Abstract

Sistem ekskresi manusia adalah materi yang mencakup jaringan penyusun organ ekskresi dan mekanisme fisiologis ekskresi. Materi ini dianggap sulit bagi siswa dan berakibat pada rendahnya hasil belajar. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan media yang mampu memvisualisasi materi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa salah satunya Prezi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kelayakan secara teoretis media slide berbasis Prezi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D antara lain define (menganalisis kurikulum dan konsep), design (menganalisis dan menyusun media), develop (menelaah, merevisi dan menguji coba media), tanpa tahap disseminate. Penelitian dilaksanakan di jurusan Biologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode telaah untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan media menggunakan instrumen lembar telaah oleh dosen penelaah dan dianalisis pada aspek isi materi, bahasa dan penyajian . Kelayakan media yang diperoleh yaitu, 96,1%, sehingga media telah dinyatakan layak secara teoretis untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Abstract

Keterampilan proses sains tentang sistem indera dapat dilatihkan pada peserta didik melalui implementasi Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis inkuiri terbimbing melalui pembelajaran mengarah pada keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan LKPD serta mendeskripsikan validitas LKPD. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D akan tetapi tahap Disseminate tidak dilakukan karena pengembangan hanya dalam skala kecil. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi LKPD. Analisis data secara deskriptif. Validasi LKPD dinilai dari 5 aspek yaitu penyajian, isi, bahasa, kesesuaian model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, serta keterampilan proses sains. Hasil validasi berdasarkan aspek penyajian LKPD 1 tentang indera pengecap nilai rata-ratanya 95% dan LKPD 2 tentang indera pembau 91,7% sangat valid. Berdasarkan aspek kelayakan isi sangat valid nilainya 87,5% pada kedua LKPD. Namun ditinjau dari aspek bahasa valid pada LKPD 1 nilainya 75% dan LKPD 2 sebesar 83,3% sangat valid. Berdasarkan kesesuaian model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing hasilnya sangat valid pada kedua LKPD yaitu 90,3%. Ditinjau dari aspek keterampilan proses sains LKPD 1 hasilnya sangat valid yaitu 91,7% dan 93% pada LKPD 2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD yang dihasilkan yaitu LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses sains pada submateri sistem indera kelas XI SMA yang dinyatakan sangat valid dengan nilai 87,9% pada LKPD 1 dan 89,1% pada LKPD 2. LKPD berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing pada indera pengecap dan pembau ini dapat diaplikasikan untuk pembelajaran dikelas XI SMA. Abstract

High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) require students to have the ability to argue, make decision and solve problem that exist in everyday life. The purpose of this research was describe validity, reliability, and response of students about practicality of Quizizz learning tool as HOTS assessment tool for 11th grade Biology second semester to measure high order thinking skills SMAN 1 Tarik students. This type of development research used the Analysis, Design, Development and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. Data collection methods included validated interviewed, gave tests and student response questionnaires. The validity of assessment was obtained from results of expert validation. Reliability was obtained from results of test items. Student responses of instrument were obtained from the results of the student response sheets. The trial was limited to 30 students of MIPA 6 12th grade in SMAN 1 Tarik. The results showed that the validation of the assessment instruments for multiple choice and essay question type that developed in this study were in highly valid category, the reliability of instrument was 0.62 for the multiple choice question type and 0.83 for essay item type. Quizizz as a tool of HOTS assessment instrument was practice. The results of student responses got 94% of percentage average. The conclusion of this research was assessment instrument of HOTS questions used Quizizz that developed was valid, reliable, and practice for students. Abstract

Organizational performance is an outcome at the level or organization unit analysis. The performance at this organizational level is related to the organizational goals, organizational design, and organizational management. Badan Pertahanan Nasional (BPN) is non-ministerial governmentagencieswhichis under and responsible to the President. It is conducted by the head office (in accordance with Government Regulation number 10 of 2006). BPN has a duty to carry out government task in the land sector of national, regional, and sectoral. This research will analyze organizational performance anddimensions whether support or impede the organizational performance in Land Office of Semarang. This research uses organization theory and five dimensions of work measurement, which are dimensions of productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility, andaccountability. Methods of collecting data used by researcher are through interview and documentation with all matters related to the Land Office of Semarang. The result of this research shows that Organizational Performance in Land Office of Semarang is still not optimal. This is happened because there are still found some obstacles on dimensions of productivity, like human resources problem and lack of agrarian socialization to the people, and also the length of time to finish a task. While supporting dimensions of organizational performance in Land Office of Semarang that work well are dimensions ofservice quality, responsiveness, responsibility, andaccountability. To solve the problem, there are some solutions to optimize the organization performance that can be done by Land Office of Semarang like doing education and training to improve the quality of human resources, doing socialization to the people regularly and thoroughly, and adding honorary workers to ease the workload in Land Office of Semarang.

