Abstract

Badan Pengelola Keuangan Haji (BPKH) adalah badan hukum publik yang dibentuk atas amanah Undang-Undang Nomor 34 tahun 2014 tentang pengelolaan keuangan haji. Salah satu tujuan pengelolaan keuangan haji adalah untuk meningkatkan manfaat bagi kemaslahatan umat Islam melalui program kemaslahatan. Program kemaslahatan BPKH didanai oleh nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat dan merupakan kegiatan bantuan sosial sebagaimana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan, sesuai ketentuan undang-undang program kemaslahatan meliputi kegiatan pelayanan ibadah haji, pendidikan dan dakwah, kesehatan, sosial keagamaan, ekonomi umat, serta pembangunan sarana dan prasarana ibadah. Program kemaslahatan BPKH merupakan hal baru yang hadir sebagai bentuk lain dari Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) perusahaan ditengah-tengah ekosistem filantropi Islam Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan studi literature dan komparasi atas manajemen pengelolaan nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat sebagai program kemaslahatan umat dan manajemen pengelolaan dana ZISWAF (Zakat Infak Sedekah dan Wakaf) untuk kemaslahatan umat. Selain keberadaan dana ZISWAF, nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat melalui program kemaslahatan diharapkan memiliki peranan penting kedepan sebagai salah satu solusi dana sosial untuk mengurangi kemiskinan dan kebodohan di tanah air melalui kegiatan pendidikan dan dakwah serta pemberdayaan ekonomi umat. Oleh karena itu, peranan manajemen pengelolaan nilai manfaat Dana Abadi Umat yang transparan, syariah dan akuntabel menjadi sangat diperlukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, cadangan devisa, dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap nilai tukar rupiah atas dolar Amerika Serikat baik jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah inflasi, cadangan devisa, dan suku bunga, sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah nilai tukar rupiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series periode tahun 1985-2020 dengan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu Error Corection Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan jangka pendek antara Inflasi dan Cadangan Devisa dengan Nilai Tukar, terdapat hubungan jangka pendek antara Inflasi dan Nilai Tukar. Sedangkan Suku Bunga tidak berpengaruh baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.

