This research is based on the low interest, involvement and attention of students when hybrid learning takes place. This research was carried out. So that the need for teaching media that is able to attract students' interest in learning. This development has the aim of seeing the feasibility, effectiveness, efficiency, along with student opinions and improving animated video props. This analysis utilizes the Research and Development scheme by going through 4 phases commonly known as 4-D. The subjects of analysis in this study were students from SMA Negeri 16 Surabaya class X IPS 1. The analysis was carried out by utilizing a Likert scale to validate the media, materials and items. The results of the analysis obtained from validation experts prove that the percentage of eligibility for teaching media, materials, effectiveness, and efficiency into groups is very feasible. Student responses obtained a percentage of 89.4% with a very feasible category to be used as teaching materials, especially when hybrid learning takes place and can be used in an effort to grow student ambition and passion for learning

Objective: This research was purposely conducted to determine how teachers’ self-efficacy and resilience influence their subjective well-being, especially in implementing new curriculum policies. Method: This research was a correlational study, while the data were collected from 50 respondents and selected using an incidental sampling technique. The questionnaire was employed to gather the data, and SEM analysis using the SmartPLS program was used to analyze data. Results: Both self-efficacy and resilience had influences on teachers’ subjective well-being. Furthermore, resilience was categorized as high in two of the eight resilience indicators. Meanwhile, one of the five subjective well-being indicators was removed due to the examination of indicator or factor loading values in this study. Novelty: This research differed from others as it primarily addressed the variables used in this research individually and still needed to correlate them as factors that possibly influence each other. Moreover, it provides a new perspective on curriculum development by considering teachers' subjective well-being from a non-financial point of view.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada materi kerja sama ekonomi internasional di kelas XI IPS SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pra-Eksperimen dengan rancangan One Groups Pre-test–Post-test Design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 5 di SMA Negeri 3 Surabaya. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung pada Bulan Mei. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam minat belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan menggunakan model PBL. Sebelum pemberian treatment (Pre-test), rata-rata minat belajar siswa berada pada kategori tidak berminat dengan nilai 45,91. Namun, setelah diberikan treatment (Post-test), rata-rata minat belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 84,39 dan berada pada kategori berminat. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan Paired Sample T-test juga menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model Problem Based Learning (PBL) efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa SMA pada materi kerja sama ekonomi internasional. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa penerapan model PBL dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan dapat menjadi alternatif yang relevan dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif di bidang ekonomi serta mata pelajaran lainnya di tingkat SMA.

Entrepreneurship is one of the solutions to reduce the high unemployment that occurs in a country, in order to create a prosperous country, a large number of entrepreneurs are needed. However, in reality, interest in entrepreneurship, especially in students as an easy generation is still relatively low. The purpose of this research is 1) analyze the effect of economic literacy on students' entrepreneurial interest, 2) analyze the effect of social media utilization on students' entrepreneurial interest 3) analyze the effect of economic literacy and social media utilization simultaneously on students' entrepreneurial interest. The research method used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were students of class XI IPS SMAN Waru Sidoarjo. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 25. The results showed that simultaneously economic literacy variables and social media utilization have an influence on students' entrepreneurial interest with the obtained R2 value of 34%. While partially, the results showed that economic literacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Social media utilization has a significant effect on student entrepreneurial interest.

Objective: The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a significant impact on Indonesia's economy as a whole. The implementation of social distancing measures and subsequent Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) have led to companies downsizing and employees working from home. This has had a negative effect on the output of these companies and has necessitated action by the government to accelerate the recovery of all economic sectors. This study provides an overview of the student paradigm of entrepreneurship with a focus on the key variables of entrepreneurship education components, facilities and infrastructure, and entrepreneurial intention. Additionally, the study aims to explore the influence of these variables on entrepreneurial intention and to provide recommendations from student problem. Method: This research employs a quantitative and objectives addressed using two data analysis techniques: descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The findings of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention, as do facilities and infrastructure. Additionally, the study found that entrepreneurship education and facilities and infrastructure both have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Novelty: The focus of this research involves master's degree students which are still little researched because most previous research has examined undergraduate students or the general public.

