Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Karakteristik Wirausaha dan Inovasi Pemasaranterhadap Kinerja Usaha Fashion di Kecamatan Kota Baru Kota Jambi. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam usaha data yang digunakan dalam penelitianini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitianini untuk menghitung besarnya pengaruh variabel independen Karakteristik Wirausaha danInovasi Pemasaran terhadap variabel dependent yaitu Kinerja Usaha Fashion di KecamatanKota Baru Kota Jambi, yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda, kemudian data akan di olahmenggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan antara Karakteristik wirausaha terhadap Kinerja Usaha Fashion diKecamatan Kota Baru Kota Jambi, parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan antara InovasiPemasaran terhadap Kinerja Usaha Fashion di Kecamatan Kota Baru Kota Jambi kemudiansecara simultan ada pengaruh signifikan antara Karakteristik Wirausaha dan InovasiPemasaran secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja usaha Fashion di Kecamatan kota BaruKota Jambi.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the development strategy for the Pempek Kak Yan 147 business in Jambi City. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews. This research draws on sources from business owners, employees and consumers. This research also carries out a SWOT analysis in determining business development strategies. The results of this research are that this business has strengths in affordable prices and delicious taste, but this business also has weaknesses in product marketing and the lack of variety in pempek. So the researchers designed a strategy for developing the Pempek Kak Yan 147 business, namely, 1) Offering more affordable prices with good quality taste and providing good service, 2) Strategic business location provides opportunities for consumers to shop easily, 3) Establishing relationships good with consumers and expand sales distribution reach.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of price and entrepreneurial characteristics on customer satisfaction (case study on mang one visitors). The object of this research is mang one visitors. In this study, the sample size was taken using the lemeshow formula totaling 97 people who came from mang one customers. The approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this study was observation, literature study method and questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of the statement questionnaire were tested using validity and reliability tests which showed the data was valid and reliable. The results of this study indicate that the price variable (X1) and entrepreneurial characteristics (X2) have a simultaneous effect of partially on mang one customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan Karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Kecamatan Rupit Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang diambil dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan pengujian asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda yang analisis nya dihitung menggunakan program SPSS versi 23 secara menyeluruh. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha namun dengan nilai signifikasi lebih rendah. Adapun variabel yang lebih dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan. Sehingga secara keseluruhan memberikan indikasi yang mengambarkan bahwa Pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan Karakteristik kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

Untuk kelancaran administrasi dalam suatu kantor diperlukan kearsipan yang teratur. Kearsipan yang teratur dan tertib merupakan alat informasi dan referensi dasar yang sistematik yang metodenya dapat membantu pimpinan baik lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta guna kelancaran dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ataupun tugas yang berkaitan dengan kedinasan.Karena pada dasarnya arsip merupakan kumpulan warkat yang disimpan secara sistematis karena mempunyai kegunaan agar setiap kali dperlukan dapat secara cepat ditemukan kembali. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi,wwancara,dokumentasi,dan studi pustaka.data yang dikumpulksn dianalisis dengn analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem kearsipan yang digunakan di dinas kesehatan kabupaten sarolangun adalah sistem tanggal dan pokok soal atau masalah.pelaksanaan kearsipan di dinas kesehatan kabupaten sarolangun sudah berjalan berjalan baik sesuai prosedur yang ada.adapun kendala dalam pelaksanaan kearsipan di dinas kesehatan kabupaten sarolangun adalah:Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana,Kurangnya pengetahuan di bidang kearsipan,Belum adanya petugas khusus dalam pengelolaan kearsipan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan maka penulis memberi saran sebaiknya pihak dinas kesehatan melakukan pengadaan pegawai tenaga khusus kearsipan selain itu pegawai sebaiknya mengikuti pelatihan atau diklat kembali tentang kearsipan, diharapkan banyak-banyak membaca buku pengetahuan di bidang kearsipan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Nurdin Hamzah Jambi) Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Nurdin Hamzah Jambi dengan responden sebanyak 70 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji f dan uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Keseluruhan analisis dihitung menggunakan program SPSS ver 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of brand satisfaction, trust, and loyalty among Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) mobile phone users. Additionally, it delineates the mediating role of brand attachment on a collective and individual scale. The study utilizes a sample drawn from diverse BSI customer bases across Indonesia. Data was gathered through structured questionnaires disseminated via WhatsApp, Facebook, and email, facilitated by Google Forms. The research adopted a quantitative methodology, incorporating statistical and hypothesis tests, with preliminary evaluations involving validity, reliability, and normality tests. Data analysis encompassed qualitative and quantitative methodologies, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for the quantitative segment. This pioneering research in Indonesia scrutinizes the interrelations between brand satisfaction, brand trust, and brand loyalty, specifically in the context of BSI mobile phone users, offering potential insights that might be pivotal for augmenting BSI's clientele. The findings demonstrate that the model's Goodness of Fit index meets the requisite criteria, illustrating the analytical competence of the model. Identifying service quality, marketing mix, and brand image as significant determinants influencing customer satisfaction is noteworthy. Furthermore, the research unveils that brand satisfaction, trust, and attachment are instrumental in shaping brand loyalty among BSI mobile users. Distinctively, brand satisfaction exerts an indirect influence on brand loyalty mediated by brand attachment, paralleled by a similar indirect influence of brand trust on brand loyalty through brand attachment. Incorporating brand attachment as a mediating variable in this study augments the comprehension of the interplay between these elements, yielding more substantial conclusions about their impact on brand loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to develop strategies for boosting motor vehicle tax revenue in Jambi Province. It employs a combination of secondary and primary data, including a time series analysis from 2007 to 2021. The data covers the number of vehicles, the average motor vehicle tax, and revenue realization in Jambi Province. Primary data were gathered from in-depth interviews with experts in local taxation. The study employs descriptive analysis and a SWOT approach for analytical depth. Findings reveal a consistent increase in two- and four-wheeled vehicles from 2017 to 2021 in Jambi Province, potentially signalling economic growth or shifts in mobility patterns. A critical insight from this study is the notable disparity between the rising number of vehicles and the corresponding realization of tax revenue. Specifically, the average tax revenue realization for two-wheeled vehicles during this period was just 25.03 per cent, and for four-wheeled vehicles, approximately 62.30 per cent. The study highlights the crucial role of enhancing Original Regional Revenue (PAD) through motor vehicle taxes as a key strategy to lessen dependence on central funding. It suggests implementing public education initiatives, enhancing public transportation service quality, and reinforcing taxpayer compliance as effective strategies to achieve this goal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Integrated Tax and Retribution Information System (SIMPATTI) on the quality of public services at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Jambi City. The study used a quantitative approach involving 51 respondents who were active users of the SIMPATTI application. Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and structured interviews, then analyzed using a simple linear regression method with the help of SPSS software version 31. The results of the analysis indicate that the implementation of SIMPATTI has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of public services. This effect is evident in aspects of service speed, ease of access to information, and the level of taxpayer satisfaction with the services provided. These findings confirm that the digitalization of the regional tax system through SIMPATTI is able to create public service governance that is more efficient, transparent, and responsive to community needs, thereby supporting improved bureaucratic performance and public trust in local government.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of influencer marketing and content marketing on the purchasing decisions of active TikTok users from Generation Z in the city of Jambi. Using a quantitative method involving 96 respondents and PLS analysis, the results show that both variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Influencer credibility such as the expertise, authenticity, and reputation they demonstrate and the quality of content that is engaging, informative, relevant, and delivered consistently have been proven to increase consumer interest and trust in purchasing products through the TikTok platform. In addition, the presence of interactive features such as comments, likes, live streaming, and algorithm-based recommendation systems further strengthens user engagement, making promotional messages more easily accepted and processed by Generation Z, who are known to be highly responsive to visual and digital stimuli. These findings emphasize the importance of influencer-based digital marketing strategies and creative content in influencing purchasing behavior, while also highlighting the need for brands to adapt to the rapidly evolving nature of social media trends in order to reach their target audience effectively and maintain competitiveness in today’s modern marketing environment.
