Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of price, social media marketing and fashion lifestyle on the purchase decision of online thrift shops in the city of Makassar. The data collection method in this study was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire was designed with a Likert scale, which was used to measure respondents' perceptions, attitudes, and responses related to price variables, social media marketing, fashion lifestyle and purchase decisions at online thrift shops in the city of Makassar. The population is an online thrift shop user in Makassar City who has made a purchase and is exposed by marketing through social media. Since the exact population size is unknown, the sampling technique used is accidental sampling, in which 100 respondents are selected based on chance encounters with researchers, according to Rao Purba's formula. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the variables of price, social media marketing, and fashion lifestyle had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Thrift Shop Online in Makassar City. This shows that affordable prices and in accordance with product quality are able to encourage consumers to make purchases, then, marketing strategies through social media effectively increase consumer interest and trust in thrift products. Meanwhile, the fashion lifestyle encourages consumers, especially young people, to look for fashion alternatives that suit trends and self-identity, thereby increasing their interest in buying thrift products. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner dirancang dengan skala likert, yang digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi, sikap, dan tanggapan responden terkait variabel harga, social media marketing, fashion lifestyle dan keputusan pembelian pada thrift shop online di kota Makassar. Populasi adalah pengguna thrift shop online di Kota Makassar yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan terekspos oleh pemasaran melalui media sosial. Karena jumlah populasi yang pasti tidak diketahui, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, di mana 100 responden dipilih berdasarkan kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti, sesuai dengan rumus Rao Purba. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, social media marketing, dan fashion lifestyle memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Thrift Shop Online di Kota Makassar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa harga yang terjangkau dan sesuai dengan kualitas produk mampu mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian, kemudian, Strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial secara efektif meningkatkan ketertarikan dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk thrift. Sedangkan Gaya hidup fashion mendorong konsumen, khususnya anak muda, untuk mencari alternatif busana yang sesuai dengan tren dan identitas diri, sehingga meningkatkan minat mereka untuk membeli produk thrift.Kata Kunci: harga, sosial media marketing, fashion lifestyle, keputusan pembelian, thrift shop online

Abstract

Abstract Green Supply Chain Management stands as a novel breakthrough, propelled by innovations in environmentally friendly technology that prove cost-effective. The primary objective of this research is to examine the impact of eco-design, green manufacturing, green purchasing, cooperation with customers, and green information systems on company performance. The research employs a quantitative research method. The population under scrutiny encompasses catering managers in Makassar City and their employees, distributed across various catering businesses, totaling 75 units. Simple Random Sampling is utilized as the sampling technique, with the sample size determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 200 respondents. Subsequently, the acquired data is subjected to analysis using descriptive and statistical analysis methods. Data analysis is conducted through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to assess the seven hypotheses posited in this study. Each hypothesis will undergo analysis using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The research findings indicate that eco-design significantly influences company performance, green manufacturing significantly influences company performance, green purchasing significantly influences company performance, cooperation with customers significantly influences company performance, and green information systems significantly influence company performance.Keywords: Eco Design, Green Manufacturing, Green Purchasing, Cooperation with Customers, Green Information Systems, Company PerformanceAbstrakManajemen Rantai Pasokan Hijau menjadi terobosan baru, didorong oleh inovasi dalam teknologi ramah lingkungan yang terbukti hemat biaya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak eco design, green manufacturing, green purchasing, kerjasama dengan pelanggan, dan sistem informasi hijau terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang diamati melibatkan pengelola catering di Kota Makassar beserta karyawan mereka, yang tersebar di berbagai usaha catering dengan total 75 unit. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple Random Sampling. Besar sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga total sampel mencapai 200 responden. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan metode analisis statistik. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk menguji tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini. Setiap hipotesis akan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eco design berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, green manufacturing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, green purchasing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, kerjasama dengan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan sistem informasi hijau berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Eco Design, Green Manufacturing, Green Purchasing, Cooperation with Customers, Green Information System, Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out: the influence of green organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; the influence of green organizational culture on organizational commitment; the influence of organizational commitment in mediating the relationship between green organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study uses a quantitative research method. The population of this study is permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. The sampling technique is a saturated sample. So the total sample in this study is 115 people. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method to test the hypothesis that had been formulated. Each hypothesis was analyzed with the help of Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 3.0 to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The action activities include: distributing questionnaires, collecting, editing, and analyzing data and conclusions. The results of this study reveal that green organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). In addition, green organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, green organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through the mediation of organizational commitment.Keywords: Green Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational CommitmentAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: pengaruh green organizational culture terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior; pengaruh green organizational culture terhadap komitmen organisasional; pengaruh komitmen organisasional dalam memediasi hubungan antara green organizational culture terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap PT PLN (Persero) UIW Sulselrabar. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Maka total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Setiap hipotesis dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0 guna mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti. Adapun kegiatan aksi mencakup: penyebaran kuesioner, pengumpulan, editing, dan analisis data serta kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa green organizational culture memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Selain itu, green organizational culture juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Lebih lanjut, green organizational culture memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui mediasi komitmen organisasional.Kata Kunci: Green Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Komitmen Organisasional
