Abstract

This study conducts a thorough examination of the factors influencing consumer purchasing interest in the snack market, utilizing Mr. Fathoni Jr's Gajahan Leker as a case study. The research focuses on the analysis of the impact of price, flavor choices, and location on consumer purchasing preferences within the context of Leker products.By gathering data through surveys conducted using questionnaires and statistical analysis, the research discovers that the price of Mr. Fathoni Jr's Gajahan Leker plays a significant role in shaping consumer purchasing interest. Additionally, the various flavor choices offered by this brand also have a positive impact on purchasing preferences.The strategic placement and good accessibility of locations are proven to be key factors in attracting consumer purchasing interest. The success of Mr. Fathoni Jr's Gajahan Leker in leveraging strategically located sites to reach their target market contributes significantly to consumer purchasing interest.This study provides profound insights for business owners, marketers, and strategic decision-makers in the snack industry. By understanding the complex interactions between price, flavor choices, and location, Mr. Fathoni Jr can devise more effective strategies to enhance consumer purchasing interest, strengthen their brand, and support long-term business growth.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and explain the influence of advertising, brand image and price on interest in purchasing Le Minerale products. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form. This research uses quantitative methods, the population in this research is consumers who use Le Minerale products in the Greater Solo area with a sample size of 105 respondents. The research was carried out with the help of the SPSS 27.0 application as a tool for calculating data obtained using 4 variables, the independent variable is advertising, brand image and price, while the dependent variable is purchase interest. The analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the F Test research obtained a calculated F value of 13.139 > 2.460 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that advertising, brand image and price simultaneously influence purchasing interest.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to collect information that will be used to analyze the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa. And it is hoped that it can help companies solve the problems they face according to the topic chosen by the author, by analyzing, especially information and data regarding the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. In this research the method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all customers of the Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa. According to data from HRD Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa. The sample in this study was 66 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination f test and t test. There is a positive and significant influence of service quality on customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. Service quality and satisfaction together have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. The SPSS output results of the F test show that the calculated F value is 238,399, which is > 2,700 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction have a simultaneous influence on customer loyalty. Based on the T test results in the coefficients table, partial test results can be seen as follows. Service quality (X1) has a T count of 1.166 < T table 1.660, a large significance value of 0.247 > 0.05, so the service quality variable has no effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction (X2) has a calculated T of 8.850 > T table of 1.660, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the customer satisfaction variable has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction (X2) has a calculated T of 8.850 > T table of 1.660, a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so the customer satisfaction variable has a significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial, financial management, and digital marketing involve people rising and falling in their entrepreneurial interests online. Variables that affect the interest in online entrepreneurship include financial management, entrepreneurship education, and digital marketing. The study is aimed at seeing how entrepreneurial, financial management, and digital marketing affect entrepreneurship interests online. A sample used of 101 respondents from communities in the city of surakarta, obtained through a dissemination of the questionnaire using Unknown Sampling. Data analysis using IBM SPSS statistics version 25 reveals that through tests of t, they found that an entrepreneurial education (X1) and digital marketing (X3) actually contributed positively to entrepreneurial interest online (Y). However, in the case of a monetary management variable (X2), its significance is 0.196, exceeded the 0.05 significance threshold, Which suggests that financial management (X2) has no significant impact on online entrepreneurial interests (Y).

Abstract

The development of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is increasingly making competition tight, therefore companies are required to implement a good strategy system for the products they sell. This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality factors, product completeness, and price on consumer buying interest in retail-based companies. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and as many as 104 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and tested using the SPSS 25 application. The technique used Purposive sampling is one part of Non-probability sampling.

Abstract

Motorcycle sales in Indonesia increased by 1.24% in October 2023, reaching 516,293 units, despite experiencing an annual decline of 3.96%. Cumulative figures for January-October show a growth of 26.22%, reaching 5,237,976 units. The research focuses on the Honda Vario motorcycle, aiming to understand the influence of design, brand image, and transaction convenience on purchase decisions. A quantitative research method was employed through surveys and questionnaires involving 93 consumers. Regression analysis indicates a positive relationship between product design, brand image, transaction convenience, and purchase decisions. The results highlight the importance of these factors in influencing consumer preferences for motorcycles, providing insights into market dynamics, and showcasing Honda's success in maintaining its dominance.

Abstract

Consumers want to be respected throughout the purchasing process until after sales. Service quality is something that is important for the industry to pay attention to because it has an impact on consumers who want to shop. Ease of use, such as ease of navigation and collection of information, makes it easier for consumers to make purchases. Price determines consumers' purchasing decisions. Price determines how consumers search for products and compare prices before making a final decision. This research uses a quantitative approach in its research methodology. The information used in this research is essential information. Main information was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to Shopee consumers in the Greater Solo area via Google Form and distributed via social media platforms. The survey contains questions that are assessed using a Likert Scale of 1 to 5. Data processing uses the SPSS version 25 program. To expect a questionnaire that may not be completed, an example of a decision size is 108 respondents in this review. The results of the findings can be summarized as follows: service quality has a significance value of 0.000<0.05, ease of use has a significance value of 0.042<0.05, and product price has a significance value of 0.000<0.05. As a result, all variables have a significant impact significant impact on consumers' decisions regarding which products to buy. There is a significant impact on the quality of service, ease of use, and price of products available on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

This research was aimed at determining the effect of service quality and consumer satisfaction on the Shopee e-commerce application in the city of Solo Raya. The sample in this research is people who have made online purchases via the Shopee e-commerce application. In this research, data was collected by distributing questionnaires online to 100 respondents, all of whom were residents of Solo Raaya City. The variables used in this research are the service quality variable as the independent variable (X) and Customer Satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The analysis in this research is data instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (simple regression analysis, f test, and partial test (t test)). The results of the tests that have been carried out are that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction for users of the Shopee e-commerce application.

Abstract

The rapid Indonesia's culinary industry is now developing at encouraging the emergence of many fast food restaurants. Mie Gacoan is a type of fast food restaurant whose basic ingredients are noodles. Mie Gacoan is a fast food restaurant whose basic ingredients are noodles. Mie Gacoan is one of the many choices of companies that are concerned with the culinary sector. This company distributes its products in spread outlets. This fast food restaurant serves spicy noodles at a level according to the consumer's choice as the main menu. Apart from that, they also offer side dishes with a choice of dimsum, shrimp spring rolls and various variations of drinks, of course these noodles are much loved by consumers in their teens. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how price, taste, and service quality affect consumers' decisions to buy gacoan noodles in Solo Baru. This study employed a quantitative methodology. Then, using non-probability selection procedures, researchers selected a sample of 100 respondents for this study. Members of the population or elements chosen as samples in this technique do not have the same opportunities and chances. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. Multiple regression analysis was used in the data analysis process with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The study's findings demonstrated that price had no bearing on judgments about purchases, service quality had a big impact on decisions about purchases, and taste had no bearing at all.

Abstract

In the current era of rapid progress, the development of various types of business continues to develop and becomes increasingly competitive. This encourages companies to always strive to increase market share and attract consumer attention. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of brand image and product innovation on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, especially for Indomie consumers in Surakarta. There were 100 participants in this research and data was collected through an online survey using a Google form. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling techniques and primary data types, as well as collecting questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that customer satisfaction acts as a mediator in the relationship between brand image and product innovation on customer loyalty, with a partial influence
