Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik pada media budidaya dengan dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Desain rancangan percobaan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan 4 perlakuan dimana 3 menggunakan probiotik dengan dosis berbeda dan 1 kontrol setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3  kali sehingga sampel yang diamati 12 unit percobaan. Perlakuan K : Tanpa Probiotik; Perlakuan A : Pemberian probiotik dengan dosis 1 ml/L air; Perlakuan B : Pemberian probiotik dengan dosis 1,5 ml/L air dan Perlakuan C : Pemberian probiotik dengan dosis 2 ml/L air. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai November 2022, bertempat di UPTD Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) Air Tawar Parangtambung Dinas Perikanan, Pertanian dan Peternakan Kota Makassar. Pengujian ini menggunakan beberapa pengujian untuk memperoleh data. Pengambilan dan pengujian sampel dilakukan dengan secara In situ dan Ex situ di lapangan. Data yang dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pertumbuhan mutlak ikan nila maupun rata-rata SGR yang diberikan perlakuan probotik pada media budidaya selama penelitian tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan C. Sedangkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan untuk semua perlakuan menunjukkan nilai yang sama yaitu 100%. Kata Kunci: Probiotik, Pertumbuhan, Kelangsungan Hidup, Nila

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought major changes in all fields, including the education sector. Educators are required to be able to choose and use various types of existing learning media. One alternative that is potentially used in learning is the e-learning learning method using the learning management system. This study aims to (a) find out the application of the LMS-based E-learning model to improve the quality of learning courses in Aquaculture Technology in the UNM Agricultural Technology Education Study Program. (b) To find out the LMS-based E-learning model for increasing interest in learning courses in Aquaculture Technology in the UNM Agricultural Technology Education Study Program. This research is an "ex-post facto" study conducted in the subject of Aquaculture Technology at the UNM Agricultural Technology Education Study Program. The design of this study is that the variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely the perceptions of students on the use of Learning Management System (X1) E-Learning programs, and one dependent variable, namely Student Learning Interest. Data obtained from observations student interest, and test results during the teaching and learning process are analyzed quantitatively. Student perceptions of the ease of use of the LMS-based E-learning program in the Aquaculture Technology course in the UNM Agricultural Technology Education Study Program are in the high category of 70.59%, the benefits are in the very high category of 85.29% and program acceptance is at very high category of 82.35%. Student interest in the subject of Aquaculture Technology in the UNM Agricultural Technology Education Study Program was in the category of interest of 73.53%.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a picture related to the internalization of the Raodatul Mujaddid institute on spiritual intelligence for students at the Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University and to make suggestions on classical guidance topics to improve students' spiritual intelligence. This research is a descriptive research with survey method. The research subjects consisted of 50 people taken with a simple randomized system that is homogeneous. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that revealed things that were internal to the Da'wah Raodatul Mujaddid Institute of Engineering at the Makassar State University related to the level of spiritual intelligence of students which included several signs of spiritual intelligence, namely flexible, high awareness, ability to deal with suffering , the ability to deal with pain, the quality of life inspired by a vision based on norms and unwillingness to do harmful things, and a tendency to be independent. The data analysis technique used is the categorization of students' intelligence at the Makassar State University Faculty of Engineering based on Azwar's criteria, that there are three levels of student intelligence, namely, low, medium and high. The results showed that with the activities carried out by the Da'wah Raodatul Mujaddid Mentors, there were no 2018-2019 students who had low intelligence, but from the research subjects who were respondents that 29 students had moderate intelligence and 21 students who have a high level of intelligence. Based on the distributed questionnaire items showed that the level of intelligence of students in general is still in the medium category so that researchers propose classical guidance that is appropriate for their improvement.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Kemungkinan Pengembangan Budidaya Rumput Laut Jenis Eucheuma Cottoni Di Pantai Barombong Berdasarkan Aspek Fisika Dan Kimia Air. Penelitian Ini Merupakan Explanatory Research Yang Merancang Penelitian Untuk Mendapat Informasi Mengenai Dasarkan Aspek  Fisika Dan Kimia Air Di Pantai Barombong. Melalui Penelitian Ini Akan Diketahui Apakah Pantai Barombong Memiliki Potensi Untuk Pengembangan Budidaya Rumput Laut Eucheuma Cottoni. Penentuan Lokasi Penelitian Berdasarkan Perbedaan Kerasteristik Lingkungan Pada Masing-Masing Lokasi Penelitian. Pada Stasiun A Terletak Di Sekitar Pemukiman Masyarakat Yang Merupakan Salah Satu Obyek Wisata Pantai Di Kota Makassar, Stasiun B Berada Sekitar Gor Barombong Dan Stasiun C Merupakan Lokasi Yang Berada Di Sekitar Muara Sungai Barombong Kota Makassar. Data Yang Diperoleh Selanjutnya Dianalisis Dengan Analisis Deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Bahwa Berdasarkan Parameter Fisika, Dan Kimia, Maka Dapat Dinayatakan Bahwa Untuk Perairan Pantai Barombong Masih Sesuai Untuk Pengembangan Budidaya Rumput Laut Eucheuma Cottoni, Kecuali Untuk Stasiun 1 Karena Memiliki Salinitas Rata-Rata 1,5-2,5 Ppt, Tetapi Stasiun 2 Dan 3 Masih Memenuhi Syarat Untuk Pengembangan Eucheuma Cottoni. Namun Demikian Untuk Semua Parameter Kualitas Air, Selain Salinitas, Pada Dasarnya Memenuhi Syarat Untuk Pengembangan Budidaya Rumput Laut Jenis Eucheuma Cottoni.Kata Kunci: Fisika, Kimia, Eucheuma Cottoni, Barombong

