Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil studi pendahuluan yang mengindikasikan adanya hambatan belajar yang dialami siswa terkait keliling belah ketupat. Adanya hambatan belajar tersebut berakibat pada kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi keiling belah ketupat. oleh karena itu guru harus mampu merancang suatu pembelajaran yang dapat meminimalisir ataupun mengatasi hambatan belajar yang dialami oleh siswa dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik, kebutuhan dan perkembangan kognitif siswa sekolah dasar. berdasarkan hal tersebut, desain didaktis keliling belah ketupat melalui model pembelajaran SPADE dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi keliling belah ketupat. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: learning obstacle siswa dalam memahami matei keliling belah ketupat, desain pembelajaran keliling belah ketupat menggunakan model pembelajaran SPADE, implementasi pembelajaran keliling belah ketupat dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran SPADE, respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran keliling belah ketupat menggunakan model pembelajaran SPADE. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian desain didaktis (Didactical Design Research) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yakni prospective analysis, analisis metapedadidaktik dan retrospective analysis. penelitian ini dilakukan Bangunharja Kecamatan Cisaga Kabupaten Ciamis. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa desain didaktis alternative yang dapat digunakan untuk meminimalisir hambatan belajar pada materi keliling belah ketupat di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

     Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih sedikitnya penelitian analisis bahan ajar yang berkaitan dengan mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Dasar. Sedangkan pelaksanaan pendidikan jasmani dapat mendorong perkembangan anak, diantaranya melalui kegiatan senam fantasi. Pelaksanaan senam fantasi berlandas pada unsur gerak dasar. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan senam fantasi diperlukan media atau bahan ajar, salah satunya berupa teks cerita. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana unsur gerak dasar dalam 29 teks cerita rakyat pada Buku Pustaka Nusantara sebagai bahan ajar senam fantasi di Sekolah Dasar. Untuk memperoleh data yang sesuai dengan rumusan masalah, tujuan, dan manfaat penelitian, diperlukan metode tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah instrument analisis unsur gerak dasar. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dari 29 teks cerita rakyat dalam Buku Pustaka Nusantara terdapat berbagai aspek unsur gerak dasar yaitu unsur gerak dasar lokomotor, unsur gerak dasar non-lokomotor, dan unsur gerak dasar manipulatif dengan berbagai macam aspek. Sejalan dengan itu, Buku Pustaka Nusantara dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar senam fantasi di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The principal is a figure who has an important role in creating a conducive working climate in schools. The principal's transformational leadership style can affect teacher motivation, commitment, and performance. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance. This study used explanatory research with a sample of 64 teachers taken from teachers elementary school in the Cibalong Cluster 2 area. The research instrument used regarding transformational leadership is the MLQ (Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire) questionnaire which consists of four indicators, namely Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consederation. Meanwhile, to measure teacher performance is in the form of a questionnaire that contains pedagogic, personality, social, and professional aspects. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance (sig.=0.0000.05); Constant value of 16.409 which means that if there is no transformational leadership then the teacher's performance value is 16.409; The value of the transformational leadership regression coefficient is 0.701 which indicates that 1% of transformational leadership, the teacher's performance will increase by 0.724; and the R Square value of 0.614 which indicates that the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance is 61.4%. These results can be concluded that transformational leadership and organizational culture influence teacher performance with an influence of 64%. This result is due to the leadership style that encourages teachers to develop and deepen the existing understanding of teacher competencies namely pedagogic, personality, social and professional. The effectiveness of transformational leadership engagement will also improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Competence possessed by teachers in carrying out educational activities is required to utilize ICT as a learning tool—education and training activities for teachers to improve competency. Educators can optimally utilize and use ICT as a learning aid, especially for educators in elementary schools. One of them is the use of ICT with the use of a learning management system (LMS). The study aimed to determine hybrid learning-based training for elementary school teachers in improving pedagogic competence. Implementing education and training activities for elementary school teachers was carried out at SD Negeri Sukasenang, Singaparna District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The target participants for this activity were elementary school teachers throughout Tasikmalaya Regency. Two hundred teachers from various sub-districts in Tasikmalaya Regency attended this training and education, divided into five classes. In this activity, there were 11 topics of training material, and each participant took part in 32 hours of lessons delivered using the hybrid learning method by utilizing a learning management system (LMS). The study results show that applying the LMS-based hybrid learning model of training and mentoring can be said to be effective. This is indicated by the level of attendance of participants in training and mentoring activities using LMS-based hybrid learning, the participants' understanding of the material provided, and the level of motivation of participants after participating in training and mentoring activities using LMS-based hybrid learning shows a good category.

