Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see if there is an influence of teacher professionalism and principle supervision on teacher performance. This study is an ex post facto quantitative study using a questionnaire instrument. The respondents in this study were 31 teachers from SMA Negeri 2 Kayuagung. The data were analyzed using the SPSS application, which calculated regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The study's findings revealed that teacher professionalism and principle supervision had a substantial influence on teacher performance. Previous researchers have never conducted a study like this previously since prior studies only focused on characteristics of teacher professionalism and organizational environment on teacher performance and components of teacher professionalism and teaching experience on teacher performance. While the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between professionalism and supervision and high school performance. This study is anticipated to help school principals enhance performance by boosting teacher professionalism and providing adequate monitoring.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan sesuatu barang sisa yang telah di buang dan tidak dipergunakan lagi serta dianggap menjadi sesuatu yang kotor oleh sebagian masyarakat. Sampah memiliki dua macam jenis yaitu sampah jenis organik dan non organik. Setiap hari jumlah sampah selalu meningkat, apabila terjadi penumpukan akan menggangu lingkungan juga berbahaya bagi kesehatan sehingga dibutuhkan pengolahan sampah yang baik agar setiap harinya sampah tidak menumpuk. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan membuat gambar rancangan teknologi dalam bentuk 3D guna mengoptimalkan sistem pengolahan sampah pada masyarakat dan lebih ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan berupa survei dan analisa kebutuhan bersama masyarakat didampingi oleh Tim Pengapdian Masyarakat UM, pembuatan teknologi budidaya Maggot, pemaparan kepada pihak masyarakat, evaluasi, dan pembuatan laporan akhir. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah produk rancangan teknologi dalam bentuk 3D, terbentuknya masyarakat sadar lingkungan yang dapat mengelola pembudidayaan ulat maggot secara terorganisir dan inovatif menggunakan teknologi dalam pengolahan serta jurnal ber-ISBN mengenai kajian Meningkatkat Perekonomian Masyarakat Melalui Pengembangan Pengolahan Sampah Berbasis Teknologi Terbarukan Budidaya Maggot di Desa Kebobang.

Abstract

The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic which has had a major impact on the sales growth of SMEs including the Sanan tempe village area, this service activity aims to try to revive business development conditions in the form of assistance in making electronic-based branding mascots. The stages used start from identifying real needs, FGDs, program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity in the form of a mascot are made with a cute and cute chibi style, the head is adapted from Sanan tempeh chips, with a banana leaf textured body. Everything is based on things that are related and very iconic of Sanan village. Then the mascot was named “Kinan” taken from the abbreviation Keripik Tempe Sanan, the mascot has been published through social media as part of branding the product.

Abstract

This study intends to investigate the impact of social capital, social institutions, and local potential on the success of KUBE start-ups, as regulated by an entrepreneurial mindset. This study's population consists of VCO business players who belong to joint business organizations. The sample consisted of 200 respondents chosen using the approach of purposive sampling. The data utilized are both original data collected from respondents via questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS application to handle data. According to the findings of this study, Social Capital and Social Institutions have little effect on the success of KUBE Start Up. Meanwhile, Local Potential and Entrepreneurial Spirit have a substantial beneficial impact on KUBE Start Up's success. Entrepreneur Spirit does not mitigate the influence of Social Capital, Social Institutions, and Local Potential on KUBE Startup's success.

Abstract

Abstrak. Perpustakaan desa adalah tempat yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah tingkat desa, guna memenuhi kebutuhan informasi masyarakat desa.. Pengelolaan perpustakaan yang baik tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan minat pengunjung akan tetapi dapat digunakan sebagai tolak ukur kesuksesan perpustakaan tersebut dalam melaksanakan fungsinya. Penyelenggaraan taman baca merupakan salah satu aktivitas yang menjembatani fungsi perpustakaan dengan target utamanya ialah anak-anak prasekolah hingga sekolah dasar.dengan tujuan utama menumbuhkan semangat literasi melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan mengedukasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dua kali, yakni setiap hari sabtu di Balai Desa Warujinggo dan TK Harapan Bangsa. Besarnya  minat masyarakat dapat dilihat dari banyaknya partisipasi yang hadir dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, yakni 18 anak di hari pertama dan 21 anak di hari kedua. Hal tersebut mengiindikasikan keberhasilan taman baca dalam meningkatkan minat baca masyarakat di desa Warujinggo.  Abstract. The village library is a place organized by the village level government, in order to meet the information needs of the village community. Good library management is not only able to increase visitor interest but can be used as a benchmark for the success of the library in carrying out its functions. Organizing a reading garden is one of the activities that bridge the library's functions with the main target being children from preschool to elementary school. The main objective is to foster the spirit of literacy through fun and educational activities. This activity was carried out twice, every Saturday at the Warujinggo Village Hall and Harapan Bangsa Kindergarten. The amount of public interest can be seen from the number of participants who attended the implementation of the activity, namely 18 children on the first day and 21 children on the second day. This indicates the success of the reading garden in increasing people's interest in reading in Warujinggo village. Keywords: management, village library, reading gardens, literacy culture

