This study was made to know the features of any vehicle feature on which decisions of consumers inJakarta when it took the decision to choose a vehicle. The method of research by giving questionnairesto 120 respondents and data processed using SPSS 16 to determine the degree of importance, usingdescriptive analysis and frequency. This study was conducted based on the number of vehiclemanufacturers of four-wheel vehicles in LCGC (Low Cost Green Car), researchers wanted to knowwhether the feature LCGC effect on supply chain sustainability. Feature - a feature built into thequestionnaire is physical endurance and durability of the product, engine performance and Type latestmachinery, Recycling of plastic materials and metals, the use of environmentally friendly raw materials,the ethical aspects and environmental supplier, the price of the vehicle, the number of passengers in thevehicle and the shape and models of vehicles. based on the results of the questionnaire which featuresare most influential in determining the selection of a vehicle is the price of the vehicle, followed bynumber of passengers, and then features eco-friendly materials and performance and the latest enginetypes. Based on the degree of interest of 95% consider price feature becomes an important factor even40% thought it very important. For features an environmental friendly raw materials use 100% of therespondents agreed to consider these important features.

Fokus utama pada pemenuhuan kebutuhan pelanggan saat ini adalah pebaikan kualitas terusmenerusdan pengendalian biaya. Persediaan yang tersimpan dalam jumlah besar hanya akanberakhir sebagai pemborosan. Memilih kebijakan yang tepat dan mempertahankanoptimalnya tingkat persediaan merupakan tanggungjawab personel PPIC dalam menjagakestabilannya. Pemilihan kebijakan persediaan adalah sangat penting dalam menghadapipersaingan global yang intensif dan dinamis. Penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk menguranginilai persediaan melalui penetapan strategi produk. Peneliti mengusulkan klasifikasi modelpersediaan berdasarkan perencanaan produksi dan demand pasar. Hasil yang didapat adalahnilai persediaan menurun tiap bulannya secara stabil dengan nilai persediaan untuk akhirtahun pada saat melakukan perhitungan inventory projection adalah sebesar 11.3 juta USDdimana mencapai target yang ditetapkan perusahaan yaitu sebesar 11.5 juta USD. Dan nilaiDIO pada akhir tahun menjadi 75 hari.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Supply Chain Management (SCM)dengan Supply Chain Responsiveness (SCR) dan Competitive Advantages (CA). Pengumpulandata menggunakan kuesioner dengan koresponden 25 orang praktisi dan akademisi dari SCM.Kuesioner dirancang menggunakan skala Likert (skala 1 – 5). Pertama kuesioner diujivaliditasnya, setelah itu dilakukain pengujian reliabiliti kuesioner menggunkan metode AlphaCronbach’s dengan hasil yang valid. Kedua pengujian ini menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil daripengujian hipotesis ini adalah SCM berpengaruh terhadap SCR dan CA.

The objective of this research is for describe about employee satisfaction in three of Unit Bisnis at BM*.This topics also for identification many problems of employee satisfaction in BM* and to give suggestfor improvement of performance management in this company. Based on survey HRI of employee in BM* is 3,44. This show thatemployee satisfaction in BM* is over the standard (> 3) or high. But some of attribute show the HRIwhich under standard (< 3). Some of this is management quality, organisatin structure and path career,and also company objective. The three of these attribute is problem which need concern on thiscompany.

Forecasting is a tool to determine the extent of future conditions which will affect decisions on the strategic policy direction. Making the best decisions requires an analysis tool as a means for the level of accuracy can be achieved. This paper aims to forecast sales conditions radiator type A, type B and type C in 2016 and set priorities based on the results of analysis AHP production. The method used in forecasting using the method of Winter and decision analysis using AHP Pairwise comparison. Forecasts for radiator type A and type B tend to fluctuate while the linear C-type radiator, resulting in the production of type C are preferred. AHP analysis results indicate that the radiator of type C have a dominant score on the criteria of Production (0.382), Selling Price (0.376), Design (0.340), and Market Segment (0.329). As for Durability criteria, type B has the highest score of 0.391. Changes in sensitivity criteria has no significant effect on C-type radiator, so that it can be concluded radiator type C is a priority in radiator production line at company X for 2016.

The production process of the garment industry with socks products in a company often has problems with a decrease in machine productivity. Production results still cannot reach the production target and result in disruption of delivery to customers. This study aims to determine the main causes that affect the decline in production and provide solutions to increase production. The method used in this research is the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) approach and the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. This method is appropriate in analyzing increased production and measuring the effectiveness of the use of equipment in production efficiency. The results of this study can determine the main causes that affect production decline using Failure Models and Effects Analysis (FMEA), namely, the standard speed fluctuates 336 RPN, medium speed 245 RPN, sloping creel 150 RPN, narrow engine room 120 RPN, and dirty engine 72 RPN. The measurement of the effectiveness of the use of equipment in terms of production efficiency (OEE) before the repair is 63% and after modification is 73%, meaning that the OEE value after the change has increased by 8%. This is evidenced by an increase in production output by 112% on an average per machine/month.

Pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik di Indonesia pada program Fast Track Program 1 (FTP-1) 2006-2009 mengalami keterlambatan 5 Tahun dan hanya sekitar 74% yang terselesaikan. Keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek berbanding lurus dengan Cost Overrun. M-PERT sangat efektif dalam optimasi proyek, dengan optimasi proyek hampir mencapai 99%. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi penelitian statistik dan divalidasi terhadap studi kasus. Untuk statistik tahapan awal menggunakan 42 responden dari kalangan profesional di bidangnya dan dianalisis menggunakan Relative Importance Index (RII). Pada tahap validasi studi kasus menggunakan metode Manual Program Evaluation and Review Technique (M-PERT) untuk mendapatkan akurasi waktu, kemudian menggunakan metode Activity Based Costing (ABC) untuk mendapatkan efisiensi biaya konstruksi. Validasi studi kasus penelitian ini difokuskan pada proyek pembangunan Sub-Structure Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Keban Agung, Lahat, Sumatera Selatan. Analisis menghasilkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu Proses management proyek (RII=4.833), Menentukan kegiatan dimulai (RII=4.690), Pengendalian mutu (RII=4.643), Strategi persiapan kegiatan (RII=4.595) dan Penjadwalan kontrak tepat waktu (RII=4.500) yang ditindaklanjuti dengan menggunakan M-PERT dan ABC. Optimasi kinerja waktu yaitu sebesar 98,52%. dan biaya konstruksi dapat dioptimasi dari sebelumnya 98,98%.

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Kualitas manusia, yang diantaranya tergambarkan pada nilai Indeks Prestasi Manusia (IPM), dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan. Di Indonesia, pendidikan dilakukan melalui tiga jalur: formal, nonformal, dan informal. Namun, pendidikan di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari kekurangan. Salah satu institusi pendidikan non formal yang terletak di Depok yang hanya mampu meraih akreditasi C adalah contohnya. Akreditasi C menggambarkan kualitas pendidikan yang masih rendah pada institusi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek perbaikan apa saja yang harus diprioritaskan pada guru untuk menghasilkan kualitas pendidikan dan akreditasi yang lebih baik pada institusi pendidikan tersebut. Metode QFD dengan pendekatan variabel SERVQUAL digunakan untuk merumuskan usulan perbaikan kualitas pendidikan pada institusi tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi responsiveness (indikator: kemampuan guru dalam membangkitkan motivasi saat kegiatan belajar mengajar, kemampuan guru dalam mendiskusikan masalah mata pelajaran di kelas, kemampuan guru dalam membahas soal atau tugas yang diberikan dan kesediaan guru menyediakan waktu untuk berkonsultasi di luar jam mengajar) dengan skor 3,70 adalah dimensi dengan skor terendah sehingga dimensi ini harus diprioritaskan paling pertama. Adapun berdasarkan pendekatan parameter instrumen akreditasi BAN PAUD PNF, kompetensi guru dengan skor 26,18 merupakan parameter terpenting yang harus menjadi prioritas utama untuk ditingkatkan.

Product and service quality factors are important aspects of business continuity. Consumers will abandon low-quality products and services. Consumers will feel satisfied if all aspects of the products and services are appropriately accommodated. Product and service quality have different tendencies because service quality dimensions are more complex than product quality. This study aims to analyze the quality of customer service at auto repair shops based on consumer preferences. Assessment of the level of satisfaction and consumer expectations of each attribute is done by filling out a questionnaire to identify the gap between the level of importance and level of performance. The consumer's assessment of each indicator of the auto repair shop is carried out through a questionnaire filled out to the consumer to find out the gap between the level of importance and the level of performance. The analytical method used is Importance Performance Analysis–IPA showing that the attributes of auto repair shops that need to be improved are [P1] improving the repair period as promised, [P2] Procedures and managerial capabilities in providing adequate service, [P3] Results following consumer recommendations, and [P4] Knowledgeable workshop managers and staff, [P5] Service speed from responsiveness quality dimensions, [P11] Credibility and honesty of workshop managers and staff, [P12] Clarity of communication and information to consumers. The priority of quality attributes of auto repair shops that will be improved can provide alternative development priorities between human resources and limited equipment servicing.
