Abstract

Setiap guru di SMK Negeri 3 Padang bertanggung jawab untuk menginspirasi siswa untuk memiliki pola pikir kewirausahaan dan bertindak secara mandiri sebagai bagian dari penerapan jiwa kewirausahaan di sekolah. Instruktur juga membantu siswa menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan dengan meminta mereka bekerja dalam tim kecil untuk menyusun strategi perusahaan. Penulis membahas bagaimana pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah menengah untuk menarik perhatian siswa. Sebagai langkah awal, tim kewirausahaan SMK akan mengadakan pertemuan seluruh sekolah untuk menjelaskan alasan dan logistik pelaksanaan instruksi kewirausahaan. Sebagai Kelompok Usaha Sekolah (KUS) menawarkan pelatihan in-house untuk semua administrasi sekolah. Tujuan dari In House Training adalah untuk menawarkan kesempatan pengembangan profesional bagi semua instruktur yang melakukan perjalanan dengan grup bisnis yang disponsori sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di SMK Negeri 3 Padang, Kewirausahaan dipraktikkan sebagai pendekatan alternatif untuk mengembangkan semua potensi yang mungkin diajarkan di kelas. Akibatnya, mengajar murid sifat dan kemampuan yang diperlukan untuk berhasil di dunia pasca-industri saat ini mungkin mendapat manfaat dari memasukkan elemen pendidikan kewirausahaan.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the readiness of secondary school teachers in terms of contents, process, products, learning environment and identify the challenges teachers face regarding differentiated learning in the independent curriculum in entrepreneurship—the method used in this study quantitative research. Data were collected through questionnaires to 30 teachers in three secondary schools in West Sumatra. This research focuses on entrepreneurship teachers at MAN Insan Cendekia Padang Pariaman, SMK N 2 Pariaman City, and MAN 1 Bukittinggi regarding the differentiated learning system in the independent curriculum—the technique of collecting data using questionnaires reinforced by observation and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics by calculating the mean for each item and the overall score of the questionnaire. This study found that secondary school teachers' readiness for differentiated learning in content, process, product, and learning environment is good. Where differentiation in content is 4.44, teachers have used small groups to teach skills students, differentiation in the process is 3.82, teachers give students Flexibility in the results of the homework assigned, differentiation in products is 4.28, teachers have designed learning in favour of students. Differentiation in the learning environment is 4.27; teachers have helped students understand that some students need to move to learn while others prefer to sit quietly. As well as the challenges teachers face regarding differentiated learning in the independent curriculum in entrepreneurship subjects have not been maximized, but in reality, in the classroom, it is still found that teachers have difficulty managing the class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how consumers perceive the added value when shopping through interactive live streaming, their interest in sales conducted via interactive live streaming, and their confidence in online stores that carry out interactive live sales promotions. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, data sources (informants), and documentation. The data analysis technique used involves presenting data and drawing conclusions. In summary, this research provides valuable insights into the multifaceted effects of interactive live streaming within the context of online shopping. The findings underscore the importance of added value, consumer interactions, and seller trust in shaping consumers' online shopping experiences. These insights carry significant implications for businesses seeking to optimize their online presence and customer engagement strategies.

Abstract

This research purposes to analyze "The Effect of Celebrity Endorser, Social Media Marketing, and Co-Branding on The Brand Image of Es Teh Indonesia in Padang City". The population of this research is the people of Padang City who already know the brand of Es Teh Indonesia drink. This study used samples taken using the technique of purposive sampling with a sample of 170 people in 2023. This research was analyzed using SPSS version 25. With the following research results: (1) Celebrity endorser hasn’t significant effect on the brand image. (2) Social media marketing has positive and significant effect on the brand image. (3) Co-Branding has positive and significant effect on the brand image.

