Abstract

Proritas utama Teknologi Informasi diberikan kepada pengendalian interen. Ini dilakukan untuk menjamin pengambilan keputusan yang baik berdasarkan hasil audit terhadap sistem organisasi. Objek penelitian adalah  system informasi Akademik kampus STMIK Bumigora Mataram, Menggunakan Frameworke COBIT 4.1 Domain monitor and evaluate,metode pengumpulan data pada peneilitian ini observasi,wawancara dan kuisioner kepada pihak yang terkait.Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa tingkat kematangan Sistem Informasi Akademik yang mencerminkan kondisi tata kelola saat ini dan tingkat kematangan yang diharapkan di kampus STMIK Bumigora Mataram dengan mengacu pada maturity level yang disediakan kerangka kerja Cobit 4.1.Berdasarkan audit monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan, secara garis besar kondisi kematangan tata kelola TI kampus STMIK Bumigora Mataram berada pada level 2 yakni repeatable but intuitive. Kondisi ini mengacu pada beberapa kelemahan dalam proses-proses TI yang berjalan, di antaranya  penetapan dan dokumentasi tindakan, kebijakan dan prosedur yang minim, serta tidak tersedianya service level yang disetujui bersama.Kata kunci: Audit, system informasi akademiki, tatakelola teknologi informasi, COBIT, Monitoring evaluation

Abstract

PT Petrokimia Gresik mempunyai tujuh Unit Pabrik Pupuk NPK dengan total kapasitas produksi saat ini adalah dua juta ton per tahun. Kapasitas terpasang tersebut jauh lebih tinggi dibanding kapasitas desain awalnya. Upaya peningkatan kapasitas produksi dilakukan secara simultan dengan optimasi proses, modifikasi peralatan serta perbaikan metode kerja. Salah satu unit pabrik yang digunakan sebagai studi kasus adalah Unit Pabrik NPK Phonska II yang telah berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dari 1.320 ton per hari menjadi 2.400 ton per hari, atau 182% dari kapasitas desain awalnya. Optimasi proses menghasilkan penyederhanaan jalur reaksi sehingga didapatkan pengurangan struktur proses. Modifikasi peralatan dilakukan menyesuaikan dengan proses terbaru, sedangkan perbaikan metode kerja dilakukan dengan penerapan metodologi six sigma. Keseluruhan tahapan dilakukan oleh engineer dan teknisi PT Petrokimia Gresik, sehingga pencapaian yang didapatkan merupakan kebanggaan bersama. Peningkatan kapasitas produksi pupuk yang signifikan itu juga memberi sumbangan berarti bagi upaya negara dalam mencapai dan mempertahankan swasembada pangan. Kata kunci: phonska, struktur proses, jalur reaksi, optimasi, modifikasi, six sigma PT Petrokimia Gresik has seven NPK fertilizer plants with total production capacity of two million tons per year. The existing capacity is much higher in comparison with its design capacity. An effort to increase the production capacity was done simultaneously by process optimization, equipment modifications and operational method improvement. The present work was a case study from NPK Phonska Plant II; one of the plants that has already successfully increased its capacity from 1,320 tons / day to 2,400 tons / day or 182% of its original design capacity. The process optimization resulted in reduction of reaction path and process structure. Equipment modifications were done according to the new process, meanwhile improvement ofthe operational method was done through six sigma's methodology implementation. All improvement steps were done by local engineers and technicians of PT Petrokimia Gresik andthe achievement therefore becamea pride of all constituents involved in the project. The significant improvement in fertilizer production capacity also gave large contribution to the national effort in achieving and keeping self-sufficient foodstoke. Abstract

In recent years, external smart charging, especially on laptop devices, has become quite an interesting topic due to the need for a response to a decrease in battery capacity and damage. As the development of embedded systems such as Arduino which is commonly used, this system offers more flexible data communication, which initially used cables to be wireless, ranging from Bluetooth to WiFi. As for this topic, there are controls based on the user's electricity needs and the condition of the electrical system, which is called dynamic demand control. The key to this method is the frequency of the electricity network and the battery. This method can provide extensions to smart charging to only charge when needed. The positive impact of using this method in addition to preventing the battery from being damaged is electricity savings. In this study the authors tried to study two models of the smart charging system schemes that have never been compared, namely the standalone and centralized models. The results of this study indicate that although the centralized model is more efficient in terms of reading the frequency value of the electricity network, in terms of performance the standalone model is more stable and reliable.

Abstract

The use of the internet today has become a necessity, the most commonly used media to connect to the internet is a Wireless LAN network. For easy access to the network, DHCP service become a standard feature that must exist, because ordinary users no longer need to think about procedures for configuring IP addresses, all of which have been done automatically by the DHCP service. But it turns out that there is a security threat to DHCP service, namely DHCP Starvation attacks that can be exhausting the availability of IP addresses in DHCP service so that the configuration of IP address automatically can no longer be done on the client. Various methods such as authentication, cryptography, and machine learning are used by researchers in preventing DHCP Starvation attacks, but the issue of effectiveness and efficiency still opens up further research opportunities. In this research, packet filtering methods based on DSCP code applied to the Netfilter system are used to do prevention of DHCP Starvation attacks, this method has proven to be very effective in making prevention and more efficient when applied on small scale wireless networks such as at office networks and internet cafe.

