Abstract

Danau sipin Jambi menjadi salah satu keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh Kota Jambi sehingga pihak pemerintah dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terus melakukan pengembangan terhadap danau sipin Jambi. Berbagai bentuk promosi telah dilakukan, pun beragam daya tarik wisata terus dibangun guna memperkenalkan dan menarik perhatian lebih banyak wisatawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Visual dan Daya Tarik Wisata Terhadap Minat Berkunjung ke Danau Sipin Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental tulen / true experimental dengan desain Posttest-Only with Control Group Design. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 partisipan. Metode analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, pengujian signifikansi simultan (uji F) dan pengujian signifikansi parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel promosi visual dan daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beberkunjung ke danau sipin Jambi. Secara simultan, variabel promosi visual dan daya Tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung ke danau sipin Jambi. Hasil analisis kuantitatif membuktikan bahwa variabel promosi visual (X1) memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap Minat Berkunjung ke danau sipin Jambi.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly fierce product competition, branding is crucial for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to survive and grow. This research highlights the importance of effective branding strategies in increasing product appeal, creating a strong brand image, and differentiating products in a competitive market. The method of carrying out this research involves direct visits to the Bu Os Banana Chips MSME production site, with steps in the form of planning re-branding, creating new logos and stickers, and catchword, as well as using social media and e-commerce platforms. The results show positive changes in product branding, such as a catchy new logo, eye-catching stickers and a strong slogan. It is hoped that these steps can strengthen the position of MSMEs in the market by increasing brand awareness, sales and consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in the mediation of competitive advantage in the Millennial Coffee Business in Jambi City. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Squares analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and business performance of Coffee Business owners or partners in Jambi City. The higher the entrepreneurial competence and orientation, the greater the competitive advantage achieved, which ultimately has a positive impact on improving business performance. Competitive advantage has been proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and orientation on business performance, so it is important for business actors to continue to develop entrepreneurial skills and innovative spirit in order to maintain and improve their business competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on business performance in the mediation of competitive advantage in Laundry Business in Muara Bulian District, Batang Hari Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Live Streaming TikTok dan FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Impulsif Produk Fast Fashion Pada Generasi Z di Kota Jambi. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantiatif dan teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan metode purposivel sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 reponden. Data primer didapatkan melalui survei kuesioner. Data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS for Windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Live Streaming TikTok dan FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Impulsif Produk Fast Fashion Pada Generasi Z di Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the existence of a village website as a medium for public services and information in Ginolat Village, Sianjur Mula-Mula Subdistrict, Samosir Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants were selected using purposive sampling and consisted of the village head, village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and community members. The results show that the Ginolat Village government does not yet have a digital information system such as a website and still relies on manual methods for delivering public services and information. As a result, residents must visit the village office in person to obtain services and access information. Therefore, this study recommends that the village government allocate funding for the development of a village website, which is expected to be a strategic solution to improve service quality, transparency, accountability, and community participation, and to support the realization of good village governance.

Abstract

Road infrastructure problems usually occur in rural areas. Damage to road shoulders, road facilities, and potholes that grow larger over time due to increasing mobility every year is one of the issues that needs to be addressed by local governments, especially in rural areas. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the strategies, obstacles, and solutions implemented by the village government in maintaining road infrastructure in Purwodadi Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. This study uses a qualitative research design with a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are from primary and secondary sources, with informants selected using purposive sampling. There were 11 informants in this study, consisting of the village head, village secretary, village officials, and hamlet heads. The results of the study show several strategies used by the village government in road infrastructure maintenance, namely coordination, consistency, synchronization, prioritization and priority scale, community participation, and problem solving. The obstacles faced were the lack of responsiveness from the regional government, limited village funds and vast territory, lack of human resources, and road locations with peat soil. The solutions used are to always be consistent, use PADesa, continue education, and interact with experts and the village community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on employee work productivity at the Jambi Province Food Security Service. The background of this study is based on the importance of productive human resources, where adequate compensation, high work discipline, and strong motivation are believed to be the main factors in increasing employee productivity. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to all civil servants of the Jambi Province Food Security Service. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the three independent variables on work productivity. The results of the study indicate that compensation, work discipline, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity simultaneously (F). This study confirms that increasing compensation, enforcing work discipline, and strengthening work motivation are very important to encourage employee productivity in government agencies. This study is expected to be a reference for the Jambi Province Food Security Service in formulating policies that support improving employee performance in order to achieve organizational goals optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Povinsi Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan beberapa pegawai dan pimpinan, observasi langsung terhadap lingkungan kerja,serta penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai PNS yang menjadi objek penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai,di mana tingkat stress yang tinggi cenderung menurunkan kepuasan kerja.sebaliknya,disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif sidnifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja,artinya semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin pegawai,semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Jambi untuk merumuskan kebijakan yang dapat mengelola stress kerja dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja guna mencapai kepuasan kerja pegawai yang optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Yudhistira Ghalia Indonesia cabang Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu sekolah dasar yang membeli buku di PT. Yudhistira Jambi yang berjumlah 120 sekolah. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel berjumlah 55 sekolah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selanjutnya manajemen hubungan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
