Abstract

Generation Z is a generation with unique characteristics that makes them differ from their predecessor. With Generation Z entering the workplace, there are currently three generations (Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z) that must work together and coordinate within the company. However, Generation Z is known to be a “job hopper” generation. They like to switch between jobs for a certain reason. This behavior is surely associated with the concept of organizational commitment. Furthermore, both variables (motivation and satisfaction in work) presumed to have a great impact on organizational commitment. Therefore, the aim of this study is to observe on how to enhance Generation Z’s organizational commitment through job satisfaction and work motivation. This observation is to explain on what Generation Z expects and values the most in the workplace and how employers can meet those expectations. Research method used is desktop-based research which consists of secondary data collected from different research papers, journals, articles, and books.

Abstract

Human resources are the foremost vital component in an organization, since it includes a part as a driver and controller of organizational exercises. All organizations will certainly make each effort to advance the shape and progress the quality of worker execution with awesome human asset administration. Great employee execution will be fulfilled in case the company can recognize any components that can make strides employee execution, one of the factors that can impact employee performance is work motivation, and the work environment. This composing points to decide the impact of work motivation on employee performance, and decide the impact of the work environment on employee performance. By giving great inspiration, giving more consideration and accomplishment to employees, and giving a work environment that can back employee performance, to diminish worker turnover within the company. And of course, employees will be more faithful to the company.

Abstract

The main reason for compiling this journal is to find out the application of good work motivation to increase employee productivity salam Indonesia travel. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Information collection procedures utilized in this study are the strategy of perception, interviews, and documentation considers. Information examination procedures in this study include the steps of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The result of the study found that the Motivation must be applied because it is one of the most important components in supporting the efficiency of worker productivity, without motivation, an employee will lose enthusiasm for work. The leader of Salam Indonesia Travel in increasing employee motivation using methods that are appropriate to the situation of the company and employees. Because every employee has different behaviors and actions at work, so the provision of motivation must be different as well. Highly motivated individuals mean that these people have a compelling reason to get the job done as the company wants. Conversely, when individuals have low motivation, they cannot work well together to achieve the desired performance efficiency of the company.

Abstract

The impact of work inspiration and work environment on work execution is very important, and some theoretical and fact assessments in several companies also show work motivation and a supportive environment that provides a very large increase in employee performance, plus in this “NEW NORMAL” period many companies make breakthroughs in running its business once again so that the company can survive in the midst of this crisis. Based on these conditions, the quality of performance and motivation in a company needs to be improved by formulating a new policy in the work system in the company so that it can pass through times like this, which is a new program or procedure in the system to improve employee performance in a company. The method used in this study is the procedure for approaching employees, research that emphasizes the basic principles of work motivation and the environment which seeks to create a new work environment that is more developed in situations like this. The theory outlined below will greatly assist companies, especially Trapo Indonesia, in evaluating and updating inspiration and work environment governance that can have a positive effect on the company and can moreover progress representative execution even better.

Abstract

The industry is one sector that has an important role in the development of a country. One of them is an industry in Indonesia, and its products that are in great demand are consumer goods with specifications of food products and household goods. An assessment of a company's financial level can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements. The financial statements used are the balance sheet and income statement from 2015 to 2019. To find out whether the company's financial condition is in good condition, various analyzes can be performed. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial situation is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study is to assess the company's performance by using the financial ratio analysis of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted by conducting documentation techniques with data obtained from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Then analyzed using financial statement analysis consisting of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. The analytical method used is a descriptive analysis using the measurement of liquidity ratios and profitability. Based on the calculation of ratio analysis from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, the liquidity ratio has increased every year so that the company's condition can be categorized quite well. Whereas, based on profitability ratios, it shows an increasing number from year to year so that it can be said the state of the company is in a good position.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the financial performance of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk in the period 2018-2019 by measuring financial statements using ratio analysis. Ratio analysis is an appropriate method for measuring financial performance using Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, and Profitability ratios. Data and information in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of this calculation is that the liquidity ratio has increased, which is good for the company. The solvency ratio shows that the company is not sufficient to guarantee the debt provided by creditors so that the company can be said to be in bad condition. The ratio of the company’s activity has increased and also decreased. Whereas the profitability ratio results always decrease so the company has suffered losses, the company must increase its financial performance again.

Abstract

The Coronavirus that was present in the midst ofa society in 2020 really caught the attention. The visible impact not only affects public health but also affects the economy and MSMEs not only in Indonesia but also in various countries. Because of its spread that is too fast then in a number of countries to close the area, which resulted in the difficulty of export and import goods, therefore MSMEs who were previously able to get goods from out of town finally only got goods in Indonesia. This topic will discuss the use of low-cost strategies in MSMEs, especially in Indonesia. The research method used is a descriptive research and based on the results of the questionnaire. And the results of this study indicate that during this pandemic period, consumers are looking for relatively low prices. This is evidenced by the use of the low-cost strategy at MSMEs in this pandemic era.

Abstract

Conditions in the field regarding teacher performance in private schools, namely kindergarten-elementary school MKD located in Cimahi city, show that there is a lack of motivation and many teachers are still not disciplined in attendance. This study was conducted with the aim of determining how the influence of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with sampling techniques using saturated sampling techniques where all members in the population are sampled, namely as many as 36 teachers. The results of the research obtained stated that teacher motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be said that the higher the teacher's work motivation and work discipline, the better the teacher's performance.

Abstract

At this time it is estimated that 207 million people embrace Islam. Of the 207 million inhabitants of the Muslim population 13% of the world's Muslims live in Indonesia and also implies that the majority of Indonesia's population adheres to the religion of Islam. Halal tourism is a tourism activity that is devoted to facilitating the Muslim travel needs. The term halal tourism emerged in 2015 when a World Halal Tourism Summit event was held in Abu Dhabi. Community activities in sharing their experiences through social media are Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) activities. Abstract

The study aims to illustrate and analyze the impact of the work environment on employee performance. This research is the study of explanations. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis and some linear regression analysis. Studies show that a descriptive analysis indicates that the respondents approved of the majority of physical and non-physical work environments that a company has improved employee performance. The results of a double regression analysis suggest that the physical environment of part-time labor has a significant impact on employee's performance and a non-physical work environment also has a significant impact on workers' performance. Test results show both the physical working environment simultaneously and the non-physical work environment has significant effects on employee performance.
