Abstract

This research aims seen safety performance from the perspective of safety plan, safety behavior, and safety culture through management control as a moderating variable, a conceptual framework. The research method used is a qualitative analysis method from the perspective of the conceptual framework. Based on the results of the literature review obtained in this study, there is a paradigm that is developing today that it seems as if work safety is only for the protection of labor safety alone, while the occupational safety factor is also very much needed by companies to maintain investment sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze aspects of people and culture in the transformation of industry 4.0 in the banking industry. This research method is qualitatively descriptive with engineering design this study uses a literature approach and literature review. The transformation of Industry 4.0 in the banking industry is carried out on the Aspects of People and Culture as one of the main things. The people and culture aspects are important aspects and have the biggest point of 30% of the 5 pilar in INDI 4.0, which is an indication of the readiness of the industry to transform towards Industry 4.0. As for 3 the areas that are the focus of the Aspects of People and Culture are the Work Culture of Employees, Openness to Change, and the Development of Self Competence. With digital transformation, mindset owned by HR it can compete in the digital age and this will support banking to survive and develop into a company that excels in Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat dalam upaya peningkatan prestasi kerja selama masa pandemic Covid-19. Artikel ini mengusulkan 4 jenis kepemimpinan yang komprehensif dan menggali perhatian yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan selama pandemi Covid-19. Kombinasi kepemimpinan ini akan dibandingkan dengan kepemimpinan manusiawi dengan segala cara sebagai aplikasi resume. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu merupakan sesuatu metode riset berbentuk deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi Informasi digabungkan lewat pendekatan studi kepustakaan, buku, jurnal, dan informasi data yang lain. Berbagai gaya kepemimpinan terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dalam menghadapi virus COVID-19 yang melanda dunia dan berdampak pada berbagai bidang.  Hadirnya pandemi COVID-19 menjadi faktor pendorong untuk melakukan perubahan terutama kepemimpinan, tenaga kerja, budaya kerja, dan teknologi agar berhasil beradaptasi di masa perubahan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Work Environment, Work Motivation and Workload on Employee Loyalty at PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The population in this study were 310 employees of PT. Mowilex Indonesia. The sample used was 175 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula with a convenience sample technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method used SPSS statistic 25 for descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model with SmartPLS 3.0. This study proves that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to find out something that influences the effectiveness in carrying out marketing strategies in the form of promotional discounts (Cashback) with promotional discounts (Buy1 Get1) on consumer purchasing power decisions. This type of research is carried out by the method of explanatory research or explanatory research with a   quantitative approach. Variables used in this study include; discounted price promotions (Cashback), discounted price promotions (buy1 get1), consumer purchasing power decisions, the population of this research is the general public   which   is   carried   out   randomly   with   a sample   of 115 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques and data collection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis.

Abstract

The mobility of talented and highly skilled employees is an important issue for organizations. Job satisfaction, commitment, equality, and many other factors have been identified as explanations. Changes in organizational settings; however, no agreed standard framework is superior. When an organization is going through some kind of change process. In today's rapidly changing environment, change has become an ongoing process for organizations to respond to changing environmental factors such as technology, global demand and economic cycleThis study aims to analyze the effect of workload, burnout, and perceived organizational politics on the effect of turnover intention. This study's population is employees working in Indonesia's coal and mineral mining industry. With a sample of 150 workers. The data method uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study found that workload did not have a significant impact on turnover intention. Burnout has an impact on increasing employee turnover intention. Perceived organizational politics is also able to encourage turnover intention. The implications of this research are discussed in the article

Abstract

By using Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable, this study aims to investigate the impact of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and training on employee performance. Employees in the office of PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia were selected as subjects for this study. A total of 150 participants participated in this study using descriptive quantitative methodology. This study used SEM PLS data analysis, where the data processing used SmartPLS 3.0 application. The findings of this study indicate that training, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a beneficial and significant impact on job satisfaction. At the same time, OCB has an adverse and negligible effect on worker performance. Training has a positive but negligible impact on OCB, and the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a considerable positive impact. Furthermore, OCB as a mediating variable has a negative and significant effect on mediating organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and training on employee performance.

Abstract

Many studies have examined the relationship between training and employee job satisfaction, the relationship between employee training and organizational commitment, the relationship between competence and employee job satisfaction, and the relationship between competence and organizational commitment, but there are still many unanswered questions. In particular, research has not explained how training and competence directly affect job satisfaction and managerial competence and how training and competence indirectly affect organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Therefore, this study investigates how training and competence directly affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Indirectly, training and competence affect organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Survey-based data collection was collected by purposive sampling, which included 280 employees from BPJS who participated in the training. The findings from the path analysis, along with measurements and structural tests, are very supportive of the employee training program. The findings show that employee training and competence directly affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings also show that training and employee competence indirectly affect organizational commitment through job satisfaction. Finally, employee job satisfaction affects managerial competence. Abstract

Through examining student learning motivation, this study seeks to determine the impact of online learning infrastructure and techniques on student learning achievement. The population of this study is students at SMK Negeri 9 Jakarta, with a sample size of 150 students. The data analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study show that student achievement is not directly affected. The strategy of online learning facilities and infrastructure significantly influences students' enthusiasm for learning. Students learning achievement is directly affected by their enthusiasm to learn. Although the online learning infrastructure is not like the offline learning approach, it indirectly impacts student achievement through students' motivation to learn. The implications of this research are discussed in the article.

Abstract

This study aimed to n use values the company can be determined by many factors, among which the size of the company, leverage, the price earnings ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) Firm size is considered able to influence the value of the company . the large size of the company shows that the company is developing so that investors will respond positively and the value of the company will increase. The relative market share shows the company's competitiveness is higher than its main competitors. Investors will respond positively so that the value of the company will increase. Companies that have total assets with large amounts or commonly referred to as large companies will get more attention from investors, creditors and other users of financial information compared to small companies. If the company has a large total assets, the management will be more flexible in using existing assets in the company. This ease in controlling assets will increase the value of the company. In the face of economic turmoil, usually a more sturdy company stands are large, although it does not rule out bankruptcy, so investors tend to like large-sized companies rather than small-sized companies.
