence. Online shop with a strong sales level. And the coefitient of determination R test was obtained at 0,345 which means that the influence of the online shop on the level of product sales at the Sengkang Central Market, Wajo Regency, obtained value of 34,5%, while the remaining 65,5% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Analysis of Procedures for Providing Working Capital Loans at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulawesi Selatan & Sulawesi Barat This research and writing aims to identify and explain: 1) Know the procedures for granting working capital loans at the Head Office of PT. Bank Sulselbar, 2) Knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for granting working capital loans at the Head Office of PT. Sulselbar Bank. To achieve this goal, researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been obtained from the research results are processed using descriptive qualitative where descriptive qualitative research is a formulation of the problem that guides research to explore or photograph social situations which will be thoroughly, broadly and in-depth examined to find out the Analysis of Procedures for Granting Working Capital Loans at the Head Office of PT . South Sulawesi & West Sulawesi Banks. Informants of this study amounted to 4 people. The research results show that: (1) PT. Bank Sulselbar in providing Working Capital Loans (KMK) goes through several stages, such as the debtor preparing application files, KTP, KK, Business Legality Files then checking B.I checking then, doing On The Spot (OTS), after that the credit decision stage which contains approval there will be the provision of working capital credit according to the application submitted, then the credit disbursement stage is notifying the prospective debtor that the KMK application has received approval or a decision on the date of disbursement, preparing a letter of acknowledgment of debt, filling out the KMK receipt, and signing the KMK disbursement agreement. (2) The determinant factors that influence the provision of working capital loans are supporting factors consisting of third party funds and the influence of CAR on credit. The inhibiting factors are ignorance of the flow and procedures by prospective creditors.
