Abstract

This study aims to create an e-module for beauty and makeup research. It places its focus on evaluating the practicality of the e-module through the utilization of the meta-creative strategy approach. This evaluation is carried out by assessing it with two distinct groups, which are lecturers and students. The outhor employs a systematic approach in evaluating the e-module with the meta-creative strategy. The primary criteria for assessment include ease of media usage, time efficiency, interpretation ability and equvalency. The analysis results indicate a high level of practicality for the e-module with meta-creative strategy used in this learning process. The lecturer and students both rated it highly, with scores of 0,92 and 0.87 respectively. These score reflect the favorable reception from both groups of stakeholders. These findings lend support to the concept of meta-creativity e-module developments and underscore the potential of educational technology in enhancing the learning experience.

Abstract

Dry facial skin can be caused by several factors including age, sun exposure, weather, genetics, skin structure, diet, environmental factors, and skin diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using traditional Moringa leaf masks for dry facial skin care. This type of research is experimental research with quasi-experimental methods. The research sample consisted of 6 samples using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data. Data analysis used the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing (ANOVA), followed by the Duncan test. Analysis of normality and homogeneity of the data is used to test prerequisite analysis before testing the hypothesis. The results showed that in the control group (X0) without the use of traditional moringa leaf masks, there was no change in the level of skin moisture and the level of smoothness of facial skin texture. In the experimental group X1 and X2 using a traditional leaf mask showed a significant change in the level of moisture and smoothness of facial skin texture. There are differences in the effect of treating dry faces on women aged 35-45 years using traditional masks from Moringa leaves in three different treatments for indicators of moisture and facial skin texture with a significance of 0.016 <0.050.

The data analysis technique of this study is data tabulation and data description. The analysis requirements tests carried out are normality tests, linearity tests and multiple linear regression tests to test the research hypothesis. The research results show that 1) the music therapy variable is in the very good category with a percentage of 84.72%, 2) the aromatherapy variable is also in the very good category with a percentage of 85.23%, 3) the client's relaxation level reached 85.50%. These findings indicate that both independent variables have a significant positive impact on increasing relaxation. 4) the contribution of the Music Therapy and Aromatherapy variables to the Relaxation Level is 70.4%. The remaining 29.6% variation in the Relaxation Level is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Music Therapy, Aromatherapy, SPA Treatment, Relaxation Level.
