Abstract

Pentingnya perkembangan seorang anak membuat orang tua harus semakin cerdas dan teliti dengan segala perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada anak, baik perubahan secara fisik maupun mental. Sering kali para orang tua tidak menyadari perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada anak terutama perubahan mental, karena perubahan tersebut mungkin dianggap biasa dan bukanlah hal yang krusial, namun perubahan tersebut justru dapat menyebabkan seorang anak mengidap sebuah sindrom, jika hal tersebut tanpa penanganan dan pola asuh yang tepat seperti Sindrom Tourette yang memiliki gejala berupa tik motor seperti mengedipkan mata, mendengus, menyentakan kepala, dll, dan juga tik vokal seperti berdehem, membuat suara binatang, mengulang-ulang perkataan orang lain atau yang lebih parah penderita mengucapkan perkataan yang kotor, sara, dan vulgar secara frontal dan tidak disadari maka bisa menyebabkan complex motor tics dan menyebabkan terganggunya aktivitas dan membahayakan diri. Gejala sindrom ini biasa muncul pada anak usia 7 sampai 10 tahun dimana 70% penderita sindrom tourette akan mengalami penurunan gejala dan dapat muncul kembali saat penderita memasuki usia remaja dan menjadi semakin parah akibat adanya stressor psikologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa Sindrom Tourette. Metode inferensi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem pakar ini adalah forward chaining. Berdasarkan program yang penulis buat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem pakar diagnosa sindrom Tourette ini dapat mengidentifikasi gejala dari Sindrom Tourette lebih dini.

Abstract

Funds and Budget Calculation Excess Remaining (SiLPA) is the difference in funding from the realization of the revenues and expenditures for one period. The existence of SILPA in a period indicates the excess remaining financing in that period. The objective of this research was to analyze the performance of APBD management and found out the causes of SILPA in the period 2016 – 2020. This research was carried out at the Department of Industry and Trade of Blitar Regency using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the performance of APBD management was good and efficient. Meanwhile, the existence of SILPA was due to the efficiency of spending and exceeding income. Keywords : APBD, SiLPA

Abstract

This research aimed to enhance students’ communication skills in chemistry through the application of Project Based Learning (PjBL) at MAN 2 Bengkalis. The study utilized a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design following the Kemmis and McTaggart framework, which includes the stages of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting across three cycles. The participants were 24 eleventh-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were gathered using observation sheets to evaluate communication abilities and post-tests to measure learning achievement. The findings demonstrated a steady increase in students’ communication performance, improving from 73% in Cycle I to 81% in Cycle II and reaching 86% in Cycle III. Progress was evident in four key areas: accuracy of responses, participation in group discussions, presentation quality, and teamwork. Additionally, students’ learning outcomes showed notable gains, with mastery levels increasing from 54% in the first cycle to 88% in the final cycle. These results suggest that implementing PjBL effectively fosters active engagement, improves collaboration, and strengthens students’ conceptual understanding of chemistry concepts. In general, the use of this model contributes to a more dynamic and meaningful classroom experience, supporting the cultivation of essential 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru penggerak dalam meningkatkan pemerataan kualitas kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 104267 Pegajahan. Fokus kajian pada penelitian ini yaitu pada peran guru penggerak di sekolah, faktor-faktor pendudukung guru penggerak di sekolah serta yang menjadi hambatan dalam peran guru penggerak di sekolah. Penelitian ini menganalisis upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru penggerak dalam meningkatkan pemerataan kualitas kinerja guru di Sekolah Negeri 104267 Pegajahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dekskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan ialah observasi, wawancara dan sumber lain yang dianggap mampu mengembangkan penelitian. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diambil kesimpulan dari reduksi dan penampilan data. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa usaha yang dilakukan guru penggerak dalam pemerataan kualitas kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 104267 Pegajahan bahwasanya peran aktif guru penggerak dalam pemerataan kinerja guru telah aktif dilaksanakan pada sekolah ini dan telah dilaksanakan dalam proses pembelajaran daring maupun luring. Dalam pelaksanaan ini guru harus berperan aktif dan wajib memiliki keahlian dalam ilmu teknologi (IT), adapun kendala yang dilami yaitu pada waktu yang terbatas sehingga menjadikan peran guru penggerak terbatas dan tidak leluasa melaksanakan perannya sebagai guru penggerak.