Abstract

Maladministration is a behavior that is not in accordance with the principles of good public service. The Indonesian Ombudsman Representative of Central Java is the representative of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in Central Java whose function is to monitor and prevent maladministration actions carried out by following up and completing public reports /complaints. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the performance of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative in Central Java in order to resolve community reports. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The indicators used to assess performance in this study are productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. In addition, it is also seen from the supporting factors and obstacles to organizational performance. The results showed that the productivity of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman Representative in Central Java was not maximal due to the completion of reports that the community had not yet reached the target. The quality of service in completing reports is also not optimal, because the Ombudsman is still slow in handling public reports. The responsiveness of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman to the Central Java Representative has not been maximized due to limited expertise in reviewing and discussing the wishes of the reporter and the reported party. The responsibility of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman Representative in Central Java is not maximal and are not accountable and transparent to the community. The factors that hamper performance are the lack of quantity and quality of human resources in completing reports, the absence of work system mechanisms, lack of facilities and infrastructure, budget constraints, lack of public knowledge about the existence of the Ombudsman in Central Java, and leadership and team driving Ombudsman's performance.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi dibentuk untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan suatu organisasi ditunjukkan oleh kemampuannya mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja organisasi yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal maupun internal organisasi. Kinerja pegawai dalam suatu organisasi tidak terlepas dari adanya motivasi, yaitu keadaan dalam pribadi seseorang yang mendorong keinginan individu untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu guna mencapai suatu tujuan, dan disiplin kerja yaitu sikap taat dan tertib terhadap aturan yang telah ditetapkan dalam melaksanakan tugas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja pegawai serta mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori, responden yang diambil sejumlah 49 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Rank Kendall, Koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil kinerja pegawai di Biro Tata Pemerintahan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah kurang baik . Besarnya antara pengaruh motivasi (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) koefisien determinasi sebesar 8,2%, kemudian besarnya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) koefisien determinasi sebesar 4,97% . Adapun besarnya pengaruh antara motivasi (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) KD = 36,9% dan sisanya 63,1%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka penulis memberikan saran berupa peningkatan motivasi melalui pemberian penghargaan dan disiplin kerja dalam ketaatan juga pertanggung jawaban pekerjaan

Abstract

Semarang city is the capital of Central Java is sufficiently developed, the rapid development of the city followed by volume increases in population resulting in the amount of waste produced is increasing. However, waste management facilities and infrastructures owned by the city of Semarang is not proportional to the increase in the volume of the garbage. The problem that arises : How to waste management in the city of Semarang at this time, and what are the factors supporting and inhibiting factors ? How should the alternative strategies for the optimization of waste management in the city of Semarang ?. The purpose of this study was to describe the waste management, and what are the factors that support and hinder the application of waste management. Furthermore, the data obtained are used to formulate an alternative strategy of waste management in the city of Semarang. Attempts to answer issues and research purposes is done by using the theory of strategic management as a basic foundation in analyzing and formulating strategies. To identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as well as to evaluate the strategic issues using the SWOT analysis and the litmus test. Once the analysis is done, shows there are eight strategic issues in the implementation of the waste management. And after an evaluation by a litmus test, it can be seen the three most strategic issues can be found. It is maximize community empowerment related vision and mission to be achieved,  multiply the number of fleet and containers in Semarang in order to improve service to the public, and increase public participation in order to overcome the limitations of the available fleet and containers.

Abstract

Based on the study results indicate that the improvement of public services in district Juwana Pati haven't quite successfully, although there are some indicators that are considered very successful, but many more who rated the author less successful. Indicators that have not succeeded is the improvement of service to a maximum of belu since many employees who own a chat either what is discussed, sometimes insufficient peralan lemot, as well as the availability of means of supporting infrastructure.Conclusions in this study is the overall improvement of public services in the Office of District Juwana Pati Subdistrict Office conducted Juwana Pati. Abstract

Innovation of public service must be performed by government, so that the public services provided can be more effective and efficient. Online People's Aspiration and Complaint Service or LAPOR Hendi is an innovation of public service at the initiative of the Mayor of Semarang. LAPOR Hendi is a means of aspiration and complaints in order to increase public participation in controlling the development and implementation of public services for information and evaluation of Semarang City Government performance. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research uses atributes of innovation theory from Rogers, driving factor of innovation theory from Rogers, and obstacle theory of innovation theory from Suwarno. The results of this study indicate that LAPOR Hendi innovations have 1) relative advantages, 2) compability, 3) triability and 4) observability, but still have complexity. In its implementation, LAPOR Hendi innovation has a motivating factors, that is the desire to change oneself’s, freedom to expression, broad-minded and creative counselors, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, and a harmonious environment. However, the innovation of LAPOR Hendi has inhibiting factors in its implementation, i.e. dependence on certain figures, lack of appreciation, inability to face risks, and administrative pressure. The writer suggests to maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships with interested parties, to improve the ability of employees in the field of information and technology, giving awards to employees, and giving socialization of information regarding the requirements for filing complaints.

Abstract

The existence of traditional market be on the skids here with rapid development of modern market. Presence of modern market that managed professionally claimed have been discrediting the presence of traditional market. Revitalization of traditional market is the effort to keep the existence of traditional market and increasing the competitiveness traditional market against modern market. This research is aim to analize the effectiveness of traditional market revitalization program in Pasar Bulu Semarang City and identifying the barrier factors of effectiveness revitalization program. The research result shows that traditional market’s revitalization program in Pasar Bulu Semarang City is not effective because not any change mindset of traders from traditional market to modern traditional market, decline acceptance of retribution in Pasar Bulu, funding revitalization is not allocated efficiently to build complete facilities in accordance with provisions, community dissatisfaction with information service in Pasar Bulu, a descline in the income of traders, not many people community invilvement in express their opinions, traders attitude and visitors can’t keep the cleanliness and discipliness of the market, a lot of facilities defect numbers that not repaired soon, and market maintener haven’t been able to enforce rules firmly shows with a lot numbers of problem that seems to be left and not followed soon.
