Abstract

The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic which has had a major impact on the sales growth of SMEs including the Sanan tempe village area, this service activity aims to try to revive business development conditions in the form of assistance in making electronic-based branding mascots. The stages used start from identifying real needs, FGDs, program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity in the form of a mascot are made with a cute and cute chibi style, the head is adapted from Sanan tempeh chips, with a banana leaf textured body. Everything is based on things that are related and very iconic of Sanan village. Then the mascot was named “Kinan” taken from the abbreviation Keripik Tempe Sanan, the mascot has been published through social media as part of branding the product.

Abstract

Abstract: One of the very dangerous and unacceptable crimes is called criminality, which is related to the morals of society, is detrimental to society, and violates the law. In this case, the law enforcers, namely the police, play an essential role in dealing with crimes in society. The crimes that often occur are cases of theft which can be divided into three forms, namely motor vehicle theft (Curanmor), Theft with Weighting (Curat), and Theft with Violence (Curas). As for the Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub-section of Crime and Violence, in this case, they want to provide information to the public about places or locations prone to crime, so an application is made that will help the people in obtaining information about crime-prone areas which can later be used to prevent and monitor these crimes. This study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS), which is part of knowledge based on computer software that is utilized to present information in digital form and analyze the earth's geography to form spatial information. This study aims to apply web-based geographic information in providing information on crime-prone locations in Kisaran City and later to assist the public in obtaining information on crime-prone sites in Kisaran City. The results of this web-based GIS can help and facilitate the community and users in knowing crime-prone locations in the City of Kisaran in knowing crime-prone places or locations at the Asahan Police Criminal Investigation Unit.       Keywords: GIS; criminality; polres asahan; kisaran city Abstrak: Salah satu tindak kejahatan yang sangat membahayakan dan tidak bisa diterima disebut dengan kriminalitas yang berhubungan dengan moral masyarakat, merugikan masyarakat, dan melanggar hukum. Adapun tindak kejahatan yang sering terjadi berupa kasus pencurian yang dapat dibagi dalam 3 bentuk yaitu pencurian kendaraan bermotor (Curanmor), Pencurian dengan Pemberatan (Curat), dan Pencurian dengan Kekerasan (Curas). Adapun pihak Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub bagian Jatanras dalam hal ini ingin memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas,  sehingga dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya akan membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi rawan kriminalitas yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam mencegah dan memantau tindak kriminalitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) yang merupakan bagian dari pengetahuan berdasarkan pada perangkat lunak komputer yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk digital dan analisa terhadap geografis bumi sehingga membentuk suatu informasi keruangan. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan informasi geografis berbasis web dalam memberikan informasi lokasi-lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dan nantinya membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran. Hasil dari SIG berbasis web ini dapat membantu dan memudahkan masyarakat dan user dalam mengetahui titik lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dalam mengetahui tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas pada Satreskrim Polres Asahan. Kata kunci: SIG; kriminalitas; polres kab.asahan; kota kisaran.

Abstract

Lecturers from Universitas Negeri Malang conducted Overseas Partnership Service activities at Sanggar Bimbingan Kuala Langat, Selangor, Malaysia. This service activity aims to enhance the quality of teaching and the understanding of both teachers and parents of students in the guidance studio, aligning with SDGs Goal 4, which is "Quality Education." The need for this service activity arises from the teachers' lack of understanding regarding learning media and models applicable in the classroom. Several specific activities were carried out, including a workshop titled "Enhancing Learning Quality and Teacher-Parent Understanding at Sanggar Belajar Kuala Langat, Selangor, Malaysia, Using the Flipped Classroom Learning Model." These activities also included a video tutorial demonstrating "How to Utilize Google Classroom as a supportive tool for the Flipped Classroom learning model" and assistance in setting up Google Classroom accounts and using the application. Through these activities, it was observed that both teachers and parents gained a better understanding of the flipped classroom learning model and the use of Google Classroom as a teaching tool. Consequently, it is anticipated that the learning quality at Sanggar Bimbingan Kuala Langat will see improvement.

Abstract

tokotki.id is an innovation aimed at enhancing the financial improvement strategies of Indonesian migrant households in Malaysia. The platform offers various services and products specifically designed to meet the needs of the Indonesian community seeking Malaysian products through the currently popular "Jasa Titip" (proxy shopping) service in the online business world. With its innovative approach, the presence of tokotki.id plays a role in addressing the financial challenges faced by the Indonesian migrant community in Malaysia. Through tokotki.id, migrants can easily and efficiently access various Malaysian products to sell in Indonesia. Additionally, the platform provides information and advice on personal financial management and tips for optimizing their income in Malaysia. Thus, tokotki.id helps migrants enhance their financial management capabilities through an online business model. Another feature that can be utilized from tokotki.id is the online marketplace, which allows migrants to sell local Indonesian products to the community in Malaysia. This creates new business opportunities for migrants to increase their income and diversify their sources of earnings. Furthermore, tokotki.id provides a platform for migrants to share experiences and tips about life in Malaysia, fostering a solid and supportive community. Indonesian migrants in Malaysia can improve their financial stability and family lives through innovations like tokotki.id, which provides access to products and financial services while enhancing users' financial management skills. This platform offers new opportunities for the migrant community to achieve financial independence and well-being.

This initiative leverages local resources and capabilities, enabling SMEs to thrive within their communities while contributing to the broader economic landscape. The platform serves as a bridge between traditional village industries and modern market demands, offering tools and support for businesses to enhance their operations and reach. By focusing on the inherent strengths of village economies, Kulak.id not only fosters sustainable business practices but also preserves and revitalizes local cultures and industries. The ultimate goal of Kulak.id is to create a resilient and self-sufficient economic environment for SMEs that can adapt and flourish in the face of global challenges.

Abstract

This study explores the sustainability innovation of taro potato as an alternative to environmentally friendly rice wrapping, aimed at farmer groups in Blitar Regency. The research investigates the potential of taro potato, a locally abundant and underutilized resource, to replace traditional non-biodegradable materials used in rice wrapping. By introducing taro potato as a sustainable alternative, the study seeks to provide an eco-friendly solution that aligns with the growing demand for green practices in agriculture. The findings indicate that taro potato-based wrapping not only reduces environmental impact but also adds value to local agricultural products, thereby supporting the economic sustainability of farmer groups in Blitar Regency. This innovation has the potential to enhance environmental stewardship and promote sustainable agricultural practices within the community.