Abstract

Issues related to gender and learning approaches in physical education continue to be intriguing research topics. The trend of studying these variables persists year after year. However, research that combines learning approaches and gender as independent variables remains limited, particularly in studies focusing on the development of students' enjoyment in physical education. This study aims to examine the effects of the learning approach and gender on students' enjoyment. This study is an experimental study involving 56 students, comprising 28 boys and 28 girls, aged between 13 and 14 years. The students were divided into four groups. The research instrument utilized the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale Questionnaire (PACES), designed to assess the level of student enjoyment during physical education classes. Data analysis was conducted using Two-Way ANOVA. The results of the analysis show that (1) The choice of learning approach, whether technical or tactical, significantly impacts students' enjoyment of learning, (2) Gender, whether male or female, also significantly affects student enjoyment, and (3) there is no interaction between gender and the chosen learning approach in influencing student enjoyment. In summary, both the learning approach and gender have an influence on the development of students' enjoyment, but their effects vary. Specifically, the tactical approach appears to have a more substantial impact than the technical approach. Additionally, male students exert a greater influence than female students on the development of enjoyment in physical education learning.

Abstract

This study was aimed at determining the profile of body mass index (BMI) and performance of men athlete Canoeing Number 1000 Meter. This research is a descriptive study involving 19 athletes in the national training camp, for the preparation of the 2018 Asian Games, as the samples. The instrument used were an anthropometric test and a performance test for a 1000 meter canoeing athlete with a canoeing ergometer. Data were analysed by using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that the average BMI of the athletes was in the ideal category and the athlete's performance was in the moderate category. The results of this study are expected to be a reflection for both the coaches and the athletes as an effort to improve performance to meet the expected targets. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan Performa Atlet Putra Nomor Canoeing 1000 Meter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 19 atlet pada pemusatan latihan nasional untuk persiapan Asian Games 2018. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes antropometri dan tes performa atlet nomor Canoeing 1000 meter dengan ergometer canoeing. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata IMT atlet berada pada kategori ideal dan performa atlet berada pada kategori cukup. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi refleksi baik bagi pelatih maupun atlet sendiri dalam upaya meningkatkan performa sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Changes and implementations of the new curriculum require a careful preparation and information about the Independent Curriculum, known as Kurikulum Merdeka. The learning model used needs to be explored as an illustration of teacher understanding. This study aimed to examine teacher perspectives regarding their understanding of the Kurikulum Merdeka and the Sport Education Learning Model. The cross-sectional survey method was used to collect data. Data were collected using Google Form filled by 74 teachers. The research instrument was in a Likert scale form and consisted of 30 questions focused on exploring teacher understanding of the Kurikulum Merdeka, the Sport Education (SEM) Learning Model, the SEM Phases/Syntax, and the roles existing in the implementation of the SEM Model and the importance of understanding curriculum and learning models in school. Then, 15 open-ended questions related to models often used by teachers, training expectations to follow, and obstacles experienced during learning at school were given. The research data were processed using Winsteps 5.2.3 software. The Rasch Model analysis was used to analyze the instruments made and the results of the teacher understanding perspective. The results showed that the instrument was valid for use. Related to the results of the teacher perspective, 48.6% of physical education teachers had an understanding and belief in the importance of the Kurikulum Merdeka and the SEM model in elementary schools at a high level. Meanwhile, 12. 2% were at the moderate level and 39.2% were at the low level. These findings can be used as a reflection related to the teacher understanding of the Kurikulum Merdeka and the Sport Education Learning Model and as a reference in arranging training needed for Physical Education teachers in the field.
