Abstract

This article will review several articles that use the PDCA method in overcoming production problems in various institutions. The method used is qualitative with a literature review approach. PDCA method is an appropriate method in identifying problems in various institutions. The application of the PDCA method to service institutions is not only appropriate in assessing service quality, but can also be applied to program assessments such as the Blended Learning program at educational institutions. The results of applying the PDCA method make the company more efficient, effective and can be apply in a sustainable manner in controlling the production process.

Abstract

Key performance indicators (KPI) are widely used in developing and advanced corporate systems. KPIs are used to measure the basic parameters that characterize organizational functions. Measurement of production efficiency regardless of the choice of optimization method, a key element of the author's methodology in designing a production system. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are commonly used in industry to support decision making and prioritize work across portfolios. KPI has a very objective assessment related to recommendations for decisions that must be taken in advancing the organization in order to achieve the goals outlined in the previous section and successfully inform. The method used in this paper is to review articles from various scientific articles from 2018-2020 using the keyword "KPI". Article disbursement was carried out using the "Google Scholar" and "Researchgate" databases.Where a review is carried out on the view of the use of KPIs in various industrial fields which are broad in nature in increasing satisfaction in a profession or actions that need to be taken as steps to become better in an organization. From this it can be concluded that the importance of a systematic and objective assessment to improve performance and results in an activity.

Abstract

Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is one of the performance evaluation methods used to measure the productivity of industrial equipment as a key performance indicator. Literature studies are used to identify, categorize, and synthesize research related to the application, study and analysis of OEE in various industries. This research is descriptive and the research method used is to conduct a systematic, structured and targeted review of 35 journals in Asia over the past eight years, with the scope of oee core characteristics and synergize the strength of the improvement framework, then group into manufacturing and service sectors. The results of this study explain that there are fundamental differences in the implementation of OEE in the manufacturing industry with services that are tangible manufacturing products, defects are determined through visual observation of the physical condition of products with certain criteria, the application of OEE affects the products produced. While in the service industry, the products produced are intangible, defects in the form of known data after going through the process of data processing using statistics with certain criteria, the application of OEE affects the services provided. Based on the results of this study is expected to provide systematic guidance to users overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method in carrying out improvements to identify future development areas and as a reference in conducting further research in the field of manufacturing, services and in various other fields.

Abstract

Penilaian risiko safety pada bendungan merupakan pendekatan tradisional dan modern untuk proses rekayasa teknik bendungan terhadap system keselamatan sehingga menghasilkan sejarah desain yang memiliki catatan keseluruhan dan terintegritas secara baik.Dengan pendekatan ini guna bendungan lama maupun baru, penilaian risiko safety ini bertujuan agar dapat mengetahui apakah risiko bahaya dapat di toleransi atau tidak, jika tidak dapat ditoleransi makan harus ada solusi untuk tindakan dalam mengurangi risiko bahaya sehingga kemanan bendungan dapat didapatkan.Pada penilaian risiko yang sudah ada dapat dijadikan dasar dalam pembuatan bendungan sampai dengan perawatannya, dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai penilaian risiko keamanan pada bendungan yang berada di beberapa Negara seperti di benua Asia, Eropa dan Amerika. Metode yang dilaksanakan meliputi pada penyusunan risiko safety, analisis risiko, evaluasi risiko dan manajemen safety risiko. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Faktor risiko paling utama yang menyebabkan tanggung jawab keselamatan adalah Tanggung Jawab Kontraktor yaitu factor Non technical project (40.54%), peringkat ke-2 adalah Tanggung Jawab yang Belum Diputuskan karena factor technical internal (35.13%), Peringkat ke-3 adalah factor technical project yaitu Tanggung Jawab Kontraktor (10.8%), Peringkat ke-4 adalah factor technical eksternal dan non technical eksternal, faktor risiko terakhir adalah factor non technical internal (2,7%) yaitu tanggung Jawab Bersama.

