Abstract

Although quite a few studies have focused on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)-related issues within the context of sustainable building construction projects, there has been dearth of a study developing a management framework to comprehensively identify, analyze, evaluate, and control the safety risks threatening the involved Building Construction Workers. Risk is always present in every construction project. Occupational safety and health risks in building construction projects have various risks and are likely to be affected due to their difficulty and multiple operations and threats. Risk factors are divided into three categories, namely internal factors, projects, and external factors. Three categories above is further divided into two technical and non-technical risk. This paper review 40 selected papers that discuss risk identification and risk management in residential construction projects. Risk factors in residential projects are generally very diverse and give us an idea that the interrelationships between the parties with an interest in the project contribute to the risk factors themselves occurring the course of the project. It has been mentioned that the risk factors that occur in residential projects is something that is commonplace in various countries, in this case contributing to the success of the project. Outline on this paper has succeeded in providing information on the extent to which risk factors are currently occurring and there is a high potential for a change in the percentage of risk factors according to the classifications presented in this journal for other construction projects in the future

Abstract

Air conditioner merupakan komponen terpenting sebuah gedung pada jaman sekarang ini. Dikarenakan fungsi air conditioner adalah mengkondisikan udara di dalam ruangan gedung tersebut. Hampir semua gedung menggunakan air conditioner di Indonesia. Pekerjaan air conditioner memiliki bobot pekerjaan yang tinggi dalam sub bagian pekerjaan Mekanikal Elektrikal dan Plumbing. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh penerapan metode rekayasa nilai terhadap biaya pekerjaan air conditioner Pada Gedung Perkantoran. Hal ini menjadi sebuah celah yang bisa di teliti seberapa besar biaya yang bisa di kurangi terhadap pekerjaan tersebut dengan metode Rekayasa Nilai. Tanpa mengurangi fungsi dari air conditioner tersebut yaitu mendinginkan ruangan yang ada di dalam gedung. Permasalahan rekayasa nilai atau value engineering yang sering dijumpai dilapangan yaitu metode tersebut lebih dianggap sebagai pengurangan biaya (cost reduction). Dimana hal ini akan mengakibatkan penurunan terhadap kualitas serta fungsi dari material tersebut, mengurangi atau menghilangkan unsur tertentu yang berdampak pada menurunya kualitas melanggar batas ketentuan spesifiksi. Rekayasa nilai yang baik salah satunya yaitu menggunakan alternative material yang masih dalam spesifikasi yang setara. Pada penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan kepada penggunaan rekayasa nilai pada pekerjaan air conditioner Bangunan Perkantoran. Dengan menggunakan metode rekayasa nilai, terlihat bahwa efisiensi biaya yang dapat dihemat sebesar 14,73% dari anggaran awal yang direncanakan untuk pekerjaan tersebut.

Abstract

Delays in project development often occur due to various risk factors that have not been identified during project implementation, resulting in increased project delays and unexpected costs. However, each construction project has different risks depending on the type of project and project environmental conditions, so it requires handling different project implementation methods.In a jetty project, risk assessment is carried out from both technical and non-technical perspectives. From a technical point of view, risks are assessed starting from soil conditions, water level, weather, installation methods, design changes, etc. Meanwhile, from a non-technical perspective, the risks arising from the environment, social and social aspects are assessed. economic, legal, and institutional aspects as well as finance and investment.This summary literature review shows that Technical Risk has the greatest impact on jetty projects in the internal and external project category.

Abstract

Salah satu jenis pemborosan yang masih cukup dominan dalam industri nasional adalah terjadinya proses atau produk atau kegiatan yang tidak memiliki nilai tambah. Pendekatan modern yang menggunakan statistik untuk mencapai tingkat cacat yang sangat rendah bahkan menuju nol cacat seperti metode DMAIC telah banyak diterapkan di Indonesia. Penerapan metode DMAIC yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan akan mampu mengurangi tingkat kecacatan pada proses dan produk. Penurunan kualitas yang terjadi pada produksi di pertambangan batubara Indonesia, yang berapa tahun belakangan ini berkurang. Hal ini menyebabkan turunnya posisi Indonesia pada ekspor batubara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kemam­puan proses pada salah satu industri pertambangan batubara di Indonesia dengan menerapkan metode DMAIC berbasis Ilmu Statistika. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah melalui tahapan terstruktur DMAIC dengan target keluaran pada setiap tahap­an. Penerapan metode DMAIC dapat mengurangi variasi keluaran, sehingga tidak melebihi enam standar deviasi antara nilai rata-rata dan batas spesifikasi ter­dekat. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kappa­bilitas proses dari 2,25 sigma menjadi 2,52 sigma.

