Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur keefektifan teknik coaching dalam membangun keterlibatan belajar anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Al Muhajirin Kota Malang. Keterlibatan belajar merupakan aspek penting dalam pembelajaran karena membangun rasa percaya diri dan mendorong anak untuk lebih mandiri dalam mengeksplorasi berbagai pengalaman belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 40 anak usia dini berusia 5-6 tahun yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa 4 indikator dengan 10 sub indikator yang sudah diuji validitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknik coaching efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan belajar anak, baik secara kognitif, emosional, maupun perilaku, dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 (<0,05). Implikasi dari hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik coaching efektif dalam membangun keterlibatan belajar anak usia 5–6 tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation strategy of the Great Parents Program in fostering positive parenting patterns and its contribution to the cultural literacy of early childhood at the Kasih Bunda Playgroup, Sambirejo Village, Madiun Regency. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, involving eight program participants, facilitators, institution managers, and students as research subjects. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the program equips parents with effective communication skills, consistent discipline practices, and appreciation for children, which encourages a shift toward more democratic and supportive parenting styles. The program also proved to instill cultural and civic values through the introduction of national symbols, folk tales, traditional games, and the practice of mutual cooperation, which were internalized in family activities. The research findings confirm that parenting programs can serve as a strategic tool in integrating positive parenting with cultural and civic literacy, while also strengthening the character and identity of young children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam bagaimana kegiatan eksplorasi tanah liat yang dikaitkan dengan nilai-nilai budaya lokal dapat mengembangkan kreativitas anak usia dini melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di TK Pertiwi Mayangsari Bendosewu 02, Kabupaten Blitar. Peneliti hadir secara langsung sebagai instrumen utama untuk melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi secara sistematis. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan Miles dan Huberman, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan eksplorasi tanah liat yang dipadukan dengan budaya lokal mampu menstimulasi kreativitas anak secara menyeluruh, meliputi aspek kognitif, motorik halus, imajinasi, dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Anak menjadi lebih berani bereksperimen, mengenal bentuk-bentuk baru, serta mampu menghubungkan pengalaman budaya di lingkungan sekitar ke dalam karya yang mereka buat. Eksplorasi tanah liat berbasis budaya lokal terbukti efektif sebagai sarana pengembangan kreativitas anak usia dini dalam konteks pembelajaran saintifik.

Abstract

This study stemmed from the low science and literacy skills of early childhood students at TK Muslimat NU 45 Malang, attributed to the prevalence of conventional learning methods and the lack of concrete visual media. This research aims to develop "SALIRA Interactive Video" learning media based on the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) approach and to assess its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness. The method employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects of this research were all 39 students at TK Muslimat NU 45 Malang. Data were collected using expert validation sheets, practicality response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Validation results indicated that the product falls into the "Very Feasible" category with an average score of 90.75%. The practicality test yielded a score of 94.0%, categorized as "Very Practical." The effectiveness test results demonstrated a significant increase in the average science ability score from 54.5 to 86.0, and literacy ability from 56.0 to 88.5. It is concluded that the STEAM-based SALIRA Interactive Video is feasible and effective for enhancing early childhood science and literacy skills.

