Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan rendahnya interaksi sosial pada anak usia dini berkebutihan khusus. Metode penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review, dengan mereview beberapa artikel yang sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi sosial anak akan lebih optimal dengan dukungan dari lingkungan keluarga, masyarakat, dan sekolah serta dapat berkembang dengan permainan kooperatif dengan aktivitas bermain anak yang melibatkan interaksi dengan teman sebaya dan masing-masing anak memiliki peran dalam permainan, baik yang diprogramkan oleh guru pendamping khusus sesuai yang tertuang dalam PPI (Program Pembelajaran Individu) di sekolah inklusi.

Abstract

Children with special needs are children who have physical, intellectual, emotional, and social limitations that affect the child's development and growth processes compared to other children. Parents' attitudes and behaviors are very influential for the development of children with special needs because parental support provides a successful developmental process. This study aims to describe the forms, treatment, and factors of parental acceptance of the existence of children with special needs with literature review research methods from various literature reviews in reputable National journals. The results of the study showed various forms of parental acceptance of children with special needs in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk membahas karakteristik dan kefokusan anak dengan spektrum ADHD yang kecenderungannya tidak bisa fokus dan mengalami hambatan komunikasi. Karena bahasa merupakan alat komunikasi untuk menyampaikan sesuatu dalam melakukan interaksi sosial, menyampaikan keinginannya, ide-idenya, pendapatnya dan lainnya. Jadi perlu adanya kegiatan yang akan mengembangkan kemampuan anak dalam berkomunikasi dengan orang lain di lingkungan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap salah satu anak yang terindikasi ADHD di Paud Madani Kids membutuhkan metode pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan bahasa ekspresifnya agar bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik melalui kegiatan read aloud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran melalui serangkain kegiatan mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan Read Aloud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, foto dan video dokumentasi, catatan, dan rekaman suara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru dan anak dengan spektrum ADHD. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan kegiatan Read Aloud telah terlaksana dengan baik, di tahap persiapan membutuhkan pengkondisian lingkungan agar anak tertarik dengan kegiatan Read Aloud dan antusias mendengarkan, 2) Kendala saat pelaksanaan kegiatan membaca nyaring, kurangnya penguasaan teknik yang menarik, media yang digunakan, pengaturan tempat, dan kurang peka dengan kondisi anak, 3) Pada tahap evaluasi, strategi yang dilakukan pemilihan buku sesuai minat anak, menguasai teknik Read Aloud, mengkondisikan keinginan anak, mendorong anak menceritakan isi cerita, mengajak anak bergantian melakukan membaca nyaring, dan mengajak anak untuk mendengarkan ketika temannya membaca nyaring.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur peningkatan kemampuan bahasa pada anak-anak usia lima hingga enam tahun yang memiliki spektrum autisme di sebuah sekolah pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Flash card digunakan untuk mengajar bahasa anak. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyelidiki pemodelan bahasa dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak-anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara sebagai langkah-langkah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kartu flash dan pemodelan bahasa sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa siswa usia dini dengan gangguan spektrum autisme. Kartu flash berfungsi sebagai alat visual yang membantu siswa mengingat kata-kata dan memahami artinya. Setelah siswa sering menggunakan kartu flash, pemahaman dan penggunaan kata-kata baru meningkat secara signifikan. Pemodelan bahasa oleh guru dan teman sebaya yang mahir juga membantu siswa menjadi lebih baik dalam berbicara. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) untuk menilai penggunaan flashcard dan pemodelan bahasa pada siswa. Hasil ini memiliki konsekuensi penting bagi pengembangan teknik intervensi kemampuan linguistik siswa dengan gangguan spektrum autisme yang memungkinkan mereka bermain dalam lingkungan PAUD untuk membantu perkembangan bahasa mereka.