Abstract

Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) merupakan instansi pendidikan yang ada di Provinsi Gorontalo. saat ini UNG telah mengimplementasikan Layanan Teknologi Informasi hampir disetiap fakultasnya, Akan tetapi layanan tersebut tidak berjalan dengan efektif. Data rekap menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa tidak puas dengan pelayanan infrastruktur yang diberikan oleh pihak universitas. Oleh karena itu dibutukan suatu evaluasi dalam bentuk audit teknologi informasi di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu rekomendasi berdasarkan framework tata kelola IT dalam hal ini yakni COBIT 5. Penelitian ini melibatkan 5 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan tabel RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) pada COBIT 5. Pemetaan Proses COBIT menunjukkan 3 domain COBIT yang diteliti di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, yaitu EDM04 (Optimalisasi Sumber Daya), APO12 (Manajemen Risiko), dan APO13 (Manajemen Keamanan). Analisis kesenjangan yang didapatkan untuk masing-masing domain adalah sebesar 1 sesuai dengan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak terkait yakni Rektor IV (Bidang IT dan Kerja Sama). Hasil rekapitulasi kuesioner menunjukkan pada domain EDM04 berada pada level 3 dimana UNG telah memanajemen sumber daya sesuai SOP akan tetapi belum ada pengukuran atau evaluasi mengenai hal yang dikerjakan. Sedangkan pada domain APO12 dan APO13 berada pada level 2 dikarenakan telah dilakukan perencanaan akan tetapi belum adanya SOP yang dibuat mengenai hal terkait.

Abstract

Augmented reality is a technology that is part of the development of the multimedia world that brings many ideas in various fields of promotion is no exception. The idea of using augmented reality in promotional media (brochures) that aims to improve the quality of information that is applied to the android platform one of them. The analytical method used in this study on validation testing is the product moment correlation technique, then the interval will be made as a measuring tool to determine the variable value of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. The results concluded that the effectiveness variable showed at the number 59.817 on a scale > 52.85 - 61.442 which is very close to effective, the efficiency variable showed at the number 23.833 on a scale > 21.145 - 24.574 which is very close to efficient, and the satisfaction variable showed 47.417 at a scale > 42.285 - 49,142 which is very close to satisfying. Based on this, the use of augmented reality technology applied to promotional media can affect the level of quality of information and can display video and audio information on promotional media (brochures) STMIK Bumigora Mataram based on Android.

Abstract

Perpustakaan berperan sebagai penyedia layanan informasi pendidikan dan penelitian serta merupakan unit usaha dari suatu instansi yang mengelola bahan pustaka berupa buku dan bahan non buku yang disusun secara sistematis. Dalam rangka meningkatkan layanan yang kami berikan kepada pengguna perpustakaan, Universitas Slamet Riyadi berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan yang cepat dan responsif, informasi yang mudah diakses oleh pengguna perpustakaan, dan fasilitas pendukung untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Penulis menggunakan metode LibQual+TM untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh Perpustakaan Universitas Slamet Riyadi. Metode LibQual+TM mengukur kepuasan pengguna terhadap kualitas layanan perpustakaan berdasarkan tiga aspek: dampak layanan, pengelolaan informasi, dan lokasi perpustakaan. Untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas layanan sesuai kebutuhan pemustaka, kami mengukur kepuasan pemustaka dengan mempertimbangkan manfaat dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan perpustakaan kepada pemustaka.

Abstract

Algorithm DES (Double Exponential Smoothing) Brown is a forecasting algorithm used to predict time series data both patterned positive trends and negative trends. However, this algorithm has a weakness in determining the optimum parameter value to minimize forecasting error (MAPE), the parameter value is searched using Golden Section method previously searched manually using repeated experiment. This research uses 60 trend patterned data analyzed for grouping positive and negative trend pattern data which further done forecasting process, evaluation and testing to know what type of data pattern is best. Based on the result, it revealed that optimization parameter yields optimum MAPE value, where parameter value is done forecasting process in positive and negative trend pattern data group yielding average MAPE value equal to 9,73401% (highly accurate) for patterned data positive trend and 15,78467% (good forecast) for negative patterned pattern data. DES Brown forecasting algorithm with parameter optimization method resulted in the approximate value of the original data if the data shows the addition or decrease in value around the average value. Conversely, it will result in a high MAPE value (inaccurate) if the data has a spike in data value periods. From the two groups of MAPE scores, a statistical t test showed that positive trend patterned data (μ1) yielded better MAPE average value than negative trend patterned data (μ2).

Abstract

Twitter is a social media that interacts through 140-character text-based tweet posts including photos, videos and hyperlinks. Spam tweets contain harmful messages sent continuously. Besides disturbing it is also dangerous for the recipient, exacerbated by the use of bots that automatically and quickly spread spam messages that can cause data damage. This study aims to detect spam bots by utilizing the similarity of tweets using Smith Waterman and the posting time interval. Data tweets are collected using scrap libraries in python in the form of id, text, time, link, based on datasets labeled as available. The data is carried out by text preprocessing steps to clean the text and then do the calculations. The calculation results of both the similarity method and the post time interval are then classified with k-Neaset Neighbor with the previous dataset that has been labeled to get the spam or legitimate bot prediction results. The results of classification experiments with several combinations of k to detect spam bots with similarity criteria and entropy interval obtained the best results k = 3 Neirest Neighbor and 10 fold Cross Validation with a predictive value of detection accuracy of 80%, 84% precission and 84% recall.