Abstract

In the production sector, companies that have successfully applied concurrent engineering tools, including Quality Function Deployment (QFD) define customer requirements at the early stages of their design development. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of construction, country location, and year of research related to the application of the QFD method. This study uses the literature review method. Sources of articles were obtained and processed from National and International journals from 1999 to 2022. The number of similar articles identified was 45 articles. The results obtained from this study indicate that 15 research journals apply QFD to office building construction projects, and most research is carried out in 2017 while most research locations are carried out in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia melalui kota Jakarta sedang gencar dibangun. Berdasarkan survei konsultan konstruksi, pembangunan merupakan langkah terbaik untuk memenuhi kualitas hidup masyarakat luas. Kinerja pembangunan harus meningkatkan kualitas baik sarana maupun prasarana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor dan pengaruh evaluasi metode lean six sigma pada pekerjaan gedung perkantoran. Diperlukan metode lean six sigma yang digunakan untuk menganalisis fungsi-fungsi yang dibutuhkan dengan kinerja yang berkualitas untuk pekerjaan gedung perkantoran. Metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPls untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas dan waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang terjadi pada pekerjaan suprastruktur, material, tenaga kerja, dan manajemen proyek: Y1 =0,529X1 + 0,073X2 - 0,231X3 + 0,072X4 + 0,017X5 - 0,036X6 + 0,125X7 danY2= -0,038X1 + 0,001X2 - 0,199X3 - 0,024X4 + 0,390X5 + 0,357X6 - 0,108X7. Penilaian penerapan Lean Six Sigma dari nilai Non-Conformance Report (NCR) sebesar 181, data sigma untuk cacat yang dihasilkan oleh pekerjaan suprastruktur dengan nilai DPMO sebesar 6.725,624 atau setara dengan 3,99 sigma.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, semua industri harus mampu bersaing di pasar global agar tetap kompetitif. Pasar global yang intense telah mendorong semua industri untuk terus meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Diantara semua sektor industri, industri manufaktur merupakan salah satu industri yang sangat menentukan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan pendapatan nasional. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan pustaka tentang penerapan QFD dalam industri manufaktur dan memberikan pengetahuan kontekstual sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan penerapan QFD dalam industri manufaktur. Metode yang digunakan adalah sistematik literatur review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QFD merupakan suatu pendekatan yang dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan kualitas baik layanan maupun produk dengan menerjemahkan keinginan konsumen ke dalam karakteristik teknis perusahaan. Dari hasil kajian literatur yang dianalisis, fokus utama QFD adalah  pendekatan yang  dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produk pada industri manufaktur agar  dapat menghasilkan keluaran sesuai dengan selera dan keinginan konsumen dimana QFD telah berkembang menjadi alat yang ampuh untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan produk yang berfokus pada kebutuhan pelanggan.

Abstract

The tire manufacturing process, the tire company's amount of defect tends to increase above the target maximum. To improve the quality of tire manufacture, and analysis to decrease the number of defects is conducted using the six sigma concept. Over the last two decades, there has been a growing awareness of the need to improve quality. This paper aims to implement the DMAIC cycle as an element of continuous improvement in tire companies. In order that achieves it, the analysis with the application of DMAIC is done. The propositions of improvements, which can be implemented in the organization to increase the effectiveness of the production process, are also presented. The actions implemented contributed to a significant reduction in the defective tire, which was approximately 67 pcs per month. The study thus culminated in a decrease of 0,08% on the indicator of defects by the production system

Abstract

In today's free-market economy, increasingly fierce market competition for organizational goals requires all parties to be able to produce the best products or services in; winning the competition is the main responsibility of management. The National Quality Malcolm Baldrige (MBNQA) for evaluating performance in all organizations, which is used to evaluate performance in organizations. Successful application of Malcolm Baldrige's Quality Framework criteria in organizations. The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) is a method to improve overall organizational performance and continuously (continuous improvement) by using measurements and providing feedback on overall organizational performance in providing quality products and services. The MBNQA not only can be implemented in the industry but spread to several sectors such as hospital service, hotel, education, public service, etc. Implementing of MBNQA in Healthcare increases management quality achieved. Workforce Focus 74.3%, Operation Focus 75.6%, Results 75,6%, have  a significant relationship with sub-category two to sub-category seven MBCfPE as a variable. The software system can produce an estimated score for each analysis approach Approach, Deployment, Learning and Integration (ADLI) for each requirement successive values of 91.73% and 86.79%. the threat to service with 56.11% for FKTP ISO and 64.68% for FKTP.

Abstract

Performance Prism has been implemented in various business, because it is a method to measure company performance. Therefore, a systematic literature review is required, to provide information for further research about the implementation of Performance Prism. The identified literature includes 36 national articles and 4 international articles from Indonesia, with a range of publications from 2011 to 2020. The implementation of Performance Prims is dominated by the industry of food, apparel, and construction materials, as well as services of raw water and health. In addition, Performance Prism is also implemented in educational institutions, includes Junior High School and University. The implementation of Performance Prism is integrated by 4 other dominant methods, includes Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Objective Matrix (OMAX), Traffic Light System (TLS), and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats (SWOT). The benefits of implementing Performance Prism consist of measuring the level of perspective stakeholders and performance indicators, as well as determining Key Performance Indicators and measuring company performance.
