Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Nusantara Bona Pasogit (NBP) 15 Berastagi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual, pemberdayaan karyawan, dan keterlibatan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Uji F membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel secara simultan juga berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,828 menunjukkan bahwa 82,8% komitmen organisasi dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 17,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan komitmen organisasi karyawan melalui penguatan aspek spiritual, pemberdayaan, dan keterlibatan kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, social media engagement, dan customer trust terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Methodist Indonesia (UMI). Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada perubahan perilaku konsumen muda yang semakin dipengaruhi oleh media digital dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 90 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, serta uji hipotesis parsial (ujiit) dan simultan (ujiiF). Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing dan social media engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variabel customeritrust berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital dan keterlibatan konsumen di media sosial memainkan peran dominan dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian mahasiswa terhadap smartphone Vivo. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dan relevan dengan karakteristik konsumen generasi muda. Berdasarkan hasil ianalisis koefisien determinasi idiperoleh inilai iatau Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,94,3 atau 94,3%, yang iberarti ipengaruh idigital marketing, social imedia engagement, dan customer trust iterhadap ikeputusan pembelian sebesar 94,3 i%, sedangkan sisanya 5,7% dipengaruhi ioleh ivariabel iatau ifaktor ilain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

The aim of implementing community service is to train and direct the community to carry out various efforts to increase and increase household income. Various entrepreneurial innovations are efforts to increase people's income and can be done using various approaches. Carrying out training for women in Ward VIII, Babura Village - Medan Baru District. The PKM team conducted training in making fruit ice and are expected to be able to do it themselves to increase their income and for their own consumption. The participants paid serious attention to the training and were motivated to do so.

Abstract

Prostate disease is a significant health concern affecting men, particularly those over 35 years old. This community service activity aimed to increase knowledge and awareness about prostate disease among the congregation of GMI Manna Helvetia Medan through health education. The methods included educational presentations, motivational sessions, and question-and-answer discussions. The activity was attended by 45 participants aged 35-70 years. Results showed improved participant understanding of prostate disease symptoms, risk factors, and the importance of early detection. About 70% of participants committed to undergo prostate examination within the next 6 months. The educational approach through church community proved effective in delivering sensitive health information and raising awareness about the importance of regular check-ups.

Abstract

The gig economy has witnessed rapid growth in recent years, transforming the nature of work and labor markets globally. This paper examines the relationship between government regulation and human resource productivity within the gig economy. It explores the challenges faced by gig workers, including job security, income uncertainty, and the lack of labor protections. The role of government regulation in addressing these challenges and boosting human resource productivity is discussed, with a focus on fair pay, benefits, workplace safety, anti-discrimination laws, and training initiatives. The paper also reviews how productivity is influenced by flexibility and autonomy, and how well-being impacts worker output. Ultimately, the paper argues that well-crafted regulations are essential for enhancing productivity while ensuring fair treatment and opportunities for gig workers.

Abstract

This community service aims to educate that collaborating in entrepreneurship is important. This PKM took place in Parapat Village, Simalungun Regency, and the method used was by means of lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. It was explained that there are many ways to collaborate in developing a business or as an entrepreneur. In this meeting, a discussion was held so that the business being carried out and its problems were known. Finally, it was discovered that the most common problem lately was business capital and the need for local government support to support and protect the business.

Abstract

This research investigates how Mental Health Support System (MHSS) implementation functions as a comprehensive intervention mechanism for enhancing organizational performance through improved employee well-being in large hospitals in Medan. Drawing upon Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) theory, Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, and organizational support theory, this study examines how mental health support systems create value through improved employee psychological well-being and reduced work-related stress among healthcare workers. Using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) analysis on 8 large hospitals in Medan (385 healthcare worker observations, 2023-2024), the research demonstrates that mental health support system implementation significantly enhances employee well-being (β = 0.692, p < 0.001) and directly improves organizational performance (β = 0.458, p < 0.001). Employee well-being substantially mediates the relationship between mental health support systems and organizational performance (indirect effect = 0.389, p < 0.001, VAF = 45.9%). The model explains 61.8% of employee well-being variance and 68.3% of organizational performance variance. This study provides comprehensive empirical evidence of how mental health support systems transform healthcare workplace environments and operational effectiveness in hospital settings

Abstract

This study examines the influence of employee competence, organisational climate, and work environment on work performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Pasir Mandoge Palm Oil Factory. A quantitative method with an associative design was employed, involving 120 employees selected from a population of 172 using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were collected through five‑point Likert scale questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression with standard classical assumption tests in IBM SPSS Statistics. The results indicate that employee competence, organisational climate, and work environment each have positive and significant partial effects on work performance, with t‑values of 2.276, 3.213, and 3.787, respectively, all exceeding the critical value of 1.980. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly affect work performance, as shown by an F‑statistic of 9.934, greater than the critical value of 2.68. The coefficient of determination (R‑square) of 0.204 shows that 20.4% of the variation in work performance is explained by these variables, while 79.6% is attributed to other factors. The findings highlight that the work environment has the strongest association with work performance, underscoring the importance of supportive organisational conditions to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan yang terlihat dari tidak tercapainya target realisasi pengisian tabung gas elpiji dari tahun 2021-2024. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan kerja, sistem rekrutmen, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Faisyal Terus Jaya. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Faisyal Terus Jaya dengan sampel berjumlah 57 responden menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.0, dilengkapi uji asumsi klasik, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t-hitung 2,145 > t-tabel 2,005 dan sig. 0,037 < 0,05. Sistem rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan t-hitung 2,856 > t-tabel 2,005 dan sig. 0,006 < 0,05. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan t-hitung 5,495 > t-tabel 2,005 dan sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan F-hitung 23,757 > F-tabel 2,78 dan sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,549 atau 54,9%, menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, sistem rekrutmen, dan kecerdasan emosional mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 54,9%, sedangkan 45,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.
