Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji analisis Pengaruh Content Marketing Berpengaruh Terhadap Customer Advocacy Melalui Variabel Brand Trust Dan Customer Engagement Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Aplikasi Tiktok Di Mahasiswa UINSU, baik itu secara parsial maupun secara simultan, dan juga secara path analysis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh variabel content marketing berpengaruh terhadap customer advocacy melalui variabel brand trust dan customer engagement sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode skala likert. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa UINSU yang pengguna Tiktok yang berjumlah 100 orang dan di ambil dengan menggunakan random sampling dengan memakai rumus cross sectional. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik Analisa data melalui program IBM SPSS statistic 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan untuk setiap uji parsial menyatakan signifikan dan berpengaruh positif antar variabel. Dimana dari hasil statistik menyatakan nilai α< 0,05. Dalam uji path analysis juga menyatakan terdapat pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung pada setiap variabel yang dihubungkan melalui variabel z. Dan juga secara simultan menunjukan bahwa terdapat variabel content marketing berpengaruh terhadap customer advocacy melalui variabel brand trust dan customer engagement sebagai variabel intervening, berdasarkan pada nilai F hitung 175,550 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh variabel media sosial dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan wisatawan berkunjung ke pantai pandan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode skala likert. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berjumlah 100 orang dan diambil menggunakan random sampling dan menggunakan rumus purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan path analysis. Teknik analisis data melalui program IBM SPSS statistik 25. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan untuk setiap uji parsial menyatakan signifikan dan berpengaruh positif antar variabel. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the digitalization system of office stationery procurement in improving budget efficiency at PT JNT Medan City. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research informants were determined using a purposive sampling technique with a total of five employees involved in the procurement and use of office stationery, consisting of administration staff, operational staff, warehouse/logistics staff, and office stationery users. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the office stationery procurement system at PT JNT Medan City was carried out based on the needs of each operational division. The company has implemented a digital system in the recording and management process of office stationery procurement, although it has not been fully integrated. The implementation of the digital system had a positive impact on budget efficiency through improving inventory control, reducing repeated purchases, preventing stock accumulation, and controlling the use of office stationery. However, several obstacles were still found, such as delays in updating data and uneven employee capabilities in using digital systems. Therefore, system development and employee competency improvement are needed to optimize the implementation of procurement digitalization. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of auditor performance in maintaining audit quality and increasing attention to auditor professionalism due to violations and sanctions against public accountants. This study aims to analyze the influence of independence, professional ethics, competence, and time budget pressure on auditor performance at Public Accounting Firms in Medan City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population is 186 people, primary data was obtained through the distribution of a questionnaire with a sample of 127 auditors selected by simple random sampling technique from the KAP auditor population in Medan City. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumptions tests. The results of the study showed that partially professional ethics had a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, while independence had a negative and significant effect on auditor performance. Competence and time budget pressure did not have a partial significant effect on auditor performance. However, simultaneously the four variables have a significant effect on auditor performance. In conclusion, improving auditor performance needs to be supported by strengthening professional ethics, independent management, competency development, and regulating proportionate work pressure.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of KKN students in supporting economic empowerment through business promotion and financial literacy education in Simacem Village, Karo Regency. The activity employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory method involving community members and MSME actors as the main targets. Data were collected through observation, simple interviews, discussions, and documentation during the implementation of the activities. The stages included identifying business conditions and community needs, providing education on financial literacy, managing income and expenses, conducting simple financial recording, and assisting the use of digital media for business promotion. The results showed increased community understanding of the importance of financial management, the ability to conduct simple financial records, and knowledge of promotional strategies through digital media. The activities also encouraged the community to understand the use of technology in supporting economic activities and expanding product marketing. Student assistance served as a facilitator in connecting knowledge with community economic practices. The integration of financial literacy and digital promotion is an important step in strengthening MSME capacity and supporting sustainable economic empowerment in rural communities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Green Accounting and Gender Diversity on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling, obtaining 50 observation data from 10 companies. The types and sources of data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statements or annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted in this study with the help of SPSS 23 software. According to the research findings, Good Corporate Governance and Green Accounting have a significant positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. However, from 2018 to 2022, Gender Diversity has no effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study has limitations, namely the difficulty of accessing data on each company's website because there are several companies with incomplete data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of financial statements based on the application of accounting based on SAK EMKM to UKM Panglong Karya Pribumi Jln Besar Sengon Sari No 21 Dusun II, Aek Kuasan District, Asahan Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the application of recording financial statements based on SAK EMKM using primary and secondary data taken from UKM Panglong Karya Indigenous. The data collection technique in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques and the analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on data analysis, the results of the study show that Panglong Karya Indigenous UKM have implemented accounting but the recording of financial reports is still done manually and is very simple and its application does not follow the provisions in SAK EMKM. The financial statements made by UKM Panglong Karya Pribumi are only in the form of a profit and loss statement, while there is no report on financial position and notes on financial statements. The obstacle that caused the Panglong Karya Indigenous UKM to not implement was that they did not know and understand the preparation of business financial reports based on Micro, Small, Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM).