Abstract

Stock investment is currently one of the most popular forms of investment among the public, this is because stock investment can provide much greater profits than investment in other capital market instruments. Losses that can occur when investing in shares are due to investors' lack of knowledge in minimizing the risk of loss. Investing in shares is not just about investing capital in a company, but it is necessary to carry out analysis to determine the company's performance, especially in fundamental and technical analysis. By knowing the company's fundamentals, investors can assess the company's performance so that investors can minimize risks that may occur during long-term investments. Meanwhile, by knowing technical analysis, investors can find out stock price movements, making it easier for investors to decide which securities are worth buying or selling. The fundamental factors used are the variables Current Ratio, net profit Margin, Return On Assets This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of the variables Current ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return on assets on share prices in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data and the analysis method used is panel data regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that partially the Current Ratio and Return On Asset variables have a positive effect on stock prices, while the Net Profit Margin variable has no effect on stock prices. And simultaneously the variables Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets influence stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price to Book Value (PBV) and Market Value Added (MVA) on Stock Prices. The population used in this study are companies in the Cosmetics Sub-sector and those listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection used the Purposive Sampling method and the companies selected from the criteria were 5 companies for 7 periods, so that the samples used in this study were 35 samples. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual reports and obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used in this research is regression with panel data and multiple linear regression using the Eviews12 program. The results of this study indicate that Price to Book Value (PBV) has a significant effect on stock prices, Market Value Added (MVA) shows a significant effect on stock prices, Price to Book Value (PBV) and Market Value Added (MVA) have a significant effect on stock prices simultaneously.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performing education personnel who does not meet the standards may affect a job assignment. High performance can improve the quality of a job, and efforts to improve performance continue to be carried out by developing the existing organizational culture, conducting quality training, and adjusting to the provision of compensation. This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of organizational culture on performance, (2) analyze the effect on performance, (3) analyze the effect of compensation on performance, and (4) analyze the influence of organizational culture, training, and compensation together on performance. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with a saturated sampling technique /census sampling, where 69 FPIK education personnel were sampled using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool with a Likert scale. Based on the SEM-PLS analysis: organizational culture, training, and compensation have a significant positive effect on tendik performance with an R-Square value of 0.805 or 80.5%, while other variables influence 19.5%, not in this model. Keywords: Education Staff Performance, Organizational Culture, Training, Compensation ABSTRAK Kinerja tenaga kependidikan yang masih belum memenuhi standar dapat berdampak terhadap suatu tugas pekerjaan yang rendah, sebaliknya kinerja yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan mutu dari suatu pekerjaan, upaya peningkatan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di FPIK IPB terus dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi budaya organisasi yang ada, mengadakan pelatihan yang berkualitas dan penyesuaian terhadap pemberian kompensasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, (2) menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja, (3) menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja dan (4) menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder, dengan teknik sampling jenuh/sampling sensus, dimana sebanyak 69 tenaga kependidikan di FPIK IPB dijadikan sampel dan kuesioner sebagai alat mengumpulkan data utama dengan skala likert. Berdasarkan analisis SEM-PLS diketahui bahwa: budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,805 atau 80,5% sedangkan 19,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam model ini. Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or PT KAI is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that provides rail transportation services, the old Depok station is one of PT KAI's operating facilities which stops regularly to get on and off passengers, Depok Lama Station is in the area operational area one located in Pancoran Mas District, Depok city. The increase in passengers at the Old Depok Station and the inability to accommodate parking facilities at the Old Depok Station. Some passengers choose to park their vehicles in private parking lots. Therefore, according to the author, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the current parking area as a future plan. So that it can provide an alternative solution for parking lots at the Old Depok Station, and also overcome so that train passengers don't get a parking space anymore. It also aims to provide comfort for train passengers. This research was conducted to evaluate the parking area at Depok Lama Station. This evaluation is an important step that must be carried out, in order to identify problems that occur in the parking system at Depok Lama Station. This data collection uses a quantitative method with direct observation in the field at the old Depok station, while the literature is used as a reference for secondary data. Based on the survey results and data analysis that the author obtained for 10 days, namely the existing condition of the parking lot obtained secondary data using the survey method so as to produce existing data on a 230m2 motorbike parking area with a capacity of 100 SRP (Parking Space Unit) and a slope angle of 90° at the station old depot. In this analytical study, the results of the largest accumulated stasis capacity were 143 vehicles with an average parking duration of 08:14 hours on Thursday, 01 June 2023. During the ten days of the survey it was found that the maximum parking volume was 150 vehicles with an accumulation of vehicle parking a maximum of 150 vehicles that occurred on June 1, 2023, the highest turnover of motorcycle parking at Depok Lama Station reached 150.00%, this indicates that the performance of motorcycle parking is quite high. The capacity of motorbike parking space at the old Depok station can meet the existing parking needs. This is shown by looking at the parking index exceeding 100%.

Abstract

The implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system serves as a crucial strategy for companies looking to enhance their efficiency, effectiveness, and competitive edge. This study aims to identify the factors that influence ERP system implementation and their subsequent impact on work effectiveness. To achieve this, the research employs a quantitative descriptive method, which involves distributing questionnaires to collect data from respondents. The collected data undergo various analyses, including validity tests, normality tests, and multiple linear regression tests. The findings reveal that organizational characteristics, information quality, and management support significantly and positively influence work implementation. Conversely, the HR competency variable did not demonstrate a significant or positive effect. Additionally, the study reveals that ERP implementation positively affects work effectiveness. This indicates that adopting an ERP system allows companies to streamline their data processing, ultimately leading to improved work performance. By integrating these systems, organizations can enhance their operational efficiency, thereby fostering a more productive work environment. Overall, the study highlights the importance of leveraging ERP systems to bolster work effectiveness and underscores the critical role that organizational factors play in this process.