Abstract

This Systematic Literature Review explores the challenges and opportunities faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of digital technology. This review aims to identify and analyse the challenges and opportunities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era. The research method used was a thorough search of relevant literature using predetermined search criteria, resulting in 320 articles that met these criteria. These articles were further screened based on their relevance to the research questions, and finally, 58 articles were selected for analysis. The results show that the digital era offers significant opportunities for MSMEs, especially in terms of increased access to markets, resources and information. However, MSMEs also face various challenges, including a lack of digital literacy, limited resources, and intense competition. This study highlights the need for MSMEs to embrace digital technology and develop strategies to overcome these challenges. Overall, this systematic literature review provides valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities for MSMEs in the digital era and emphasises the importance of adapting to the changing business landscape. The findings of this research have practical implications for policymakers, MSMEs and other stakeholders interested in MSME development in the digital era.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Limited-time Scarcity, Advertising, and E-WOM (Electronic Word-of-Mouth) on E-Impulse buying behavior among players of Genshin Impact in the online community @paimonfess. Data from 400 respondents were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS. The findings reveal that Limited-time Scarcity does not significantly and positively influence E-Impulse buying behavior. However, Advertising demonstrates a significant and positive impact on E-Impulse buying behavior, indicating that advertisements play a crucial role in encouraging impulse purchases among Genshin Impact players. Furthermore, E-WOM also shows a significant positive influence on E-Impulse buying behavior, highlighting the importance of word-of-mouth recommendations in shaping purchasing decisions within the online gaming community. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors driving E-Impulse buying behavior in the context of virtual item purchases in online gaming communities.

Abstract

The women's empowerment program through the home industry of water hyacinth is motivated by human resources who have a skill in the field of crafts. The existence of this home industry opens up job opportunities and takes advantage of the potential of the surrounding community. One of them is the water hyacinth plant, if cultivated, will produce creative crafts and have high economic value. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of empowering women through the water hyacinth home industry in Masang Isna Puring Village, Batam. Methods This research uses qualitative research, data collection uses interview and observation techniques. The informants of this research are the owner of the Isna Puring home industry and women's craftsmen. The results showed that the women's empowerment strategy went through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for empowerment. The conclusions of the research on the strategy of empowering women through the home industry of aceng hyacinth are able to improve the community's economy and reduce community unemployment in Masang Isna Puring village, Batam

Abstract

Sekolah menengah kejuruan mempunyai tujuan mempersiapkan siswa masuk ke dunia kerja sesuai dengan keterampilan yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencipatakan efektivitas jiwa wirausaha siswa sesuai dengan keterampilan yang dimiliki. Penelitiian ini menggunakan jenis deskritif kualitiatif yang bersumber dari wawancaa, observasi, dan dokumentasi secara langung. Maka diperoleh data dari studi lapangan sesuai pengematan secara langsung. Dari hasil temuan diperoleh Proses simulasi bisnis sebagai metode pengajaran berbasis praktik bukannya tanpa tantangan. Hasil belajar yang dinilai berupa produk hasil karya siswa diantaranya connector Masker, rendang, gantungan kunci, dan mencetak foto pada mug. Salah satu bentuk pembelajaran kewirausahaan adalah mengajarkan siswa untuk terus berkarya, ini sesuai dengan kurikulum SMK yang digunkaan saat ini yaitu kurikulum 2013 dimana harus berdasarkan praktik. Hasil belajar yang dinilai berupa produk hasil karya siswa diantaranya connector Masker, rendang, gantungan kunci, dan mencetak foto pada mug.

Abstract

This research aims to explore distinctive zones of terrestrial coastal issues in Padang Pariaman Regency and identify communication strategies to address each zone. This research employs a literature research method by collecting secondary data and interpreting, integrating, and analyzing information. This research identifies five zones for coastal management, namely a) sandy beach zone used for shrimp pond operations, b) sandy beach for recreation activity, c) coastal abrasion-prone zones, d) mangrove conservation zone, and e) sea turtle conservation zone. The government needs to empower and transform the community regarding knowledge, attitude, and practice through the development communication strategy. The important aspect of knowledge is information about coastal setback regulation and ecosystem processes with various impacts. Communication strategy for changing the attitude of people focused on avoiding causing harm to mangrove and turtle habitats and changing the habit of littering on the beach. Communities also have to be involved further in conserving mangroves and turtles.

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pemasaran online guna mempromosikan merek, membangun preferensi dan meningkatkan penjualan melalui berbagai pemasaran digital teknik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey, dengan narasumber adalah Pemiliki Ane Kampers yang memiliki usaha keripik khas Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran strategi, pemilihan segmen, kelebihan dan kelemahan dalam pemasaran online. Harapan yang diinginkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah menjadi acuan bagi calon pelaku khususnya anak muda dalam pemasaran online. Sehingga kedepan dapat mengambil contoh yang baik dan melengkapinya menjadi strategi yang lebih dahsyat
