Abstract

Abstract.Aplikasi Drugs Consumption Calender (DCC) ini dibuat untuk pasienTBC kategori 1dalam mengingatkan minum OAT. Konsumsi OAT memerlukan waktu minimal dua bulanuntuk kategori 1, sehingga dapat menimbulkan peluang kurangdisiplin minum obat. Padahalkesembuhan pasien TBC bergantung pada kedisiplinannya minum OAT. Aplikasi DCC inimenyediakan kalender pengingat minum obat yang dapat digunakan pasien dengan mudah.Disediakan pula informasi dosis minum obat sesuai dengan berat badan pasien, mengingatkesesuaian berat badan dan dosis obat sangatlah berpengaruh. Di setiap kali pasien melaporkantelah meminum obat, terdapat halaman motivasi kesembuhan pasien, dimana halaman motivasitersebut berganti secara acak disetiap tanggal kalender.Setelahnya juga akan ada kata kuncidisetiap akhir tahap pengobatan yang digunakan untuk membuka kalender bulan di tahapselanjutnya, hal tersebut dilakukan untuk kedisiplinan pasien minum obat. Aplikasi ini hanyaberfokus pada pasien TBC kategori 1, yakni pasien awal TBC. Abstract

Ornamen merupakan suatu hiasan yang ditambahkan pada bangunan sebagai nilai estetika dan sebagai pengungkapan perasaan. Masjid Teungku Di Pucok Krueng merupakan masjid bersejarah yang dibangun pada tahun 1622 oleh saudagar bernama Syeikh Abdul Salim sebagai sarana perkembangan Islam di daerah Meureudu, Pidie Jaya. Masjid ini bergaya arsitektur tradisional yang dipengaruhi dengan kondisi geografi dan budaya sekitarnya yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk bangunan maupun ornamen yang menghiasi masjid ini. Ornamen pada masjid menunjukkan identitas budaya masyarakatnya sehingga harus dilestarikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ornamen yang ada pada Masjid Teungku Di Pucok Krueng serta makna dari ornamen tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, pengambilan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Analisa semiotika Roland Barthes dengan cara denotatif dan konotatif digunakan sebagai alat untuk membaca makna yang ada pada ornamen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ornamen pada Masjid Teungku Di Pucok Krueng terdapat pada atap dan dinding. Ornamen tersebut merupakan ornamen khas Aceh yang terdiri dari buleun bintang, bungong, bungong awan-awan, awan meucanek, pucok reubong, awan si oen, bungong meulu, bungong sagoe, bungong geulima dan putik. Ornamen tersebut mengandung makna filosofis kepercayaan Islam dan nilai kehidupan masyarakat seperti hubungan manusia dengan Allah dan hubungan antar sesama manusia.

Abstract

Abstract. Employee performance is influenced by several variables, one of which is leadership and work environment. Leadership talks about the style and attitude of a leader. A leader is not limited by gender, therefore, both men and women can become leaders. Bandung Islamic University provides opportunities for women to actualize themselves as leaders. In addition, the work environment also affects employee performance, where this work environment includes physical, psychological, and socio-cultural aspects that directly or indirectly influence employee performance. The method in this study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification method approach and operates calculations using the SPSS version 25 program. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Respondents in this study were employees, namely educational staff (tendik) and lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung, totaling 35 people. Based on the research results: 1) Women's leadership at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung is included in the good category 2) The work environment at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung is included in the good category 3) Employee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung is included in the excellent category 4) Women's Leadership has a positive effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung 5) The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung 6) Women's Leadership and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the better female leadership is, the lower the level of employee performance will be. Based on the analysis of the results of this study, the following suggestions are made; leaders must be able to provide clearer work techniques to employees, the work environment must be made in accordance with the needs of employees, for employees to further improve their work discipline. Abstrak. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variable, salah satunya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja. Kepemimpinan berbicara bagaimana gaya dan sikap dari seorang pemimpin. Sesosok pemimpin tidak dibatas oleh gender, oleh karena itu, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan dapat menjadi pemimpin. Universitas Islam Bandung memberikan kesempatan kepada perempuan untuk mengaktualisasikan dirinya menjadi pemimpin. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana lingkungan kerja ini meliputi aspek fisik, psikologis, dan sosio-kultural yang secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif serta mengoperasikan perhitungan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh yakni melalui wawancara, angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan Teknik simple random sampling dan metode analisis uji asumsi klasik dan regresi liniear berganda. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yaitu tenaga kependidikan (tendik) dan dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung berjumlah sebanyak 35 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian: 1) Kepemimpinan perempuan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung termasuk dalam kategori baik 2) Lingkungan kerja di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung termasuk dalam kategori baik 3) Kinerja karyawan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik 4) Kepemimpinan Perempuan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung 5) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung 6) Kepemimpinan Perempuan dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan perempuan yang dimiliki maka akan semakin rendah tingkat kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari penelitian ini maka, diajukkan saran-saran sebagai berikut; pemimpin harus dapat memberikan teknis kerja yang lebih jelas pada karyawan, lingkungan kerja harus dibuat sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan, untuk karyawan lebih ditingkatkan lagi kedisiplinan kerjanya.

