Abstract

Digital marketing menjadi salah satu bentuk pemasaran dengan pemanfaatan platform dan teknologi digital untuk menghubungkan audiens target secara online. Pemanfaatan digital marketing dapat diterapkan melalui media berbasis digital. Media sosial diintegrasikan dengan berbagai lini digunakan sebagai penyebaran konten yang relevan sesuai dengan target masyarakat dalam mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, masih banyak guru yang memiliki keterbatasan keterampilan dalam pembuatan konten digital serta konten pemasaran. Oleh karena itu, dirumuskan pengabdian masyarakat ini guna meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran guru dan tenaga pendidikan melalui kegiatan berbasis e-marketing untuk media sosial sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil program berupa konten yang dipublikasi pada setiap lembaga sebagai sarana promosi dan branding. Di samping itu, guru PAUD Gugus 3 Kepanjen Kidul Kota Blitar memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman secara teori dan praktik dalam pemanfaatan konten digital dalam peningkatan konten sebagai sarana promosi dan branding sekolah lebih optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan mengumpulkan informasi secara empiris tentang bagaimana model pembelajaran aktif mempengaruhi perkembangan entrepreneurship pada anak-anak usia dini. Studi ini dilakukan di TK Anak Saleh Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Ex-post Facto. Uji data normalitas Kolmogorov Smirnov dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Uji regresi linier sederhana dilakukan dengan analisis koefisien regresi linier, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan normalitas, variabel pengembangan entrepreneurship berdistribusi normal. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Y= 61.667 + 0,833X, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel model pembelajaran aktif memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan entrepreneurship anak usia dini. Selain itu, berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi b Untuk menguji hipotesis, digunakan uji t, yang menghasilkan nilai hitung t=2.321 dan nilai hitung t=1.714. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran aktif berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan keterampilan entrepreneurship pada anak-anak usia dini.

Abstract

Pedagogical competence is one of the important components that a teacher must have. Pedagogic is an expertise or ability that teachers must have in teaching children. Mastery of pedagogical competence of early childhood education teachers can differentiate from other professions and can improve the quality of education quality in Sekadau Hilir District. This study aims to analyze and describe the pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers which includes lesson planning, lesson implementation, and evaluation of children's learning outcomes in Sekadau Hilir District, West Kalimantan. The population of this study was 74 people with a sampling method of probability sampling technique, namely the type of simple random sampling. Then, a sample size of 63 people was obtained, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses an objective description form (BUO), then a percentage calculation is carried out to determine the level of pedagogical competence of PAUD teachers. The results showed that pedagogical competence in Sekadau Hilir Sub-district who scored “Fair” amounted to 41 teachers, the score “Good” amounted to 16 teachers, and the score “Less” amounted to 6 teachers. This shows that the majority of PAUD teachers in Sekadau Hilir Sub-district have sufficient understanding and skills regarding pedagogical knowledge, although there is still room for improvement on lesson planning that needs to be improved.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of seeing the implementation of role-playing jewelry designers at KidZania Surabaya edutainment rides as a stimulation of children's fine motor development. The type of research used is qualitative research will involve data collection methods through interview data, observation and documentation. This qualitative research uses a case study design with the aim of understanding and finding in-depth understanding of a situation, group, or individual. This research will analyze data using the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model which is divided into four stages. The results of the study found that the implementation of jewelry designer role play at KidZania Surabaya has a positive impact felt by parents of visitors, children, and also employees who are involved there. Through this activity, the jewelry designer's establishment is able to stimulate on other aspects of early childhood development such as cognitive development and social-emotional development.

