This study examines how the perceptions of Muslim consumers in Indonesia regarding the phenomenon of companies that support LGBT as an effort to intervene in community religiosity. Descriptive research is research used by researchers in this study. Researchers describe facts, data, and information obtained from literature studies such as books, and journals to research results related to the research topic. In this study, it is explained that there are several impacts or effects felt by a company if it openly or openly provides support to LGBT actors in Indonesia. Among them is the decrease in the number of Muslim consumers, and the decrease in their income which greatly affect the image of a company. This phenomenon is based on facts in the field that have occurred in large companies such as Gojek and Starbucks in Indonesia. As a country where the majority of the population is Muslim, the Indonesian people are very concerned about matters relating to religious principles. This study aims to deeply analyze about: 1) PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar, 2) Implementation of PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar to the Community and the Response of the community around the PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar, and 3) Shariah Enterprise Theory (SET) Review of PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar. This research is a field research with a descriptive-inductive type of qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the community and employees of PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar. The results showed that PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar is carried out in the form of (1) Giving Cash to the surrounding community, (2) Handing over assets / grants to be used, (3) Providing the company's products to the community every year, (3) Providing Free Services to people who have interests, (4) Allowing the use of company facilities for community activities, (5) Recruiting workers in the surrounding environment (6) providing social assistance, (7) Management and Protection of the environment, (8) Human Resource Development. Implementation of PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar was well distributed, and received a positive response from the community around the company for the company's CSR program. Shariah Enterprise Theory review of the implementation of PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar when viewed in terms of objectives, that this program is in accordance with the principle of sharing Adil, Maṣlaḥah and Raḥmatan lil‟alamῑn. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam tentang: 1) Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar, 2) Implementasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar terhadap Masyarakat serta Respon masyarakat sekitar perusahaan PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar, dan 3) Tinjauan Shariah Enterprise Theory (SET) terhadap program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar. Penelitian ini juga merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan jenis penelitin kualtatif deskriptif-induktif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat beserta karyawan PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar dilaksanakan adaalah (1) Pemberian Uang Tunai kepada masyarakat sekitar , (2) Penyerahan Aset/Hibah untuk dapat dipergunakan, (3) Pemberian produk perusahaan tersebut kepada masyarakat setiap tahun nya, (3) Pemberian Layanan Cuma-Cuma kepada masyarakat yang mempunyai kepentingan, (4) Mengizinkan menggunakan fasilitas perusahaan untuk kegiatan masyarakat, (5) Merekrut tenaga kerja lingkugan sekitar (6) pemberian bantuan social, (7) Pengelolahan dan Perlindungan lingkugan, (8) Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia. Implementasi program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar tersalurkan dengan baik, dan mendapat respon positif dari masyarakat sekiar perusahaan atas program CSR perusahaan. Tinjauan Shariah Enterprise Theory terhadap pelaksanaaan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Bumi Sari Prima Pematang Siantar jika dilihat dari segi tujuan, bahwa program ini telah sesuai dengan prinsip berbagi Adil, Maṣlaḥah dan Raḥmatan lil‟alamῑn.

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan pemilihan dan pembelian terhadap minat beli thrif shopping dikalangan mahasiswa UINSU adalah untuk mengetahui dan melihat seberapa penting faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan dan pembelian itu terhadap minat beli dari para konsumen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menyertai kuesioner dan juga survey dengan populasi yang diambil adalah mahasiswa aktif dari fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis islam pada program studi manajemen angkatan 2018 sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan sampel purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan data yang telah ditentukan. Metode pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji instrumen, uji data dan uji hipotesis. Dan dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pemilihan dan pembelian berpengaruh terhadap minat beli mahasiswa pada thrif shop. Dan melalui penganalisisan dalam penelitian ini banyak factor yang dapat mempegaruhi dari minat beli mahasiswa pada thrif salah satunya adalah factor internal dan factor eksternal yang dimana factor internal dan factor eksternal sama-sama berpengaruh bagi konsumen dalam melakukan pemilihan dan pembelian terhadap minat beli mahasiswa pada thrif shop.

Accountability is a good Governance principle that must be realized, preparing a report of accountability at the time and in an appropriate manner by the trustee to account, report, and disclose the results of the activities that have been carried out to the trustee who has the right and authority to hold those activities accountable. Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) as the manager of zakat funds must always report the activities of collecting and disbursing funds to gain public trust, therefore it must have a financial report that is a reflection of good financial management by following under the regulation of zakat management UU No. 23 of 2011. This research aims to analyze the priority of problems and solutions to the implementation of financial accountability that needs to be reviewed by BAZNAS in North Sumatra in-depth to increase public trust. This type of research is a qualitative research that is transformed into quantitative research with the ANP method that uses super decision software. The data used is the primary data obtained from interviews with seven informants consisting of Sharia financial experts, practitioners, and academics who have an understanding of the issues discussed. The results of this study show that the priority of the problem in the implementation of financial accountability is the issue of internal audit. The priority of solutions in the implementation of financial accountability is human resources.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the MSME Cooperative Office in Labuhanbatu Regency in carrying out the main tasks and functions of cooperative development. This study uses descriptive research with qualitative data assessment. In collecting data, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Department of Cooperatives of UMKM in Labuhanbatu Regency in carrying out the main tasks and functions of fostering cooperatives is still less than optimal. Then there are factors that influence the performance found in the field, namely human resource factors and cooperative development factors that have an impact on the performance of the MSME Cooperative Office in Labuhanbatu Regency in carrying out the duties and functions of cooperative development.