Abstract

This research falls under the category of descriptive qualitative research, aiming to systematically, realistically, and accurately uncover results by explaining each discovered aspect. The study focuses on understanding criterion-referenced assessment (CRA) and its application at Muslim Cendekia Batu Elementary School. The data in this research comprises primary and secondary data. Primary data were directly obtained from the research subjects, namely the Arabic language teachers at Muslim Cendekia Batu Elementary School, while secondary data were acquired from observations and document studies relevant to the research topic. Data collection was conducted through interviews and documentation. After data collection, the analysis was performed using descriptive analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman. This technique involves three steps: (1) data reduction, which includes collecting, filtering, and systematically organizing data; (2) data display, which involves identifying meaningful patterns and relationships to draw conclusions; and (3) conclusion drawing or verification, which entails summarizing and verifying the results obtained from the analyzed data Criterion-referenced assessment (CRA) is a measurement method using specific standards where students are compared against predetermined standards within learning objectives. The purpose of CRA is to accurately measure the achievement of competencies set as success criteria, identifying what each individual has mastered and not mastered. CRA is applied in Arabic language learning at Muslim Cendekia Batu Elementary School through various methods, including project assessments and the results of daily tests and final exams.

Abstract

The increased demand for cooking oil has led to a corresponding rise in its consumption. To address this situation, individuals often resort to reusing cooking oil, despite its unsuitability for consumption. The repeated use of cooking oil at high temperatures induces the hydrolysis of triglycerides into free fatty acids. Consequently, this research aims to refine the quality of used cooking oil through its purification using rice, rendering it suitable for reuse. Rice is rich in amylose and amylopectin, both of which feature -OH groups that can interact with -COOH groups present in free fatty acids within used cooking oil. In the process of used cooking oil purification, rice serves as an adsorbent. The findings of this study exhibit an improvement with an increase in the amount of rice used in the purification of cooking oil. Furthermore, the utilization of rice as an adsorbent during the cooking oil purification process leads to a reduction in density to 0.9454 g/mL, a decline in the acid number to 2.0797 mg KOH/g, an augmentation of flow rate to 0.3141 mL/s, and an elevation of the hoarding number to 77.1842 mg KOH/g within the used cooking oil.

Abstract

Beef rendang is one of traditional foods from Minangkabau, West Sumatra. Rendang cooked with basic ingredient from beef, coconut milk and special spices. The addition of cumin (Cuminum cyminum L.) spice in cooking can improve the taste, other than that, cumin is additionally valuable as an antioxidant, antidiabetic, and lowering cholesterol. Nevertheless, there is no organoleptic report stating that cumin spice can improve the taste of rendang. The aim of the study was to see the level of preference for rendang which was added weight  variations of cumin based on sensory parameters (color, meat texture, surface of spices, aroma, flavor). The test method determined organoleptically by the hedonic test method on 48 panelists from chemistry 3rd year understudies of University of Negeri Padang were given rendang with variations in addition of cumin at 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 grams/500 grams of beef. The test results appeared a significant decrease in the level of inclination for rendang in parameters of color, surface of spices, and flavor of rendang with the addition of 2.5 grams of cumin when compared to the original rendang and and in common there was no significant alter. In conclusion, the expansion of cumin flavor influences the taste of beef rendang.

Abstract

Methylene Blue is a dangerous dye produced in the textile industry. Biosorption can be used as one method to overcome textile dye waste. Biosorption is an easy-to-use method, because it is simpler, more economical, and environmentally friendly. Biosorbents that can be used, namely cellulose in durian peel (Durio zibethinus Murr.) can be used as an alternative to be used as a biosorbent in the absorption of methylene blue dyes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of stirring speed on the absorption of Methylene blue dye using cellulose adsorbents. In the study, methylene blue biosorption was carried out using durian peel cellulose biosorbent (Durio zibethinus Murr.) with a batch method at variations in stirring speeds of 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 rpm. The results of this study obtained a cellulose extract from 90 grams of durian peel the extract resulted in 28.585 grams with a percentage of 31.69%. Results obtained at a speed of 200 rpm obtained an optimum absorption capacity of 25,0948 mg/g.

Abstract

Funds and Budget Calculation Excess Remaining (SiLPA) is the difference in funding from the realization of the revenues and expenditures for one period. The existence of SILPA in a period indicates the excess remaining financing in that period. The objective of this research was to analyze the performance of APBD management and found out the causes of SILPA in the period 2016 – 2020. This research was carried out at the Department of Industry and Trade of Blitar Regency using descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the performance of APBD management was good and efficient. Meanwhile, the existence of SILPA was due to the efficiency of spending and exceeding income. Keywords : APBD, SiLPA

Abstract

The growth of Indonesia's digital economy since 2016 has grown rapidly, one of which is the presence of digital wallet. The best digital wallet in Indonesia is Ovo with the cashback promo service that makes customers feel given the convenience to transact. This research aims to exemine the relationship between cashback promotion with muslim customer's loyalty in digital wallet Ovo  services. This study is using quantitative method with descriptive approach. The number of respondents with a total of 100 respondents Ovo users in Surabaya. The data collection technique of this research using questionnaire method then measured on a Likert scale and analysed with the help of SPSS Statistics version 23 software. The results of this study indicated a low relationship between cashback promotion with muslim customer's loyalty in digital wallet Ovo services.

Abstract

Makna Denotasi dan Konotasi dalam Wacana Narasi Bahasa Daerah Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan membedakan makna denotasi dan konotasi dalam wacana narasi bahasa Makassar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 24 Makassar. Populasinya bersifat homogen karena urutan kelasnya tidak didasarkan pada kemampuan akademik. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan acak, yatiu dengan mengundi nama kelas hingga didapatkan satu sampel yaitu siswa kelas VIII-4 sebanyak 33 orang sesuai dari jumlah populasi kelas. Dalam mendapatkan data yang akurat, maka digunakan jenis tes, yaitu tes isian dan tes essai sebagai instrumen penelitian. Kriteria penilaiannya berupa keterampilan siswa secara keseluruhan yang berada pada taraf rendah. Hasil penelitian diperoleh adalah siswa yang memperoleh nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sangat sedikit, hanya 14 orang dengan persentase 42% dan 19 siswa memperoleh 58 % di bawah KKM.