Abstract

This study aims  to analyze  the influence of recruitment, competence, performance appraisal, and talent management on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (KBI). The research method is used descriptive quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents,  specifically the 61 employees of KBI and utilizing a Likert scale for measurement. The results show that recruitment, performance appraisal, and talent management have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Recruitment also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. However, competence does not show a significant impact on either employee performance or job satisfaction. This study highlights that improving recruitment processes, performance appraisals, and talent management can enhance employee performance, underscoring the importance of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The findings provide practical implications for company management, emphasizing the need to focus on these areas to improve overall employee performance. Additionally, this study contributes to the literature by exploring the relationships between recruitment, competence, performance appraisal, talent management, job satisfaction, and employee performance within the context of financial services companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengumuman ex-dividend date PT Alam sentosa Reality Tbk, dengan mengambil sampel saham ASRI. Periode Penelitian selama 131 hari yang dibagi menjadi dua periode yaitu periode estimasi selama 100 hari dan periode peristiwa selama 30 hari termasuk 15 hari sebelum dan sesudah event. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah event study yang akan mengamati perubahan harga saham PT Alam Sentosa Reality sebelum dan sesudah exdevident date. Untuk menguji adanya reaksi harga dilakukan tes abnormal return selama periode peristiwa dengan analisis perhitungan berdasarkan konsep model-model expected return, abnormal return dan uji statiskal T test dengan melakukan pengujian abnormal return terhadap dividen pada saat ex-dividend date. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tingkat signifikansi 5% ada 26 hari kerja yang masih menghasilkan abnormal return yang signifikan, yaitu hari ke 2 sebelum event date sebesar - 0,00700 atau sekitar 0,7% , kemudian pada hakri ke1 sebelum event date masih menghasilkan abnormal return negatif  - 0.01600 atau sekitar 0,16% dan pada hari ke 3 setelah event date sebesar - 0,01500 atau sekitar 0,15%.. Dari hasil Penelitian disimpulkan bahwa harga saham bereaksi negatif terhadap informasi pengumuman dividen  pada saat ex-dividen date.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan teori investasi, salah satu teori investasi yang berkaitan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah model pertumbuhan Harrod-Domar. dimana inti dari model pertumbuhan ini adalah hubungan jangka pendek antara peningkatan investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Investasi yang baik akan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui negara yang menginvestasikan dananya dan besar persentase penanaman modal asing di Indonesia, kemudian untuk mengetahui  penanaman modal dalam negeri di Indonesia, termasuk besaran investasi PDMN di provinsi dan besarnya perbandingan antara  persentase penanaman Modal Asing dan Penanaman Modal dalam negeri, data dalam penelitian ini adalah Data yang digunakan untuk melakukan penghitungan adalah data PMA dan PMDN dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2017 yang didalamnya memuat data-data daerah/provinsi  dan negara asal investor yang menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia dari Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif eksploratif, Diperoleh hasil penelitian pada tahun 2012 presentase pertumbuhan PMA terbesar terjadi diangka 26,06% dan terendah terjadi pada tahun 2018 sebesar -8,78%. Investasi PMA dan PMDN Tahun 2008  sampai Tahun 2017, dimana singapore sebagai negara investor PMA tertinggi sepanjang 10 tahun terakhir dan Provinsi Jabar sebagai Provinsi dengan PMDA terbesar, realisasi investasi naik secara signifikan dari tahun ketahun dimana nilai PMA lebih tinggi dibandingkan PMDN, dan total investasi yang semakin tinggi setiap tahunnya mencerminkan kinerja ekonomi berjalan baik, angka investasi yang berjalan semakin baik  memperlihatkan  perbaikan iklim dan pelayanan investasi.