Abstract

This research explores the practical and theoretical implications of implementing the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka) at RA 02 Darul Ulum, an Islamic-based early childhood education institution, with a focus on integrating religious values and holistic skill development. Using a qualitative approach through a case study at RA Al-Mukarromah, data were collected from teacher interviews, learning observations, and curriculum document analysis. The results indicate that effective implementation enhances teacher flexibility, student engagement, and parent collaboration, while addressing challenges such as resource readiness. The scientific contribution of this research explicitly lies in developing an integrated curriculum model that combines constructivist theory with Islamic values, which has not been deeply explored in the context of Indonesian early childhood education (PAUD). The novelty lies in the emphasis on the spiritual dimension as a holistic element, addressing the literature gap that focuses more on academic aspects alone. The urgency of these findings is evident from the potential of the Independent Curriculum to shape a morally upright generation in the era of globalization. Practically, these findings provide guidance for RA teachers to design innovative project-based learning, enhancing educational effectiveness and students' readiness to face contemporary challenges. Theoretically, the results strengthen Vygotsky's and Gardner's theories with empirical evidence that curriculum flexibility can accelerate children's cognitive-social-spiritual development, thus contributing to the expansion of the theoretical framework for multicultural early childhood education. This research recommends developing similar models on a national scale.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi bertujuan untuk memberikan kesempatan belajar yang setara bagi semua peserta didik, termasuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), dalam lingkungan sekolah reguler. Salah satu komponen penting yang sering kali kurang dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam mendukung mutu layanan pendidikan inklusi adalah partisipasi aktif orang tua. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur sistematis terhadap 20 artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional untuk menganalisis kontribusi partisipasi orang tua dalam mewujudkan mutu layanan pendidikan inklusi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua, seperti mendampingi belajar di rumah, menjalin komunikasi dengan guru, dan berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, berdampak positif terhadap perkembangan akademik dan sosial anak. Namun, partisipasi ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial-ekonomi, akses teknologi, dan pemahaman terhadap pendidikan inklusi, terutama di daerah tertinggal. Diperlukan strategi kolaboratif yang kontekstual antara sekolah, orang tua, dan komunitas untuk meningkatkan mutu layanan inklusi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Early childhood education (PAUD) is a crucial phase in developing basic literacy, especially reading and writing skills. Literacy needs to be developed early on to support children's readiness to learn. Early childhood learning is based on the principle of learning through play, which emphasizes active involvement and direct experience. However, literacy learning practices in PAUD are still often dominated by conventional approaches that focus on worksheets and books, thereby failing to encourage active participation from children. This situation results in low interest and motivation to learn when learning activities are not supported by engaging media.  This study aims to develop Bolpin (Smart Ball) learning media based on an interactive approach and to test its effectiveness in improving the reading and writing skills of early childhood. The study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE procedure, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were children in group B at RA Miftahul Huda II Sengonagung Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation.  The feasibility of the media was assessed through validation by subject matter experts and media experts, while its effectiveness was tested using a pre-experimental design with N-Gain analysis based on pretest and posttest results. The results of the study showed that Bolpin media was declared highly valid, with a media expert validation percentage of 93% and a subject matter expert validation percentage of 92%. The application of Bolpin media improved children's reading and writing skills, with an N-Gain value of 0.67 (moderate category). Bolpin media is effective in supporting active and enjoyable literacy learning.

Abstract

Learning media serves as an instructional aid in the teaching and learning process by clarifying the delivery of messages so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively. This study aims to develop an application-based learning media called Momoci, which contains animated videos and evaluation games with the theme The Cow Farm to improve early childhood knowledge regarding types of cows and their proper care, while also supporting the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) for children aged 5–6 years. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), integrating both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The development process included needs analysis, application design, product development, implementation, and evaluation of media effectiveness. Validators were selected purposively based on their expertise and competence in learning media and early childhood education materials, involving two media experts, two material experts, and three early childhood education practitioners as user validators. The research sample consisted of 61 kindergarten Group B children aged 5–6 years from three early childhood education institutions, namely TK Negeri Pembina Wonosalam, Jombang Regency, TK Negeri Pembina Bareng, Jombang Regency, and Children Center Brawijaya Smart School, Malang. The findings revealed that The Cow Farm learning media in the form of the Momoci application was categorized as highly feasible based on media, material, and practitioner validation results. Product revisions were conducted according to recommendations from media and material experts, including adjustments to the display of the Pancasila Student Profile, the use of capital letters, improvements to the landscape layout, replacement of level names with character-based titles, and the addition of user guidelines. The implementation results indicated that the Momoci application was effective as an interactive learning medium for children aged 5–6 years..

Abstract

Kemampuan sosial emosional merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk media bermain mission card yang sesuai berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, media, praktisi dan pengguna dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun di 3 lembaga TK daerah Kota Malang dengan sampel berjumlah 38 anak yang terdiri dari 8 anak sebagai sampel pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan 30 anak sebagai sampel pada uji coba kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analasis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase 94,79%, ahli materi memperoleh persentase 93,75%, ahli praktisi memperoleh 84,84%. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil yang dilakukan pada 8 anak memperoleh persentase 95,31%, sedangkan uji coba kelompok besar yang dilakukan pada 30 anak memperoleh persentase 86,66%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa media memiliki kalayakan untuk digunakan sebagai media bermain dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan media pembelajaran pengenalan bentuk geometri pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Lembaga TK masih menggunakan media konvensional, seperti poster bentuk geometri, balok bentuk geometri dan LKA. Seiring perkembangan zaman, kemajuan teknologi harus dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam pemgembangan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan media GEOTRICKIDS yang layak dalam mengenalkan bentuk geometri anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B di TK Pertiwi Wonotirto 02, TK Al Hidayah Satreyan 01, dan TK Al Hidayah Satreyan 02. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil penilaian media GEOTRICKIDS sebesar 94,5% dari dua ahli materi, 93,7% dari dua ahli media dan 93,7% dari tiga ahli pembelajaran. Hasil akumulasi uji coba kelompok kecil mendapat hasil sebesar 93,6%. Masuk ke tahap uji coba kelompok besar, hasil akumulasinya sebesar 95,4%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media GEOTRICKIDS masuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk mengenalkan bentuk geometri pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.
