Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to describe a class XI student skills in writing descriptions SMAKPA using a contextual approach, (2) describe a class XI student skills in writing a description SMAKPA using quantum learning, (3) describe differences in students' skills in writing SMAKPA XI description of the approach and methods of quantum contextual learning. Sampling in this study was done by using a sample aims (purposive sample) of class XI SMAKPA, which is registered in the academic year 2011/2012. The instruments used in the form of written descriptions of performance tests. The study's findings that there are significant differences between the classes and the class contextual approach that uses quantum learning method to learning to write a description of 4.56.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to structure and function Kampuang ramulo in Nagari Padang District Tigo Pasaman. Ramulo object of this research is used by society to delivering the message of Islam in Sub Tigo Nagari Nagari Padang Kampuang Pasaman. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The data of this study is ramulo structure consisting of the physical structure and the inner structure and function ramulo consisting of religious functions, education, communication, social, and entertainment. The data source of this research is ramulo in Nagari Padang Kampuang taken from native speakers or informant who is a tuo kampuang and tutor in Kampuang Nagari Padang. Data collected through observation, interviews, and recording the results of structured interviews with informants. Based on interviews and observations gained as much as 15 milestones ramulo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) describing the structure of pasambahan Mampasandiangan Anak Daro jo Marapulai at Kenagarian Air Bangis Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, (2) describing the function of pasambahan Mampasandiangan Anak Daro jo Marapulai at Kenagarian Air Bangis Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, (3)  The implication in Indonesia language study. The data of this research is  pasambahan Mampasandiangan Anak Daro jo Marapulai. The sources of the data in this research getting from expression of pasambahan and successful interview with the informant. The collected of the data by write method and listening. Finding of the research is the structure of pasambahan consist of opening, to deliver of the meaning and closing. The plot of pasambahan consist of pasambahan manyiriah and pasambahan Mampasandiangan Anak Daro jo Marapulai. The function of pasambahan consist of social function, education function, moral function, tradition function, religious function and language function. The implication in Indonesia language study can give advantages on Indonesia language study at class X the second grade of Senior High School with the standard competition “to tell the information to pass write a paragraph and speech text” and basic competence “to arrange of speech text”.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe petatah-petitih and moral value ​​contained in each petatah-petitih that exist in society in Nagari Koto Baru Kecamatan Kubung Kabupaten Solok. The research data is moral value in petatah-petitihused by society in Nagari Koto Baru Kecamatan Kubung Kabupaten Solok. The data source of this research is the source of oral, the verbal sources arepetatah-petitih spoken by people in communication. Data were collected using interviews, recording methods and methods of record. The study's findings include two things: (1) form petatah-petitih, petatah-petitih of is including oral folklore and has implied intent of petatah-petitih is presented, in order to not feel offended, (2) moral values ​​in petatah-petitih, custom  moral values ​​can be seen through the four factors commonly called in custom, that is pasing raso, pareso, malu, and sopan. Religious moral values ​​are moral values ​​in Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the structure of the event Mananti Pantun Bajawek Binjai district Tando Tigo Pasaman Nagari, and (2) the value of education Limerick Event Mananti Bajawek in district Tando Binjai Tigo Pasaman Nagari. The data of this study is the structure of the poem bajawek mananti event in Binjai district Tando Tigo Nagari Pasaman and values ​​education poem bajawek mananti event in Binjai district Tando Tigo Pasaman Nagari. The data sources of this study are oral sources, which are spoken in rhyme bajawek Tando mananti event. Data were collected by observation, recording, interviews, and data processing, the results of the analysis are written in the form of a full report of research results. The findings of the study in the event structure bajawek rhymes with rhyme mananti Tando usual, has sampiran and content and consists of four lines, and talibun ie, six lines, eight rows and ten rows. In addition, the poem was also built by the physical structure and the inner structure. Educational value poem bajawek traditional educational values​​, moral values ​​and values ​​education religious education.

Abstract

This research is done to describe the pattern and the function of Speech  Act Directive Trader Vegetable in Market Alahan Panjang Kabupaten Solok. This research is also done to describe the situation of greengrocers’ speech in the market of Alahan panjang, the Regency of Solok. Data is collected by using observation technique that used tape recorder as recording instrument. Subject in this research is the greengrocers in the market of Alahan Panjang, the Regency of Solok. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the form of a style that is used by soccer commentators in the Indonesian Super League event on television quiz on sentence structure and meaning based on whether or not direct. The data of this study is the speech that contain language style. Source of research data is broadcast live football matches Indonesia Super League during the month of April 2012 in television quiz. Data was collected using recording techniques and assisted with the recording sheet. The study's findings: (1) style language is based on the sentence structure is found as many as three of style, a style that is the climax, antithesis, and repetition. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskanpenggunaan bahasa Kerinci dialek Jujun. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang tidakmenggunakan rumus-rumus statistik dalam pengolahan data.Peneliti memperoleh 32 kata sapaan dalam bahasa Kerinci dialekJujun. Terdapan 27 kata sapaan yang bersifat umum, 4 katasapaan adat, dan.1 kata sapaan agama yang merupakan bahasaKerinci dialek Jujun.Kata Kunci: Kata Sapaan, dialek, tuturan, bahasa daerahThis study aims to describe and explain the use of the Kerincidialect of the Jujun dialect. This study uses descriptive qualitativemethods that do not use statistical formulas in data processing.The researcher obtained 32 greeting words in Kerinci in the Jujundialect. There are 27 general greeting words, 4 custom greetings,and 1 religious greeting which is the Kerinci Jujun dialect.Keywords: Word greetings, dialects, speech, regional languages

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how polite netizens are in commenting on Nadiem Makarim's Instagram account, Minister of Education and Culture. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The data is sourced from the Instagram account (@nadiemmakariem), speech or writing in the comments of Nadiem Makarim's first post on August 17, 2020, the focus of the data is comments about online learning. The results showed that comments about online learning on Nadiem Makarim's posts were dominated by netizens who used polite speech or obeyed the principles of politeness. Comments that are found a lot are comments from school children and students for schools to be reactivated or they want schools to be opened and face to face. This is certainly a spirit that appears from the students and a positive thing. Complying with the netizen's politeness principle in commenting on Nadiem Makarim's Instagram account, there are 85 utterances or comments. Meanwhile, there are 54 violations of the netizen's politeness principles.

Abstract

The purpuse  of research is structure description and social function faith community built new house in Sungai Asam Sicincin Kecamatan 2x11 Enam Lingkung Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The research is kualitatif research of deskriptif method. Accommodate data and do with observation, interview, take direct words from informan and record again the result. Based of research conclusion that idiom faith communication on convey their love and feel on figuratife language. Sosial function of faith find on this research are four parts and idiom structure are two part of structure and three part of structure.
