Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik siswa kelas enam di SDN 3 Kampung Dalam Kabupaten Sijunjung mengelola waktu mereka melalui sosialisasi. Masalah utamanya adalah anak-anak tidak menyadari betapa pentingnya manajemen waktu, yang menyebabkan kegiatan yang tidak menentu dan hasil belajar yang buruk. Ceramah interaktif, alat bantu visual, serta pra tes dan pasca tes digunakan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut. Skor rata-rata meningkat dari 72,6 menjadi 97, menurut data, menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam manajemen waktu. Pendekatan ini telah terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan pengorganisasian pembelajaran anak-anak, dan dapat digunakan di sekolah dasar lainnya.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship among students is seen as a relevant alternative strategy in response to limited formal employment opportunities while encouraging economic independence. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on students who run dim sum businesses as a form of independent entrepreneurship. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects being dim sum business students selected purposively. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and direct observation of the production process, marketing activities, and interactions with consumers. The results show that students' interest in entrepreneurship is influenced by several main factors, including economic incentives as the most dominant factor, practical experience in business management, social support, and the flexibility of the business type, which allows students to balance their academic and entrepreneurial activities. Direct involvement in business activities also contributes to increasing students' confidence and readiness in managing businesses independently. These findings confirm that practical experience and a supportive environment play an important role in fostering students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract: The digital-based learning process still creates difficulties for students to see that students are not interested and bored in learning, so it requires an active, effective and fun kahoot learning model. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of the kahoot model in the digital-based learning process at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bengkulu City. Using a descriptive qualitative method of the CIPP approach (context, input, process and product). The results of the study show that digital-based learning programs are generally good, but the kahoot model program in the digital learning process cannot be applied by all teachers and students, because there are still teachers and students who have limited equipment and optimal technological literacy. The input of the kahoot model in the digital-based learning process in general is good, but there are still some student teachers and teachers who are not ready with digital learning, financing, infrastructure facilities and curriculum. The process of using the kahoot model in the digital-based learning process in general is good such as fun and game-based learning, encouraging active participation, accelerating material understanding, and motivating students to focus more on learning, and keeping the learning atmosphere interesting and dynamic. However, there are still teachers who seem less interesting and boring in learning because they are not able to implement digital-based learning. Meanwhile, the product of using the kahoot model in the digital-based learning process in general is good, seeing the many achievements obtained by students, both academic and non-academic achievements, and 100% of student graduates can continue their education to a higher level. So it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of the use of the kahoot model can improve the digitalbased learning process in madrasas. Thus, it can be suggested that to improve the digital-based learning process, increase the use of the kahoot learning model in madrasah.Keywords: Evaluation, Use of Kahoot Model, Digital-Based Learning Process, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Bengkulu City. Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran berbasis digital masih menciptakan kesulitan bagi siswa terlihat siswa tidak tertarik dan bosan dalam pembelajaran, sehingga membutuhkan model pembelajaran kahoot yang bersifat aktif, efektif dan menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan model kahoot dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis digital di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif pendekatan CIPP (conteks, input, proses dan produk). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembelajaran berbasis digital secara umum sudah bagus, namun program model kahoot dalam proses pembelajaran digital tidak semua guru dan siswa dapat diterapkan, karena masih terdapat guru dan siswa memiliki keterbatasan peralatan dan literasi teknologi secara optimal. Input model kahoot dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis digital secara umu sudah bagus, namun masih terdapat beberapa guru siswa dan guru tidak siap dengan pembelajaran digital, pembiayaan, sarana prasarana dan kurikulum. Proses penggunaan model kahoot dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis digital secara umum sudah bagus seperti pembelajaran menyenangkan dan berbasis permainan, mendorong partisipasi aktif, mempercepat pemahaman materi, serta memotivasi siswa untuk lebih focus belajar, dan menjaga suasana pembelajaran tetap menarik dan dinamis. Namun masih terdapat guru terkesan kurang menarik dan membosankan dalam pembelajaran karena tidak mampu menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital. Sedangkan produk penggunaan model kahoot dalam proses pembelajaran berbasis digital secara umum sudah bagus terlihat banyaknya prestasi yang didapatkan oleh siswa baik prestasi akademik maupun non akademik, dan lulusan siswa 100 % dapat melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang satu tingkat lebih tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil evaluasi penggunaan model kahoot dapat meningkatkan proses pembelajaran berbasis digital di madrasah. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran berbasis digital, maka tingkatkan penggunaan model pembelajaran kahoot di madrasah.Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Penggunaan Model Kahoot, Proses Pembelajaran Berbasis Digital, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently. Then, MSME solutions by maintaining cash flow, product innovation, maximizing social media and delivery services