Abstract

Vehicle type approval (VTA) total registration of electronic vehicles in Indonesia for the accumulation period until August 2023 is 81,525 units with a composition of 4-wheeled vehicles 18,300 units. The use of electric vehicles is still a tiny portion compared to the motorized vehicle population in Indonesia, which will reach more than 146 million units in 2022. It is different from developments in Europe, the United States, and China, where more research into the use of electric vehicles is being carried out. The readiness of the automotive industry system to produce electric vehicles is absolutely necessary to achieve superior productivity levels. National auto­motive companies need to anticipate that changes in production systems will also change along with changes in processes and components in electric vehicles. In the next few years, world-class manufacturing production systems will refer to LARG (lean, agile, resilient, and green) aspects. Lean, agile, resilient, and environmentally friendly manufacturing industrial opera­tions are critical. This research aims to determine the level of appli­cation of LARG aspects in the electric vehicle automotive industry. The method used was exploratory, and a questionnaire was filled out with industry experts and analyzed using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and objective matrix (OMAX). The results of this study confirm that all aspects of LARG require improvement. Resilience (R) and green (G) have performance below 10 percent, so these two aspects are priorities for improvement by the electric car industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Understanding quality in manufacturing starts with defect identification and improvement finding. Reliability that influenced by equipment design or working methods or environment has led to concept of improvement with six sigma method and this has been absorbed in Indonesia industries as well. This article discusses about six sigma implementation in Indonesia from various business and industries. The method is to review research articles that are published within 2016-2020 with keyword DMAIC and six sigma. The results from 52 selected articles is obtained average 3.68 sigma value of Indonesia industries within year 2016-2020 with the least value 1.10 from crude palm oil refinery and the highest is 5.10 from bagging process of sugar refinery. However, six sigma application is not always satisfying  concerning its suitability function, requirement of industries, culture, local regulation, and internal business concern, especially in terms of efficiency and cost. Future research is suggested utilizing industry 4.0 concept to enhance six sigma implementations.

Abstract

In increasing production and manufacturing processes at PT. XYZ will certainly have an impact on the PT. XYZ as well as for residents around the PT. XYZ from the activity process. Currently PT. XYZ is committed to environmental management by participating in government programs, namely from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry such as PROPER. currently the PROPER rating of PT. XYZ is still getting the blue title in the near future PT. XYZ is committed to increasing the blue rating to become the Green PROPER title as a form of improving the quality of environmental management. One aspect of the Green PROPER assessment from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry is in accordance with the company's roadmap with an implementation plan in 2022-2023. Aspects that are reviewed and planned include: Waste management by Method 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recyle) at PT. XYZ B3 waste management using the 3 R (Reduce, Reuse, Recyle) method at PT. XYZ. From the results of the study and data obtained in the field, PT. XYZ produces domestic waste or waste of about ±348 Kg/day with a total number of 580 employees and B3 waste produced ±200 Kg/day. Domestic organic and inorganic waste / waste is made into compost, magot and inorganic materials into handicrafts. B3 waste specifically for sludge from the WWTP process can be processed into paving blocks and bricks. Reducing the use of TL lamps replaced with LED lamps. One strategy for reducing B3 waste, namely electronic waste generated and energy savings using environmentally friendly LED lights, can save energy by ± 15% and reduce B3 waste by ± 10%. This 3R method can be used as a sustainable environmental management program or a green industry. To get a green PROPER rating or report card that is included in the points in the DRKPL Dalam peningkatan produksi dan proses manufaktur di PT. XYZ tentunya akan menimbulkan dampak bagi lingkungan Pabrik PT. XYZ maupun bagi warga sekitar pabrik PT. XYZ dari proses kegiatan tersebut. Saat ini PT. XYZ berkomitmen dalam pengelolaan lingkungan salah satu dengan keikutsertaan dalam program pemerintah yaitu dari KLHK seperti PROPER. saat ini peringkat PROPER PT. XYZ masih memperoleh predikat biru dalam waktu dekat ini PT. XYZ berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan predikat biru menjadi predikat PROPER Hijau sebagai bentuk peningkatan kualitas pengelolaan lingkungan. Salah Satu aspek penilaian PROPER Hijau dari KLHK sesuai dengan roadmap perusahaan dengan rencana implementasi pada tahun 2022-2023.Aspek yang di kaji dan direncanakan meliputi :Pengelolaan sampah dengan Metode 3R (Reduce,Reuse, Recyle) di PT.XYZ Pengelolaan limbah B3 dengan Metode 3 R (Reduce,Reuse, Recyle) di PT.XYZ. Dari hasil kajian dan data yang didapat di lapangan PT.XYZ menghasilkan sampah atau limbah domestik sekitar ±348 Kg/hari dengan jumlah total karyawan 580 orang dan limbah B3 yang dihasilkan ±200 Kg/hari. Limbah /Sampah domestik organik dan anorganik dibuat menjadi kompos, magot dan anorganik menjadi kerajinan tangan. Limbah B3 khusus untuk lumpur dari sis proses IPAL dapat diolah menjadi paving block dan batako. Pengurangan penggunaan lampu TL diganti menjadi lampu LED sebagai. Salah satu strategi pengurangan limbah B3 yaitu limbah elektronik yang dihasilkan dan penghematan energi menggunakan lampu LED yang ramah lingkungan dapat mengefisienkan energi sebesar ± 15% dan menurunkan pengeluaran limbah B3 sebanyak ± 10%.metode 3R ini bisa dijadikan program pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan atau green industry. Untuk memperoleh peringkat atau raport PROPER hijau yang masuk dalam point di dalam DRKPL.