Abstract

This study examines the enhancement of children's social-emotional development through the application of cooperative learning strategies in early childhood education. Adopting a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed systematically using techniques of data display, reduction, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that social-emotional growth in early childhood can be significantly improved through structured cooperative learning activities that include clear role division within groups, the use of positive feedback and rewards, and strategies aimed at fostering self-confidence and independence. The implementation of these practices not only enhances children's social interaction skills but also supports emotional regulation and resilience. The study highlights the critical role of collaborative learning in shaping key aspects of social-emotional development, offering practical implications for educators in early childhood settings. Structured group activities, meaningful participation, and positive reinforcement are shown to be effective tools for nurturing interpersonal competence and autonomy in young learners, laying a strong foundation for future developmental outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia 5–6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka (literature review) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang menelaah sejumlah jurnal dan sumber ilmiah terkait implementasi strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah pada pendekatan konten, proses, dan produk pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kesiapan, minat, dan gaya belajar anak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif, mendorong anak untuk bereksplorasi secara kreatif, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan dan motivasi belajar. Selain itu, strategi ini juga memperkuat peran guru sebagai fasilitator dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan bermakna. Kendati demikian, tantangan dalam penerapannya masih ditemui, seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan guru dan akses sumber belajar. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi pendekatan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan optimal kreativitas anak usia dini, terutama di era Kurikulum Merdeka yang menekankan kebebasan belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the socio-economic level of the family and picky feeding behavior in children, this is because there has been no research that discusses the relationship between the two variables so that this study will be a new science in the field of early childhood education. Picky feeding behavior in children is interpreted as picky eating behavior, only wanting to eat certain foods, and being reluctant to try new foods. The population obtained was the number of guardians at the school where the study was conducted, which was 247 people, with a research sample of 71 people obtained from the simple random sampling technique. Collecting respondent data using a questionnaire on picky feeding behavior and family socio-economic level. The results showed that in Lowokwaru District there were all socio-economic levels of families, but most of the people were in the middle to upper category. The results of 32 (45,1%) of 71 samples showing picky eating behavior, while 39 (54,9%) samples showed non-picky eating behavior. The statistical test conducted obtained a sig. = 0.000 (sig <0,005) which means that there is a relationship between the socio-economic level of the family and picky eater behavior in children in Lowokwaru District. This study shows that most children who have picky feeding behavior come from families with middle to upper socio-economic levels, thus forming a positive relationship because high socio-economic levels tend to influence an increase in picky feeding behavior. The relationship that occurs between these two variables is also classified as strong and has a contribution value of 42,5% obtained from the results of the linear regression test.

Abstract

Sistem Asesmen pada anak berkebutuhan khusus yang dilakukan yayasan Bhakti Luhur Malang sudah berlangsung 62 tahun.  Suatu model asesmen holistik yang terdiri dari 7 tahap proses yakni proses identifikasi, asesmen, penyusunan program, intervensi, program transisi, penentuan program kemandirian dan pelaksanaan program kemandirian. Tujuh tahap ini menarik dan menantang penulis untuk menggali, mendalami sehingga perlu diteliti agar bisa dideskripsikan kembali alurnya menjadi panduan tertulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang dirancang untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses identifikasi, asesmen dan penyusunan program bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus yang diterima dan tinggal di wisma Bhakti Luhur Malang. Temuan penelitian bahwa proses identifikasi sudah dimulai oleh staff penerimaan anak. Kemudian identifikasi mendalam diwisma melalui tahap observasi 3 bulan dengan Panduan Terpadau Bhakti Luhur) PTBL, disekolah menggunakan buku 3 M (membaca, menulis, menghitung) dan terapi dengan format pengecekan awal. Tujuan identifikasi mendalam untuk menentukan kelayakan diterima atau tidak. Asesmen sebagai tindak lanjut dari identifikasi yang dimulai dengan tes IQ yang didukung data dari wisma, sekolah dan terapi. Hasil tes ini dilengkapi dengan usulan latihan di wisma dalam bentuk Master. Hasil tes juga diberikan kepada sekolah dan terapi. Selanjutnya program di wisma itu dievaluasi perbulan, semester dan tahunan. Jadi evaluasi program bulanan itu menjadi patokan lagi untuk menyusun program selanjutnya, begitu terus sampai anak berkebutuhan khusus dewasa atau siap kembali ke masyarakat atau hidup tetap di wisma Bhakti Luhur. Jadi program dari 3 sisi yakni wisma, sekolah dan terapi mengambil peran masing-masing saling melengkapi demi kemajuan dan kemandirian anak berkebutuhan khusus kelak

Abstract

                Sex education is necessary for children because it will be used as protection against unwanted outcomes.Therefore, it is important to teach children about sex, especially sex education for young children. This research aims to create web-based sexual education for children that can be used in educational activities. This type of research is a Research & Development (R&D) study, using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of this research are students from group A. Meanwhile, the data collection instruments for this research are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The trial results show that 83% of content experts and 87% of media experts assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and appeal of the DIPENSA website. The validation results from material experts and media experts indicate that this website-based sexual education learning media meets the criteria of being very valid and can be used without revision. The trial results show that students better understand sexual education through the DIPENSA website after it was provided. Furthermore, based on field trials, the research results are categorized as fairly valid and usable, although some minor adjustments are needed.

Abstract

Literacy is a fundamental aspect of early childhood development, serving as a foundation for future educational stages. However, challenges in teaching literacy often arise due to unengaging methods that are not aligned with children’s developmental stages. This study aims to explore how the integration of the traditional Indonesian game Engklek can serve as a medium to stimulate literacy among children aged 5–6 years. A qualitative research method with a case study approach was employed, involving participatory observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and children aged 5–6 years. The findings indicate that Engklek increases children’s interest and motivation in learning to recognize letters and words through active and enjoyable experiences. Children more easily recall letter shapes and vocabulary through the physical activities embedded in the game. Additionally, social interaction during the gameplay supports the development of communication skills and self-confidence. This study concludes that the traditional game Engklek can be adapted as an effective method for stimulating early childhood literacy, offering a creative and culturally relevant alternative to conventional learning methods.