Abstract

In the developmental phase, not all individuals experience development according totheir stages, children who experience developmental obstacles are categorized as children with special needs, children with special needs with hearing impairments have difficulties that focus on communication and language due to hearing barriersas well as delays in speech. Hearing barriers, especially related to communication, greatly affect the level of development of children in the social-emotional field. Children with hearing impairments have a direct impact on the development of receptive and expressive communication. So that it requires proper handling in orderto maximize the child's ability comprehensively. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and effect of the application of concrete media on the communication development of students with hearing impairments. data collectionin this study using observation and interview techniques. The results of this study found that the application of concrete media can attract the attention of children withhearing impairments, help children understand words, so that two-way communication can be established. The application of concrete media has an influence on the development of communication of children with hearing impairments

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of eye contact in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This study aims to see and describe the improvement of eye contact in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by applying prompting and positive reinforcement. The method of research is to use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection in this study used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that AL students experienced an increase in eye contact, where before prompting, the response from the child ranged from 0-5 seconds. After starting the AL, the child's response increased between 10-60 seconds, depending on the prompting done. Another improvement found in AL children is that they can respond to stimuli given by the teacher.

Abstract

The problem in this study is hyperactive behavior in early childhood so that children cannot adjust to the environment. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods with data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the final observation, HS has shown an increase in behavioral changes in interacting with his friends. HS began to show a positive attitude to want to play with his friends, HS has dared to join his friends to follow the traditional game activities of broken cans even though HS has not played according to the rules of the game. HS began to focus on the teacher's instructions when told to arrange the cans in the shape of a tower even though it did not last long about 3 minutes. HS has been able to control himself to patiently wait for his turn even if only briefly. HS screamed with joy when he successfully kicked the ball into the cans that had been neatly arranged so that it fell apart. But at that time HS was still unable to control his emotions, HS cried hysterically when he fell because he was wrong to kick the ball for a long time.

Abstract

The problem in the study is that children with hearing impairment who always explode their emotions if what they want is not obtained, shout, cry suddenly or hit friends and teachers. Research was conducted to find out how the influence of instilling Christian values in children with disabilities. This research is a qualitative descriptive field research to describe the process of instilling Christian values for children with disabilities in Permata Christian Kindergarten. The handling of children with hearing impairment in Permata Christian Kindergarten is carried out by instilling Christian values (character) to children, teachers make themselves examples and role models for children and create a comfortable environment for children (teachers and other children always say positive words) so that with such an approach children do not feel themselves different from other children but feel accepted in their environment which is marked by a change in attitude in children with hearing impairment both emotionally and socially

Abstract

Children with special needs also need special attention in the early stages of their development. These children may face various challenges, such as developmental disorders, autism, hearing impairment, or other health issues that require appropriate attention and intervention. This research is a qualitative research with document study data research method. The results show that early detection in early childhood education is an important first step to providing inclusive and equitable education. It involves recognizing a child's special characteristics or needs early on to provide timely interventions. Early detection is important for children with a range of special needs such as autism, speech impairment, hearing impairment, and emotional and social problems. The role of teachers and parents in early detection is crucial, with strong collaboration and support. An inclusive approach to early childhood education is key to creating an environment that embraces diversity and allows all children to develop to their potential. With awareness, training and strong collaboration, inclusive approaches can help create a more inclusive and equitable future for all children.

Abstract

Parenting stress is a psychological aversive condition and physiological reaction that arises as a result of parental pressure in the parenting pattern of a speech delayed child. Efforts that can be made when experiencing parenting stress include coping strategies. The aim of the research is to find out a description of stress coping strategies for parents who have speech delayed children and a description of the counseling process that should be given to parents who experience stress because they have speech delayed children. Qualitative research method with phenomenological design. The respondents used consisted of three parents who had speech delayed children. Data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the description of stress coping strategies for parents who have speech delayed children is using a combined coping strategy, namely problem focused coping strategies and emotion focused coping strategies and process descriptions. Counseling that should be given to parents who experience stress due to having a speech delayed child using group intervention activities related to coping stress strategies has been proven to be effective in reducing the level of stress experienced.