Abstract

In the production sector, companies that have successfully applied concurrent engineering tools, including Quality Function Deployment (QFD) define customer requirements at the early stages of their design development. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of construction, country location, and year of research related to the application of the QFD method. This study uses the literature review method. Sources of articles were obtained and processed from National and International journals from 1999 to 2022. The number of similar articles identified was 45articles. The results obtained from this study indicate that 15 research journals apply QFD to office building construction projects, and most research is carried out in 2017 while most research locations are carried out in Indonesia

Abstract

Although quite a few studies have focused on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)-related issues within the context of sustainable building construction projects, there has been dearth of a study developing a management framework to comprehensively identify, analyze, evaluate, and control the safety risks threatening the involved Building Construction Workers. Risk is always present in every construction project. Occupational safety and health risks in building construction projects have various risks and are likely to be affected due to their difficulty and multiple operations and threats. Risk factors are divided into three categories, namely internal factors, projects, and external factors. Three categories above is further divided into two technical and non-technical risk. This paper review 40 selected papers that discuss risk identification and risk management in residential construction projects. Risk factors in residential projects are generally very diverse and give us an idea that the interrelationships between the parties with an interest in the project contribute to the risk factors themselves occurring the course of the project. It has been mentioned that the risk factors that occur in residential projects is something that is commonplace in various countries, in this case contributing to the success of the project. Outline on this paper has succeeded in providing information on the extent to which risk factors are currently occurring and there is a high potential for a change in the percentage of risk factors according to the classifications presented in this journal for other construction projects in the future.

Abstract

Naturally there is no object made by humans that cannot be demagerd. and over time, there are many changes both physically and financially in the finished building but its useful life can be extended by carrying out regular repairs through an activity known as maintenance. . The purpose of this study was to determine the type of risk, location and year of research related to risks in building maintenance. The method used in this study is a literature review. 45 Journals obtained online from various sources with the keywords risk on building maintenance. From these journals, it can be concluded that the highest type of risk in building maintenance is internal technical risk and project technicality, where most research locations are carried out in Indonesia and the most research year is in 2020.