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health issue in Indonesia, including in Padang Pariaman Regency, where the prevalence reached 28.3% in 2021 and declined to 19.4% in 2023. Efforts to prevent stunting require a community-based approach that utilizes local resources, one of which is the nipa palm fruit (Nypa fruticans), known for its high nutritional content and potential as functional food. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in Nagari Katapiang in processing nipa fruit into nutritious and economically valuable food products. The methods included nutrition education, dissemination of information on nipa fruit potential, and training on appropriate technology for processing nipa into food products such as jam, nuggets, and meatballs. Evaluation was carried out through pre- and post-activity questionnaires. The results showed a significant increase in cadres’ knowledge of nipa’s nutritional content (from 20% to 100%) and health benefits (from 30% to 100%). Perceptions of nipa’s role in stunting prevention also increased from 25% to 95%. Furthermore, practical skills in producing nipa jam improved, where all participants who had never tried before were able to produce processed products after the training. Thus, this PKM activity successfully enhanced the knowledge and practical skills of Posyandu cadres, while demonstrating the potential of nipa fruit as a local food innovation supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Abstract

Background: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Nagari Paninjauan, Kabupaten Tanah Datar, yang menghadapi persoalan ketergantungan tinggi pada pupuk kimia, pemanfaatan limbah pertanian yang belum optimal, serta kelembagaan BUMNag yang masih lemah. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas petani dalam mengolah limbah pertanian menjadi pupuk dan pestisida organik serta memperkuat kemandirian ekonomi berbasis kelembagaan desa. Metode: Metode pelaksanaan mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dan pestisida nabati, pendampingan produksi menggunakan fermentor berkapasitas 200 liter, pelatihan business model canvas bagi pengurus BUMNag dan anggota PKK, dan uji lapang pada lahan percontohan. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan petani dalam memproduksi POC, tersedianya sarana fermentor untuk produksi skala besar yang lebih konsisten, serta lahirnya rancangan model bisnis sederhana untuk pemasaran produk organik. Uji lapang memperlihatkan bahwa kombinasi POC dan pupuk anorganik (70:30) mampu menghasilkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang mendekati penggunaan pupuk kimia penuh, mendukung konsep Integrated Nutrient Management (INM). Kesimpulan: Program ini memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pemanfaatan limbah pertanian, dan memperkuat kelembagaan petani menuju sistem pertanian berkelanjutan yang ramah lingkungan sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The use of natural products as anti-inflammatory agents is becoming increasingly important due to the long-term side effects of synthetic drugs. Cantigi (Vaccinium varingiaefolium), an Indonesian mountain plant species, is known to contain various bioactive compounds. This study aimed to explore the potential of compounds from cantigi leaves as COX-2 enzyme inhibitors using a molecular docking approach. A total of 19 compounds were examined through Lipinski screening, ADMET prediction, and docking against COX-2 (PDB: 6COX). The results showed that eight compounds met all Lipinski parameters and thus have potential to be developed as oral drug candidates, while ADMET analysis indicated that α-bisabolol and 2H-tetrazole possess favorable absorption and distribution profiles with minimal toxicity. Molecular docking analysis revealed that ligand 14 exhibited the highest binding energy (ΔG = –7.8262 kcal/mol) and interacted with the His386 residue, the same binding site as indomethacin, thereby suggesting a potentially similar mechanism of action. This study concludes that several compounds from cantigi leaves have promising potential as natural anti-inflammatory agents. These findings contribute to the development of local phytopharmaceuticals based on computational evidence and provide a foundation for further experimental research in the development of effective and safe herbal medicines.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has highlighted the urgent need for effective antiviral agents. Natural products have increasingly attracted attention as potential sources of antiviral compounds due to their structural diversity and relatively favorable safety profiles. This study aimed to evaluate the antiviral potential of bioactive compounds present in Tradicia cochinchinensis honey against the main protease (3CLpro) of SARS-CoV-2 using an in silico approach. Molecular docking procedures were performed on the 3CL protease (PDB ID: 6M2N) and subsequently validated using root mean square deviation (RMSD) analysis. Drug-likeness and pharmacokinetic suitability were assessed based on Lipinski’s Rule of Five and ADMET predictions. Among the 17 compounds tested, luteolin, genistein-O-glucoside, and ellagic acid exhibited the lowest binding free energies (−7.94, −7.74, and −6.11 kcal/mol, respectively), which were comparable to the reference compound ritonavir. Luteolin and ellagic acid showed stable binding conformations with RMSD values below 2 Å, whereas genistein-O-glucoside demonstrated slightly higher conformational flexibility. Further evaluation indicated that luteolin fulfilled Lipinski’s criteria and possessed a more favorable ADMET profile than the other compounds. These findings suggest that luteolin is the most promising candidate among the compounds investigated as a potential inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease, although validation of its antiviral activity and safety still requires additional in vitro and in vivo investigations.