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are currently adapting to the changing times and circumstances. The contemporary education system employs technology that facilitates teachers and students in teaching and learning activities and encourages students to engage in active and creative learning. Since the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 virus has hindered face-to-face learning in schools. Consequently, learning activities have been conducted online for nearly a year using existing technologies. This demands independent student learning. This research seeks to develop Android-based interactive e-module products, assess the viability of Android-based interactive e-modules, and compare student learning outcomes before and after utilizing Android-based interactive e-modules for online learning. This research and development employed a modified version of the Borg and Gall Research and Development paradigm. Shapiro-Wilk testing was utilized for data analysis. The outcomes of this research and development were e-modules on the topic of Office Technology that have been deemed highly valid by subject matter and media experts and are acceptable for use in teaching and learning activities. After adopting Android-based interactive e-modules, students' learning results met or exceeded rigorous standards, as determined by a trial involving 26 students. Based on the study's findings, it can be stated that the Android-based interactive e-module is a viable and effective learning resource for enhancing student learning outcomes in Office Technology courses.

Abstract

Dismenore adalah salah satu permasalahan yang banyak dialami oleh para remaja putri. Data di Indonesia tercatat bahwa angka kejadian dismenore sebanyak 64,52% dengan sebaran sebanyak 54,89% dismenorea primer dan 9,36% dismenorea sekunder. Salah satu terapi non-farmakologis yang telah banyak diterapkan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan tanaman herbal seperti jahe dan kunyit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui nyeri haid (dismenorea) sebelum dan sesudah diberikan minuman kunyit dan minuman jahe pada Siswi Kelas X di SMA Karya Bakti Kecamatan Sindang Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pra-eksperimen. Populasi adalah Siswi Kelas X di SMA Karya Bakti Kecamatan Sindang Kabupaten Majalengka yang berjumlah 77 siswi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling dan sampel berjumlah 30 siswi. Analisa data secara statistik univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian minuman kunyit dan minuman jahe terhadap penurunan disminorhea pada Siswi Karya Bakti Kecamatan Sindang Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2024 (p value = 0,017 < α = 0,05). Disarankan pihak sekolah dapat menggunakan sarana PIK-KRR yang ada disekolah untuk bisa mensosialisasikan hasil penelitian bahwa penggunaan minuman kunyit dan minuman jahe bisa digunakan sebagai salah satu cara untuk menurunkan nyeri disminorhea.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of good corporate governance, as well as financial performance as measured by non-performing loans, net interest margin, return on assets, and loan to deposit ratios, on the capital adequacy ratio of conventional banking in the period 2015-2019, using data from the Federal Reserve. The composite value of banking self-assessment is the indicator that was utilized to determine good corporate governance in the context of this study. The quantitative approach used in this study was combined with secondary data. Purposive sampling was used in this study to select a sample of 35 banks, which was then analyzed. The findings revealed that GCG, NPL, ROA, and LDR had no impact on CAR. This occurs because the revenues obtained by the bank are used to mitigate the bank's operational risk, and so have no effect on the bank's capital adequacy ratio (CAR). The NIM has a negative and statistically significant effect on the CAR. This is due to the fact that the NIM indicates that the quantity of loans granted is increasing, implying that the risk faced by the bank is also increasing.

Abstract

Ornamental fish cultivation is a business in the fisheries sector that is quite promising to develop. Market potential and high demand for ornamental fish, especially freshwater ornamental fish, further expand opportunities for developing ornamental fish cultivation. One of the regions with the largest ornamental fish production is Purbalingga Regency.One of the ornamental fish cultivated in Purbalingga Regency is the Rasbora Galaxy fish (Danio Margariatus). As an effort to develop the business of cultivating rasbora galaxy ornamental fish, an approach is needed to formulate the right strategy. One way or approach that can be taken to formulate an appropriate and effective business development strategy is through a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the technical aspects of cultivating Rasbora Galaxy ornamental fish in Bojongsari District, Purbalingga Regency and identify factors, both internal and external that influence the development of the Rasbora Galaxy ornamental fish business, as well as determining priority business development strategies for the business using analysis. SWOT.The analysis method consists of analyzing internal factors with Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), and analyzing external factors with External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The results of the IFE analysis obtained a value of0.53and EFE obtained a result of 0.89. The results of the SWOT analysis for this business are in quadrant 1, so the strategy applied is the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy. SO strategy is a strategy that utilizes internal strengths to capture existing opportunities

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership and internal communication on the performance of driving school teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung district. This research was conducted at Kayuagung 1 Public High School, Kayuagung 2 Public High School and Kayuagung 3 Public High School. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 137 people. The sample in this study amounted to 58 people. Data obtained through questionnaires and documentation techniques. To analyze the data, it was carried out through correlation tests, simple linear regression and multiple regression, which had previously been tested for data normality, linearity, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity as prerequisite tests. The results of the study stated that there was a positive influence on the leadership of the principal and internal communication together on the performance of driving school teachers in public high schools in the Kayuagung district.