The agricultural sector in Dairi Regency is a strategic sector that has close links with poverty reduction, efforts to overcome unemployment, efforts to build food security, food production, environmental conservation efforts and the basis of regional economic development. the distribution of the highest percentage of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) from 2014-2018 compared to other sectors. This study aims to examine how big the contribution of the agricultural sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Dairi Regency and to find out how big the projected growth of the agricultural sector's contribution in 2025 in Dairi Regency is with quantitative research using secondary data. This study uses time series data in the form of annual data with a time span of 2016-2020. Data were analyzed using contribution analysis and least squared trend analysis (least square method). Process data processing using excel software. The results of the contribution analysis show that the contribution of the agricultural sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Dairi Regency in 2016 was 46.02%, in 2017 it was 45.68%, in 2018 it was 45.29%, in 2019 it was 44.79%, and in 2020 by 45.19%. The results of the analysis of the least squares trend (least square method) show the projected growth of the contribution of the agricultural sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of Dairi Regency in 2021 by 44.63%, in 2022 by 44.37%, in 2023 by 44.12%, in 2024 by 43.86% and in 2025 by 43.61%.

The concept is a multidimensional concept that has many views from several figures and institutions. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is of the opinion that people are said to be poor if their average monthly struggle score is below the poverty line, BPS classifies the poverty line into two components, namely the food poverty line (GKM) which is described by 52 product categories and the non-food poverty line. food (GKBM) where what is measured is the minimum need for housing, clothing, education and health. However, the measure of poverty in the Islamic economy is based on the fulfillment of basic needs such as food, clothing and housing as well as supporting needs such as spiritual needs.

Sebagai bendahara umum daerah, BPKAD merupakan dinas teknis yang bertanggung jawab dalam menerima pendapatan daerah dan mengeluarkan uang untuk kebutuhan daerah melalui kas umum daerah. Dengan adanya kas daerah maka suatu daerah mengatur ketersediaan dana yang cukup untuk mendanai pengeluaran-pengeluaran daerah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja aparatur sipil negara yang ada di lingkungan Bina Keuangan Daerah Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Sumatera Utara.. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif atau deskriptif analisis yaitu penelitian yang dimaksud untuk mengetahui keadaan, kondisi, peristiwa, kegiatan dan hal-hal lain, atau metode kualitatif adalah metodelogi dengan menggunakan analisis konten, yang didalam penulisannya memerlukan langkah-langkah yang akan dilewati untuk mencapai tujuan dan data-data yang lengkap dan objektif serta mempunyai metode dan cara-cara tertentu sesuai dengan permasalahan yang hendak dibahas. Jenis penelitian yaitu studi lapangan dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penilitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada Bina Keuangan Daerah di Badan Pengelola Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Sumatera Utara tentang kinerja karyawan yang sudah bagus dalam bekerja dan bisa meningkatkan kinerja yang baik sehingga menghasilkan kinerja yang baik juga, yang akan memajukan kantor sesuai dengan indikator kinerja karyawan yang ada pada BPKAD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dan dalam meningkatkan upaya yang sudah baik, hal ini dapat dijabarkan melalui kemampuan pemanfaatan jam kerja secara efektif, kualitas pekerjaan yang dihasilkan, dan daya tanggap pegawai sudah baik. Dikarenakan pimpinan Bina Keuangan Daerah yang pandai berkomunikasi dengan karyawannya guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan serta menyediakan sarana dan fasilitias yang lengkap untuk kemajuan bidang Bina Keuda Provinsi Sumutaera Utara serta tercapainya tujuan kantor.

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana infaq dan shadaqah untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada lembaga amil zakat al-washliyah beramal sumatera utara. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1 informan dari Lembaga Amil Zakat Sumatera Utara. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung melalui wawancara dengan informan.

This study aims to explain the competencies required by Islamic financial institutions today, and how these competencies are fulfilled by Islamic higher education resources, in this case UIN SU Medan. This study also tries to explain how these competencies are obtained both from educational and non-educational processes. The research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative analysis, with the research sample coming from alumni of FEBI UIN SU Medan who work in Islamic financial institutions. Quantitative analysis focuses on justifying user and alumni company perceptions of competence. Qualitative analysis focuses on explaining the relationship between the fulfillment of these competencies in the higher education process. The results show that companies in the Islamic financial institution industry need innovation and critical thinking competencies to be strengthened by Islamic higher education. research by Dharma et al. (2022) who informed the two competencies were also perceived as lacking by other companies. The purpose of financial institutions for competence is in the context of Islamic science, especially in terms of Islamic exploration both from the Qur'an and hadith.
