Abstract

This research aims to develop and analyze a strategy model for implementing MBKM learning, namely university mission, academic leadership, collaboration, commitment, and sustainability, as well as the impact of the use of information technology. The research results show that leadership and information technology variables are strategic variablesfor improving learning strategies. This is because the research results of these variables have a significant influence. Meanwhile, information technology variables are not effective as moderatorvariablesontherelationshipbetweencommitmentandlearningstrategiesbecause the research results have a weak and negative influence. Collaboration and commitment variables are appropriate variables for learning strategies. This collaboration variable has a positive and significant influence on learning strategies in the context of this research, meaning that collaboration plays an important role in influencing learning strategies. Commitment is a very important factor in influencing learning strategies. Learning strategy variableshaveasignificantpositiveinfluenceonsustainabilityinthiscasethroughlearning strategies, which have been proven to have a significant positive impact on sustainability however,itisimportanttocontinuetocarryoutfurtherresearchanddevelopmenttosupport sustainability efforts on an ongoing basis. Abstract

The study want to knows the effects from product quality and lifetstyle on iPhone purchasing decision in Bandar Lampung, where the iPhone is known a symbol of social status and modern lifestyle. This survey includes quantitative approach method with multiple linear regression analyis. The information were obtained from 100 iPhone user respondents by an online questionnaire and then evaluation through the SPSS version 30 for windows program. The result from this research show that product quality and lifestyle partially and simultaneously affect iPhone purchasing decisions in Bandar Lampung. This research provides a new perspective regarding the factors that cause7 iPhone purchasing decisions that emphasize the important role of product quality and lifestyle in the context of an envolving market.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work ability, caring behavior, and length of service on nurses’ performance at Natar Medika Hospital, South Lampung. The research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach and a descriptive correlational design. Data were collected using questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The findings indicate that work ability, caring behavior, and length of service have a positive and significant effect on nurses’ performance. Regression analysis revealed that these three variables account for 44.1% of the performance outcomes, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, enhancing work ability, fostering caring behavior, and providing greater support for nurses with longer tenure can improve overall performance. Hospital management is advised to strengthen training programs, reinforce a culture of caring, and offer additional support to senior nurses.

Abstract

The professionalism of civil servants (ASN) plays a vital role in supporting government policies and national development. Enhancing the Professionalism Index of civil servants requires strengthening key factors such as competence and performance. This study aims to examine the influence of competence and performance on the Professionalism Index of civil servants at the Regional Development, Research, and Innovation Agency of Bandar Lampung City. A quantitative approach with descriptive-associative methods was applied, involving 49 civil servants as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring competence, performance, and the Professionalism Index. The analysis employed multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that competence (coefficient 0.664) and performance (coefficient 0.302) positively affect the Professionalism Index individually. Simultaneously, both factors explain 69.3% of the variation in the Professionalism Index. These results highlight that improving competence and performance significantly contributes to strengthening civil servants’ professionalism.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Story Coffee, a coffee shop located in Mesuji, Lampung. The method used is quantitative, where questionnaire data is distributed to 100 respondents. Using multiple linear regression is a method for reviewing data using SPSS software. The results of this research show that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. And influenced by other factors that were not studied. Product quality factors include taste, freshness and appearance of the product, while service quality includes speed of service, friendliness of staff and cafe atmosphere. The conclusion of this research shows the importance of maintaining product and service quality standards to increase customer satisfaction which has an impact on loyalty and business sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and digital marketing on the Facebook platform on purchasing decisions in the used car buying and selling business in Lampung. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed online to 130 respondents who have made decisions to purchase used cars. The lifestyle variable is measured through indicators of activities, interests, and opinions, while digital marketing is measured through accessibility, interactivity, entertainment, credibility, irritation, and information. Purchasing decisions are measured using indicators such as product conviction, purchasing habits, recommending to others, and repeat orders. Data analysis using multiple linear regression shows that both lifestyle and digital marketing significantly influence purchasing decisions. The results of the t-test and F-test reinforce these findings with significance values less than 0.05. These findings confirm that a marketing strategy that combines an understanding of consumer lifestyle and the utilization of digital platforms like Facebook can enhance consumer purchasing decisions in the used car business in Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the environment, motivation, and work discipline affect job satisfaction at PT PLN UP3 Tanjung Karang. This study used a saturated sample which used a total number of employees of 63 people. This study uses quantitative methods and multiple linear regression as data analysis. In the results of the table, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.811 + 0.060X1 + 0.522X2 + 0.301X3 is obtained.  The results of the study, namely simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on job satisfaction were calculated F values of 51,771 > table F values of 2,975 and sig values. 0.000 < 0.05, then job satisfaction affects the independent variable. Then, the variables of motivation and discipline have a significant effect, while those that do not have a significant effect are variables on the work environment.

Abstract

The study aims to measure the impact of leadership style, work motivation, and working environment conditions on teaching efficiency at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung. A quantitative approach was chosen as the research method, with data collected directly from teachers through questionnaires, covering a total population of 31 educators. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression models. The results of the analysis showed that leadership style did not have a meaningful impact on efficiency in the teaching process. Meanwhile, work motivation factors were found to have a significant influence. Related to the work environment, the results of the analysis showed no significant influence. It is hoped that the findings from this study can contribute to improving the quality of teaching at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung, by paying special attention to work motivation variables, while leadership styles and working environment conditions may require further evaluation in different contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to assess entrepreneurial competence and business performance in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Kahut Sigerbori Ecoprint in Bandar Lampung, as well as to test the impact of entrepreneurial competence on business performance. This writing uses qualitative writing design, uses a descriptive approach and uses observation and interview methodologies. This writing uses data processing methodologies such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The writing population is 9 workers and 1 owner of Kahut Sigerbori Ecoprint Bandar Lampung. An interview was conducted with one of the individuals who served as the owner of an MSME. Research findings show that entrepreneurial competence plays an important role in managing and improving company performance in MSMEs Kahut Sigerbori Ecoprint. The business performance of MSMEs Kahut Sigerbori Ecoprint has shown remarkable progress, with significant and substantial revenue growth. There is a direct correlation between entrepreneurial ability and business performance. MSMEs Kahut Sigerbori MSMEs Ecoprint.