Abstract

The research aims to develop media, validity and see students' responses to the application of mini hydroponics simulator learning media based on microcontrollers with the addition of LED grow lights in SMK. The type of research used is research development (Research and Development). Efforts to develop instructional media to meet the needs of students at the vocational level, it is necessary to flow the research process using the ADDIE development model, covering 5 stages in its implementation, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation . The object of the research is a mini hydroponic simulator based on a microcontroller with the addition of led gow light which has been validated by media and material experts. Validation by media experts is carried out to assess and provide input to the media and validation by material experts is carried out to assess and provide input to the media usage manual. The research respondents consisted of 25 students. The instrument used for data collection was the use of a questionnaire. The measurement scale of the data uses a Likert scale and the activity of data analysis is done by finding the percentage (%) of validity and response of students. The results showed that the development of the simulator included the addition of led grow light components, light sensors, active buzzers and a more flexible construction. Through the application of simulators, students gain new knowledge about more modern hydroponic cultivation. Simulator validation conducted by media experts obtained a percentage value of 92%, which means that it was very valid to be used, while the validation of the manual that was done by material experts obtained a percentage value of 94.1%, which means it was very valid. Student responses to the simulator showed a percentage of 87.25% which means there is a very positive response to the application of the simulator in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas fisik pakan ikan berbahan tepung cacing African Night Crawler (ANC) dan tepung ikan dengan penambahan minyak VCO. Penelitian dilakukan dalam bentuk percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan 1 kontrol dan 3 perlakuan. Variabel kontrol dan perlakuan dilakukan ulangan sebanyak 3 kali dengan perlakuan minyak VCO 10ml, 20ml, 30ml. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pencatatan secara sistematik pada subjek penelitian. Data dikumpul melalui beberapa pengujian yaitu uji kimia dan uji fisika. Uji kimia meliputi: kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, dan kadar protein. Uji fisika meliputi: warna, daya pikat, daya larut, dan tingkat kekerasan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan penggunaan perangkat SPSS versi 26. Uji persyaratan analisis yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Apabila data yang diperoleh bersifat normal dan homogen maka akan dilanjutkan dengan analisis uji statistic sidik ragam ANOVA. Jika H1 diterima maka dilakukan uji lanjut. Uji lanjut yang digunakan adalah uji DUNCAN (DMRT) pada saraf signifikan α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa minyak VCO dengan konsentrasi 30 ml merupakan perlakuan terbaik untuk mengapungkan pakan meski belum memenuhi standar apung pakan. Kata kunci : pembuatan pakan, minyak VCO, uji fisik dan uji kimia