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze the implementation of the ABBDes accounting information system implemented by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government. To understand and analyze the constraints and suggestions on the implementation of the ABBDes accounting information system implemented by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government. Judging from the variety of data and this research applies qualitative descriptive research, qualitative research is research that produces explanatory data in the form of recorded or spoken words from individuals and the behaviors studied. The results of the study prove that accountability regarding the security of information data on the Sihuik - Huik Village APBDes implementation report is in accordance with a good accounting information system because the data is stored in an office computer and can only be opened by limited parties. Accountability for the timeliness of conveying information on the implementation of the Sihuik-Huik Village APBDes is not yet in accordance with a good accounting information system because there are still delays in compiling and conveying information to residents according to the stipulated time period. The effectiveness of the thorough preparation of data on the Sihuik-Huik Village APBDes implementation report is in accordance with a good accounting information system. The transparency of the variations in the APBDes implementation report used by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government is in accordance with a good accounting information system. The relevant transparency of the data provided and reported by the Sihuik-Huik Village Government regarding the implementation of the APBDes is in accordance with a good accounting information system because the data reported is relevant to the specified budget data. In accordance with the results of the research, suggestions were given to the Sihuik-Huik Village Government to carry out special training for village officials who work in compiling reports on the implementation of the APBDes and promoting unity among village apparatus when preparing reports on the implementation of the APBDes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance and financial realization of the budget in five budget years, namely 2018-2022 at the North Labuhanbatu Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with documentation procedures used to obtain data. The analytical approach used is a descriptive method which includes spending variance analysis, spending growth analysis, spending alignment analysis (divided into operational spending and capital spending), and efficiency ratios. Research findings using expenditure variance analysis for 2018-2022 show that the performance of the expenditure budget is quite good because no expenditure exceeded the budget. Based on a review of state spending growth from 2018 to 2022, there is a positive increase with an average of 8,41%. Based on the findings of the 2018-2022 expenditure alignment study, the expenditure budget is used more for operational expenditure than capital expenditure. With an average operational expenditure over the five budget years of 98,10%, capital expenditure was 1,90%. Based on the 2018-2022 budget realization efficiency ratio, the efficiency level of budget use in 2018 was 79,76%, while the efficiency level in 2019-2022 budget use was quite efficient with budget use of 84,80%, amounting to 81,74%, 83,02%, and 85,20%.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the application of Job Order Costing in determining the cost of goods manufactured (COGM) at Chariyah Catering and evaluates the implications of the resulting cost information for selling price decisions. Research Method: A descriptive quantitative case-study design was applied using primary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Three customer orders were analyzed by identifying direct material, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead costs, calculating order-specific COGM, and comparing the results with the business's existing costing method. Results and Discussion: Job Order Costing produced COGM of Rp29,405,000, Rp42,721,000, and Rp58,928,500 for the three orders, respectively, exceeding the business-method estimates of Rp17,500,000, Rp27,000,000, and Rp34,500,000. The differences mainly reflect broader recognition of manufacturing overhead. A 10% cost-plus pricing simulation also generated higher prices than those currently applied. Implications: Some overhead items relied on estimated resource utilization, only three orders were analyzed, and market acceptance was not tested. The findings support systematic order-level cost recording and clearer overhead-allocation bases for pricing decisions. Originality: The study extends order-based costing evidence in a catering MSME by linking cost classification and overhead allocation with the evaluation of selling price decisions.
