Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa. This research is a population study, because the total number of employees is 40 people. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis, so to make it easier for researchers to carry out research, researchers carry out analysis using the SPSS 25 program with multiple linear test analysis tools, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it is concluded that compensation and work motivation, both partially and jointly, have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Surya Bumi Sentosa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Ganjar Asri, Kota Metro melalui pelatihan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian, termasuk persiapan, penyusunan modul pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan sesi pelatihan yang melibatkan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Ganjar Asri. Pelatihan difokuskan pada aspek pembuatan laporan keuangan, dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konsep dasar akuntansi, pengelolaan data transaksi, dan analisis laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman para pelaku UMKM terkait laporan keuangan. Mereka mampu menerapkan pengetahuan baru mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat dan relevan. Dengan meningkatnya kapabilitas keuangan, diharapkan UMKM di Desa Ganjar Asri dapat meningkatkan daya saing, mendapatkan akses lebih besar ke sumber pembiayaan, dan mencapai pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal melalui penguatan aspek keuangan pada tingkat UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, communication, work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara 1 Regional 7 Kebun Tulung Buyut. This study uses a quantitative approach with SPSS analysis tools. The data quality test used is the validity test and reliability test, then the classical assumption test is carried out, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Then, the hypothesis test carried out is the t test, then the coefficient of determination test is carried out. The population in this study was 30 respondents. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, so all respondents were used as research samples. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the variablesCompensation, Communication, Discipline are positive and significant to Employee Performance of PT Perkebunana Nusantara 1 Regional 7 Kebun Tulung Buyut. It is expected that this research can be a reference for PT Perkebunana Nusantara 1 Regional 7 Kebun Tulung Buyut to pay more attention to the variables in this study.

Abstract

This research focuses on the factors that interact with each other and influence consumers' purchasing decisions, as well as how implementing effective marketing strategies can influence these decisions across various industry sectors. The purpose of the study is to examine studies that are relevant to purchase decisions, this study uses a qualitative method with a systematic literature study approach, which is an assessment and analysis of previous research related to purchase decisions, using the keywords "Purchase Decision" and "Travel" in the period from 2004 to 2024 (20 years). The results of the study found that purchasing decisions are influenced by cognitive dissonance, social influence, corporate alliances, brand equity, brand preferences, gender roles: female dominance, online forum browsing, price, online reviews, promotions, demographics, travel preferences, domestic family decisions, brand decisions, price decisions, circle of acquaintance decisions, compromises, temporal constructions, perceived ease of use, electronic word of mouth, content marketing,  Brand image, lifestyle, trust in tour packages, trust in payment methods, intention to purchase tour services, promotion of online tour services, place of residence, previous purchase experience, information sources used and perception of reliability, professional status, age, education level, financial situation, and perception of value.

Abstract

The problem of imbalance between the number of labor force growth and available jobs is a seriousconcern in the context of education and economic development today. The phenomenon where the number of Vocational High School (SMK) graduates continues to grow but their ability to become entrepreneurs or create new jobs is still minimal highlights the importance of effective entrepreneurship education. Currently, entrepreneurship education in schools tends to only touch the surface, focusing on introducing entrepreneurial values, without giving emphasis on internalizing these values or encouraging real actions in daily life. Based on these problems, this paper will discuss how the principal's leadership and how the principal's leadership strategy in improving student entrepreneurship in SMK. The research process using literature study begins with the identification of the topic or research question to be researched. After that, researchers search for related literature through various sources of information such as libraries, online databases, and electronic journals. With great responsibility, school principals are responsible for the implementation of learning activities that can ultimately improve existing graduates, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. In line with this, some of the strategies that can be carried out by school principals in improving student entrepreneurial competence are by creating innovation, working hard in improving school quality, motivation, never giving up, and having entrepreneurial instincts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan dalam menilai pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Kamura Bakery di Lampung. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif digunakan, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui survei dari 83 konsumen Kamura Bakery. Analisis data melibatkan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi (R²), uji-T, dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar memiliki dampak yang kuat dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kepuasan konsumen., baik secara terpisah maupun bersamaan. Secara terpisah, orientasi kewirausahaan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan konsumen bernilai 21,9%, sedangkan orientasi pasar memberikan kontribusi bernilai 37%. Sejumlah faktor ini menyumbang 39,7% dari variasi dalam kepuasan konsumen, dengan 60,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak dieksplorasi. Temuan ini menjelaskan strategi kewirausahaan yang inovatif, proaktif, dan berorientasi risiko, serta pendekatan pasar yang berfokus pada konsumen dan pesaing, dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen di sektor usaha kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi bisnis di industri bakery lokal untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job promotion and compensation fairness on employee job satisfaction at Hana Electronics Store. Using the census method, the entire population of 35 employees was sampled. A quantitative approach was applied with data analysis through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 30. The results of the analysis showed that partially, job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, compensation equity has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, job promotion and compensation equity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This finding indicates that job promotion is the dominant factor in increasing employee job satisfaction, while compensation equity requires more attention to maximize its impact. Abstract

This research aims to explore the extent to which interpersonal relationships and environmental conditions affect the work ethic of employees working at Nuju Coffee in Bandar Lampung. To achieve this aim, the study adopted a quantitative methodology characterized by a correlational research design suited for examining the relationships between variables. The total population for this study consisted of 210 employees, from which a sample of 68 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula to ensure an appropriate representation. Data collection methods included direct observation and administering structured questionnaires designed with a Likert scale to measure responses. The findings indicated that both interpersonal relationships and environmental factors positively and statistically significantly influence employees' work ethic, underscoring their importance in fostering productive workplace behaviors. Of the 68 respondents, 49 categorized interpersonal relationships as very good, 45 respondents categorized environmental conditions as very good, and 52 respondents categorized work ethic as strongly agree. This study concludes that management needs to improve communication between employees and improve work environmental conditions to enhance employee work ethic.

Abstract

Riset ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji pengaruh suasana cafe (Store atmosphere) dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Maco cafe and Eatery, Bandar Lampung, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Cochran, Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS, mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil Riset menggambarkan bahwa suasana cafe berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan juga berpengaruh signifikan, Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berdampak positif. Riset ini menekankan pentingnya elemen suasana cafe, seperti kebersihan, pencahayaan, dan pengaturan tata ruang, serta aspek layanan berkualitas, termasuk keramahan, kecepatan, dan profesionalisme staf, dalam meningkatkan kepuasan, loyalitas, dan pengalaman pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh brand image dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk usaha Kopi Sheo, yang berkembang dalam lanskap industri kopi Indonesia yang kompetitif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara citra merek dan strategi pemasaran berbasis influencer dalam memengaruhi keputusan konsumen. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui surve terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bak brand image maupun influencer marketing secara parsial dan simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Analisis regresi linier berganda mengungkapkan bahwa variabel brand image dan influencer marketing memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,4% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Studi ini mempertegas pentingnya citra merek yang kuat dan pemilihan influencer yang tepat untuk menarik minat konsumen, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur pemasaran di sektor kopi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi Kopi Sheo dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan daya sang di pasar yang dinamis.