Abstract

The concept of human nature occupies a fundamental position in the philosophy of Islamic education, as it serves as the foundation for formulating educational goals, curriculum design, teaching methods, and the overall direction of education. Islamic education is not merely oriented toward the transfer of knowledge but is directed toward shaping the whole human being in a balanced manner, encompassing physical, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions. This study aims to examine the concept of human nature from the Islamic perspective and the views of Islamic philosophical figures, as well as to analyze its philosophical and practical implications for the implementation of Islamic education. This research employs a library research method by reviewing primary and secondary sources, including the Qur’an, classical Islamic texts, and relevant scholarly literature on human nature and Islamic education. The findings indicate that Islam views human beings as multidimensional creatures endowed with fitrah, intellect, spirituality, and social responsibility as servants and vicegerents of God on earth. The Qur’anic concepts of humanity, reflected in the terms al-insān, al-basyar, and al-nās, emphasize the complexity and uniqueness of humans as biological, rational, spiritual, and social beings. The perspectives of scholars such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Arabi, and Hasan Al-Banna further reinforce the view that Islamic education must integrate intellectual, moral, and spiritual development in a balanced manner. The implications of this study highlight the necessity of designing Islamic education in a holistic and humanistic framework to produce insan kamil—individuals who are faithful, knowledgeable, possess noble character, and demonstrate social responsibility in communal life.

Abstract

The communication crisis experienced by Zara in the "The Jacket" campaign highlights the critical importance of social and cultural sensitivity in marketing strategies. The controversy that arose sparked negative public reactions, underscoring the necessity for companies to exercise greater caution in delivering messages aligned with societal values. This study analyzes Zara's approach to addressing the crisis through the framework of Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT). Communication strategies involving apologies, transparency, and concrete corrective actions are identified as key elements in restoring reputation. Additionally, internal evaluations of creative processes and heightened cultural awareness in campaign development were conducted to prevent similar crises in the future. This study emphasizes the significance of speed, clarity, and empathy in crisis management, as well as the strategic use of social media to rebuild public trust.

Abstract

Indonesia possesses economically valuable coal deposits distributed across the Tertiary basins of the western Sunda Shelf, particularly on the islands of Sumatra and Kalimantan, positioning the country as one of the world’s leading coal producers. This study aims to determine the ash content of coal samples from various mining sites. Samples were analyzed using the proximate analysis method to measure parameters including total moisture (TM), inherent moisture (IM), ash content (ASG), and fixed carbon (FC). This method enables the identification of variations in coal characteristics resulting from differences in mining origins. The results indicate that TM, IM, ASG, and FC levels vary across samples, reflecting differences in geological conditions and coal quality. The total moisture and fixed carbon values obtained from crucible 1 and crucible 2 were both recorded at 6%. The study concludes that coal characteristics differ by source, and proximate analysis provides a valuable preliminary insight into quality assessment. These findings serve as a foundation for developing more accurate and efficient coal analysis methods and offer a reference for industrial applications and energy research.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of movement and dance arts learning in Smart and Cheerful PAUD as an effort to optimize early childhood development. Movement and dance arts activities have been proven to have a positive impact on gross and fine motor skills, creativity, social-emotional, and children's self-expression. This study used observation and ability test methods on children's participation in art activities. The results showed that most children were able to follow simple dance movements, recognize musical rhythms, dare to perform, and demonstrate good body coordination. Movement and dance arts learning not only supports physical and emotional growth, but also strengthens children's love for local culture. Therefore, movement and dance arts need to be made an integral part of the PAUD curriculum in a structured and enjoyable way, so that they can have a holistic impact on children's development.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of parental support in improving the learning abilities of elementary school students, with a particular focus on first-grade students at Tahfidzul Qur'an Elementary School. The research was motivated by the growing recognition that parental involvement is a key factor influencing children's academic development and learning success during the early years of education. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of how parental support contributes to students' learning experiences. Data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation of relevant school records. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings reveal that parental support positively influences students' learning abilities by increasing motivation, fostering positive learning habits, encouraging active participation in school activities, and strengthening communication between home and school. Students whose parents consistently provided emotional, motivational, and academic support demonstrated better learning outcomes and greater engagement in classroom activities. The study concludes that parental support plays a crucial role in enhancing elementary students' learning abilities and emphasizes the importance of strong collaboration between parents and schools to create an effective and supportive learning environment.
