Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important parts that can influence company development. Factors that affect employee performance involve the role of motivation and conditions in the environment. In this case, comfort is needed to be given to employees when carrying out the work and the responsibilities they have. The article, each employee has a different performance - different, so there is a motivation that can affect employee performance improvement. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through interviews and observations made to company employees. The results prove that factors such as bonuses, facilities and career levels owned by employees have an influence on employee performance. Bonuses are part of the motivation that companies can provide to influence karaywan performance while career facilities and levels are work environment factors that can help improve employee performance.

Abstract

Regulations that Indonesia has adopted to reduce the incidence of COVID-19 have a positive impact on the Indonesian state. The decline in the incidence of COVID-19 proves that Indonesia has succeeded in starting the stage of the COVID-19 Pandemic leading to the endemic of Covid-19. One result of the Covid-19 pandemic was a change in the pattern of work activities, which was originally in the office turned into long-distance (Work From Home). Workers do not go to the office on duty and adequately coordinate with the internet network. . At the same time, the problem of the coronavirus began to subside with the vaccination program, and some industries began to pull their employees back into the office. This subject raises pros and cons so that it also affects motivation in work. This research uses a qualitative approach which is a descriptive research method, and my personal instrument researchers, inductive data analysis, descriptive in nature, prioritizing the way to results. The results of the study emphasize meaning rather than abstraction; the information obtained leads to qualitative information. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study. The descriptive study lists a target of research in a detailed or profound way. This research is carried out by gathering information Information combined through the library study approach, books, journals, and other data information.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada pelaksanaan assessment pegawai menjadi alternatif strategi yang ditempuh untuk memaksimalkan fungsi assessment center mengidentifikasi, mengukur, memetakan dan menyediakan data kompetensi pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sejauh mana keefektifan Sistem Penilaian Individu Online sebagai sistem assessment center berbasis Computer Assissted Test (CAT) yang digunakan Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Tangerang untuk proses penilaian kompetensi pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mendapatkan jawaban apakah proses assessment pegawai menggunakan sistem computer assisted test (CAT) dan jaringan online. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan kuisioner, wawancara dan studi dokumen sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian adalah assessor, assesse, pimpinan instansi dan unit kerja pengguna data assessment sistem ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Sistem Penilaian Individu Online (1) Memberikan  kinerja yang efektif dan dapat berfungsi dengan baik pada proses assessment center pegawai (2) memberikan nilai tambah berupa kepraktisan dan percepatan proses sehingga mengefisienkan penggunaan ruangan, waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan assessment center. (3) memberikan keunggulan menyimpan dan mengolah data alat ukur assessment center serta data hasil pengujian kompetensi secara sitematis dan kontinyu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Bekerja Dari Rumah Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Deputi Perlindungan Anak Kementerian Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang diperoleh dengan mengambil data dari setiap laporan bagian dan bidang di Deputi Bidang Perlindungan Khusus Anak. Selain itu studi pustaka terkait work from home itu sendiri juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. Pada Tahun 2020 seluruh Dunia termasuk Indonesia dilanda wabah pandemik covid 19, Presiden Indonesia dalam konferensi persnya mengintruksikan kepada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia agar dapat menerapkan social distancing, yaitu kerja dari rumah, belajar di rumah dan beribadah di rumah dalam meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap penyebaran Covid 19. Hasil pembahasan diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan work from home dikantor Kemen PPPA cq. Deputi Bidang Perlindungan Khusus Anak berjalan dengan baik, tidak ditemukan faktor penghambat yang terlalu berarti terhadap kinerja para pegawai. Selain tetap terjaga dengan tetap mengedepankan pelayanan prima dan tidak mengesampingkan protokol kesehatan yang ada.

Abstract

An influencer is someone who has large followers on his social media accounts. With the large of followers he has, that person can give a strong and significant influence on his followers. Influencers themselves will usually influence and foster the desire of other people to shop and buy products/services that they promote on their social media accounts. Currently, influencers are widely used as a marketing strategy or commonly known as influencer marketing. The results obtained through influencer marketing are proven to be more effective and efficient; this happens because the influencers themselves can strongly believe that the product or service the product/service being promoted has guaranteed quality so that their followers are attracted to buy. Currently, the Youtube media platform has many users. It is very popular with the public, especially millennials, to enjoy a variety of exciting video content so that Youtube is used to market products and services. The purpose of this paper is to find out how significant the influence of Youtube influencers (Youtuber) is on brands that are promoted through social media (Youtube).

Abstract

The popularity of influencers is continuous and doesn’t have a limited window of influence. Internet and social media play vital role in helping consumers find the items they are looking for. Obviously companies will keenly try to retain a strong presence in the social media platforms; otherwise the target audience can easily change suppliers. The present study is intended to explore the influencer marketing techniques used by fashion industries and also the impact of influencers on the consumers buying decision process in fashion industry.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world and this huge Muslim population brings great business potential. The restaurant business with halal certification is one of the businesses with great potential, along with the increasing awareness of Muslims regarding the obligation to consume halal food and beverages. The halal certification process of the restaurant business is regulated through the Law and involves the authority who is given authorization to conduct, control and certify the Halal Product Assurance System. Although there are many business opportunities that can be obtained from the halal restaurant business, there are also challenges faced, including the readiness of resources, the availability of the halal ecosystem, and the complication of the halal certification process.

Abstract

Human resources in a company organization can not be separated to achieve the organization's goal. The negative impact of work motivation has become a severe problem for a company. The negative impacts that can be felt are the lack of performance provided by the employee and reduced curiosity about the regulations that exist in the company and consider work as unimportant or the lack of incentives provided by an organization that reduces work motivation. Work motivation is expected to provide more value to carry out work properly and correctly, which aims to benefit a company organization that is being run. In this study, the number of resource persons who participated was three consisting of the Head, Leader, and Staff employees within the company. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the company to find out what factors affect the work motivation of employees and are expected to be implemented within the company. The method used in this research is qualitative by using interview techniques. The results show that work motivation can be increased by providing rewards or bonuses to employees so that they can motivate them to provide excellent and maximum work results.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Perusahaan harus melakukan berbagai macam strategi agar dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang dalam situasi bisnis yang penuh dengan tantangan saat ini. Salah satu strategi yang penting dilakukan adalah menguatkan employee engagement karena merupakan faktor yang mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan sehingga karyawan berkinerja tinggi dan pada ujungnya akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi employee engagement yang diterapkan oleh PT. X, sebuah perusahaan transportasi publik yang berkedudukan di Jakarta, dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawannya. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. X telah menjalankan beberap strategi employee engagement, yaitu program pemberian reward kepada karyawan berprestasi pemberian pelatihan berkala dan program benchmark, program bounding seperti outbound, acara bugar bersama, dan pengajian bulanan; dan program komunikasi internal seperti townhall meeting, buletin bulanan, dan majalah dinding. Kesimpulan : Strategi-strategi tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Namun demikian diperlukan manajemen yang fokus menangani penguatan employee engagement karena merupakan suatu kondisi yang harus dicapai, dipertahankan, dan terus ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze human resource management strategies and safety culture as competitive advantages to improve company performance in the construction industry in Indonesia and to identify related factors to achieve competitive advantage in the construction industry. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 174 construction companies in Indonesia. The results of SEM data processing using the Lisrel software show that recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, and training and development that are integrated with safety culture can be a competitive advantage and can improve the performance of construction companies in Indonesia. Future studies can use this strategic human resource management model in different industrial sectors by increasing the number of samples so that the research results can be generalized to the intended population.
