Human resources (HR) is an important aspect in supporting the sustainability of business activities in the company. A company can increase work productivity if there is good cooperation and a reciprocal relationship between the company's management and its employees. One way is to conduct training and development programs for employees. The achievement of an organization's goals depends on the performance of its employees. If a company wants the advantage of competing through human resources (HR), then it must contain the concept of training and development of human resources on an ongoing basis. Based on several journals and research studied, it can be concluded that training and development conducted by organizations or companies have a positive influence on improving employee performance.Keyword: Human resources, Training, Development, Employee, Performance

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education and workexperiences to employee performance at PT. Global Informasi Bermutu. Descriptivequantitative research methods by using statistical correlation an multiple regression withthe aim of analyzing the effect of the two independent variables (Education and WorkExperiences) on the dependent variable (Employee Performance). The sample used wasan employee of employees as much as 240 respondents who made a sample randomdetermination. The result research showed that from the analysis are known, alsodemonstrated from regression technique and significance, which states that both partiallyand jointly a positive and significant of employee performance. From two independentvariables, the education has the most dominant influence on employee performance.Keywords: education, work experiences, employee performance.

This article reviews the relationship between leadership in the Ministry of Finance of The Republic of Indonesia and the results of the 2020 Integrity Assessment Survey conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission of The Republic of Indonesia, where the Ministry of Finance obtained an index of 87.86 on a scale of 100.00. This achievement was classified as good because the average achievement index for the ministries/agencies and local governments was 82.6. With the various definitions of leadership, it is generally agreed that leadership plays an essential role in determining the success of an organization or group within the organization. Leaders have the authority to make decisions and in carrying out what has become a decision. In addition, through the authority possessed, the leader plays a role in determining the work culture and values that are embraced and carried out by everyone in the organization in relation to the implementation of work. This article aims to examine the role of leadership in the achievement of integrity assessment surveys in the Ministry of Finance of The Republic of Indonesia. From a theoretical perspective and studies related to leadership that scholars have previously carried out, there is a common thread between leadership and the results of the integrity assessment survey. It is necessary to conduct a more in-depth empirical study to find out how significant leadership contributes to the achievement of the results of the integrity assessment survey.

The application of business ethics is a very important aspect and needs special attention, because the quality of good school services can be obtained if the application of business ethics runs effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of business ethics and teacher work discipline to the quality of school services. The research method in this journal uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with a critical data analysis model based on data collection in the form of library research, namely the research method for collecting and analyzing data and references to texts/literature. Ethics refers to ordinary human conduct on what is permissible and what is not permissible. Discipline is a particular type or pattern of character developed by the habit of performing those acts, which can be formed by training the desired behavior patterns and expected behaviors in an attitude that leads to living performance. Service quality refers to all economic activities that generate results that meet prime expectations, whether physical goods or services (non-physical). Discipline is a particular type or pattern of character developed by the habit of performing those acts, which can be formed by training the desired behavior patterns and expected behaviors in an attitude that leads to living performance. The results of this study indicate that the application of business ethics is in the high category. In addition, the influence of teacher work discipline on the quality of school services is in the medium category. Based on the research results, there are several recommendations that are needed to improve the effectiveness of quality management, including making continuous improvements and optimizing the total quality management (TQM) approach

This study aimed to n use values the company can be determined by many factors, among which the size of the company, leverage, the price earnings ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) Firm size is considered able to influence the value of the company . the large size of the company shows that the company is developing so that investors will respond positively and the value of the company will increase. The relative market share shows the company's competitiveness is higher than its main competitors. Investors will respond positively so that the value of the company will increase. Companies that have total assets with large amounts or commonly referred to as large companies will get more attention from investors, creditors and other users of financial information compared to small companies. If the company has a large total assets, the management will be more flexible in using existing assets in the company. This ease in controlling assets will increase the value of the company. In the face of economic turmoil, usually a more sturdy company stands are large, although it does not rule out bankruptcy, so investors tend to like large-sized companies rather than small-sized companies.

Generation Z is a generation with unique characteristics that makes them differ from their predecessor. With Generation Z entering the workplace, there are currently three generations (Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z) that must work together and coordinate within the company. However, Generation Z is known to be a “job hopper” generation. They like to switch between jobs for a certain reason. This behavior is surely associated with the concept of organizational commitment. Furthermore, both variables (motivation and satisfaction in work) presumed to have a great impact on organizational commitment. Therefore, the aim of this study is to observe on how to enhance Generation Z’s organizational commitment through job satisfaction and work motivation. This observation is to explain on what Generation Z expects and values the most in the workplace and how employers can meet those expectations. Research method used is desktop-based research which consists of secondary data collected from different research papers, journals, articles, and books.

All organizations will certainly make each effort to advance the shape and progress the quality of worker execution with awesome human asset administration. Great employee execution will be fulfilled in case the company can recognize any components that can make strides employee execution, one of the factors that can impact employee performance is work motivation, and the work environment. This composing points to decide the impact of work motivation on employee performance, and decide the impact of the work environment on employee performance. By giving great inspiration, giving more consideration and accomplishment to employees, and giving a work environment that can back employee performance, to diminish worker turnover within the company. And of course, employees will be more faithful to the company.

The main reason for compiling this journal is to find out the application of good work motivation to increase employee productivity salam Indonesia travel. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Information collection procedures utilized in this study are the strategy of perception, interviews, and documentation considers. Information examination procedures in this study include the steps of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study found that the Motivation must be applied because it is one of the most important components in supporting the efficiency of worker productivity, without motivation, an employee will lose enthusiasm for work. The leader of Salam Indonesia Travel in increasing employee motivation using methods that are appropriate to the situation of the company and employees. Because every employee has different behaviors and actions at work, so the provision of motivation must be different as well. Highly motivated individuals mean that these people have a compelling reason to get the job done as the company wants. Conversely, when individuals have low motivation, they cannot work well together to achieve the desired performance efficiency of the company.

The impact of work inspiration and work environment on work execution is very important, and some theoretical and fact assessments in several companies also show work motivation and a supportive environment that provides a very large increase in employee performance, plus in this “NEW NORMAL” period many companies make breakthroughs in running its business once again so that the company can survive in the midst of this crisis. Based on these conditions, the quality of performance and motivation in a company needs to be improved by formulating a new policy in the work system in the company so that it can pass through times like this, which is a new program or procedure in the system to improve employee performance in a company. The method used in this study is the procedure for approaching employees, research that emphasizes the basic principles of work motivation and the environment which seeks to create a new work environment that is more developed in situations like this. The theory outlined below will greatly assist companies, especially Trapo Indonesia, in evaluating and updating inspiration and work environment governance that can have a positive effect on the company and can moreover progress representative execution even better.

The industry is one sector that has an important role in the development of a country. One of them is an industry in Indonesia, and its products that are in great demand are consumer goods with specifications of food products and household goods. An assessment of a company's financial level can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements. The financial statements used are the balance sheet and income statement from 2015 to 2019. To find out whether the company's financial condition is in good condition, various analyzes can be performed. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial situation is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study is to assess the company's performance by using the financial ratio analysis of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted by conducting documentation techniques with data obtained from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Then analyzed using financial statement analysis consisting of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. The analytical method used is a descriptive analysis using the measurement of liquidity ratios and profitability. Based on the calculation of ratio analysis from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, the liquidity ratio has increased every year so that the company's condition can be categorized quite well. Whereas, based on profitability ratios, it shows an increasing number from year to year so that it can be said the state of the company is in a good position.