This study is to examine how students at Universitas Negeri Surabaya's Economics Education Study Program use digital payments and their financial literacy in relation to their consumption behavior. This study employed a quantitative research technique. 141 students from four study programs S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi 2019, S1 Pendidikan Akuntansi 2019, S1 Pendidikan Tata Niaga 2019, and S1 Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran 2019 made up the research's sample. This study used multiple linear regression analysis, which was done with IBM SPSS software version 27, to ascertain the impact of financial literacy and the usage of digital payments on consumptive behavior. Based on the study's findings, it can be said that: (1) student consumption behavior is influenced by financial literacy; (2) student consumption behavior is influenced by digital payment; and (3) student consumption behavior is influenced by both financial literacy and digital payment together.

Writing Training of Class Action Research Proposal (TOD/PTK) was held for the MGMP teachers in Sidoarjo Regency which is located at SMANOR Sidoarjo. The Community Service Activities aims to (1) provide information to the trainees about the basic concept of classrooms action research, the essence of class action research (2) to assign the arranging proposal to all participants; (3) giving guidance to all participants about the review of Class Action Research (PTK). This community service activities research using communicative or speech method at the time of giving materials to the participants, discussion and frequently asked questions and the practice of directly compiling a class action research proposal (PTK) and done by the guidance from PKM team. The results obtained community service activities on the classroom action research proposal writing training give benefit to the MGMP economics teacher at Sidoarno Regency. It is because of all participants now are able to arrange their own proposal of class action research, and it is also procide benefits for teachers to continue on making class action research that can be useful for a teacher's promotion

Teacher's misunderstanding in compiling an experimental research proposal is one of the factors that causes teachers to be reluctant to conduct research. On the other hand, mentoring is also needed so that teachers have the convenience and are interested in conducting experimental research. The purpose of this Training in Community Service (In Indonesia called PKM) is to (1) provide teacher's understanding of experimental research, (2) provide assistance in developing the experimental research proposal framework, (3) provide, assistance in preparing experimental research proposals. Subjects in this PKM are teachers of IKIP Gedangan Vocational School and Surabaya IKIP Vocational School. The object of this PKM is the training of experimental research proposal writing. PKM implementation methods are broadly divided into 2 activities, namely the provision of material about experimental research with varied lecture methods and the practice of experimental research proposal writing simulation and presentation methods. The results obtained were quite effective because there was an increase in participants' understanding of the original 44% to 7%. There were also participants who still did not fully understand how the stages of experimental research started from problems, selection of control class and experimental class to data analysis. In the future, mentoring will be continued until the making of the experimental research report, considering the participants were very enthusiastic and curious by analyzing the data in experimental research.

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan penjelasan terkait bagaimana pendekatan pembelajaran berdasarkan masalah Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat diterapkan pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik siswa mempelajarinya. Penelitian melibatkan 32 siswa kelas X-1 SMAN 1 Karangbinangun sebagai subjek dalam memperoleh data melalui angket, tes, dan observasi. Kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil ketuntasan belajar ekonomi pada siklus II meningkat signifikan dari 71,68% pada siklus I menjadi 84,37% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini disebabkan oleh siswa yang lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam pelajaran dan berpartisipasi dalam kelompok mereka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, untuk menciptakan pengalaman, guru harus menerapkan metode pembelajaran ini.

Peserta didik memiliki karakteristik yang beragam. Diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk mengakomodasi perbedaan tersebut. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi hadir sebagai solusi untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang inklusif di era kurikulum merdeka. Kolaborasi berbasis proyek memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru di sekolah sudah baik, namun masih perlu adaptasi agar lebih fleksibel dalam perubahan di dunia pendidikan. Berdasar urgensi tersebut, peneliti bermaksud untuk melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Project Based Learning yang dikombinasikan dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan belajar peserta didik setelah menerapkan metode pembelajaran Project Based Learning berdiferensiasi, dengan rincian sebagai berikut; persentasi ketuntasan pada pre-test sebesar 41,67%, ketuntasan pada siklus 1 sebesar 72,22%, ketuntasan pada siklus 2 sebesar 83,33%.
