Abstract

This study describes the management of Arabic language programs in the language department for ‎female students at Darul Aman Institute. This research aimed to know the planning and objectives ‎of the management of Arabic language programs by the Language Department for female students ‎at Darul Aman Institute, and to know how to organize the management of Arabic language ‎programs for the Language Department for female students at Darul Aman Institute, the study ‎relied on the qualitative entrance research methodology and case study methodology, and data ‎collection through interview, field observation and document analysis. The researchers used data ‎analysis of Miles and Huberman. The result of this research is that the planning and objectives of the ‎Arabic language programs in the language department for female students at Darul Aman Institute ‎include: setting the schedule for speaking Arabic to develop students' discipline in speaking Arabic, ‎conducting a language competition to expand the students' culture and to develop the language ‎skills of students by establishing a linguistic quarantine, and producing a vocabulary dictionary and ‎language conversation in order to dispense with students' vocabulary and memorize it and then test ‎it at the end of the month to assess the development of their language level, upgrading students' ‎language skills by doing additional study To teach those who have a poor level of language and the ‎establishment of a language court, and the last plan is to find ways to develop students' language ‎skills by making vocabulary boards and conversation and by preparing to watch linguistic films and ‎linguistic songs. How to organize its administration is the organizational structure of the staff, the ‎installation of student organizations from the language department, as well as the creation and ‎establishment of a language violation court‏.‏

Abstract

This research focuses on extracting cellulose from thorn pandan and evaluating its potential as a raw material for cellulose acetate. Thorn pandan contains polysaccharides, especially cellulose. In its fabrication process, cellulose acetate is produced from cellulose acetylation reaction. Cellulose is extracted using the Microwave-assisted Extraction method with variations in NaOH concentration (1, 2, and 3%), H2O2 concentration (10, 20, and 30%), and time variables (20, 40, and 60 minutes). Extraction optimization was performed with Response Surface Methodology (RSM) model BBD (Box-Behken Design). Several characterizations were carried out to determine the characteristics of cellulose acetate, namely Degree of Acetylation, FT-IR spectroscopy and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). The highest cellulose yield obtained in the extraction process was 50.7% with a variable of 3% NaOH, 30% H2O2 and 60 minutes. XRD analysis shows the angle value 2θ = 22.53798° of thorn pandan cellulose structure is almost similar to commercial cellulose. FTIR functional group identification of cellulose acetate showed the presence of carbonyl (C=O) and (C-O Acetyl) group, respectively seen at wave numbers 1734 cm-1 and 1256 cm-1. The acetyl content of cellulose acetate from thorn pandan produced is 35.475%. Therefore, thorn pandan biomass has the potential as a raw material for making cellulose acetate.

Abstract

Management of curriculum is an important thing to pay attention to because it contributes to realizing institutional goals in educational institutions, such as the Arabic language program for medical and health students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Malang. This research aims to find out how the Arabic language program curriculum management is implemented at Mabna Ar-Razzi, Batu, and the problems of its implementation in the 2023 academic year. The subject of this research is the language division at Mabna Ar-Razzi. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study type of research. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses observation of Arabic language program activities, interviews with the language division and documentation containing a schedule of Arabic language program activities. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Arabic language program curriculum management at Mabna Ar-Razzi, Batu is going well with various kinds of skills-supporting activities and Arabic language elements. The problem in implementing this program is the lack of supervision and lack of active participation from students. Manajemen kurikulum merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan karena memiliki kontribusi dalam merealisasikan sebuah tujuan institusional pada lembaga pendidikan seperti halnya pada lembaga program bahasa Arab untuk mahasiswa kedokteran dan kesehatan di Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum program bahasa Arab di mabna Ar-Razzi, Batu dan problematika pelaksanannya pada tahun ajaran 2023. Subjek penelitian ini ialah devisi bahasa yang ada di mabna Ar-Razzi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deksriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi terhadap kegiatan program bahasa Arab, wawancara kepada devisi bahasa dan dokumentasi berisi jadwal kegiatan program bahasa Arab. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum program bahasa Arab di mabna Ar-Razzi, Batu berjalan dengan baik dengan berbagai macam kegiatan penunjang ketrampilan dan unsur bahasa Arab. Sedangkan problematika yang ada dalam pelaksanaan program ini adalah kurangnya pengawasan dan partisipasi aktif dari siswa.

Abstract

Kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Arab memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk potensi peserta didik dalam menguasai keahlian kalam, dan kitabah bahasa Arab. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi terhadap kurikulum tersebut perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas dan relevansi kurikulum tersebut terhadap kebutuhan siswa dan masyarakat. Teknik penelitian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pandangan dan pengalaman dari para pengajar dan siswa terkait dengan kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Arab di STIT Al Muslihuun Tlogo Blitar. Observasi kelas digunakan untuk melihat langsung bagaimana kurikulum tersebut diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi tertulis seperti silabus, buku-buku teks, dan materi pembelajaran. Proses Analisis data yang diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Data dianalisis dengan cara mengidentifikasi tema dan pola dari data yang telah dikumpulkan. Data yang telah diidentifikasi kemudian dikategorikan dan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan tema-tema utama yang muncul. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan induktif, yaitu mengumpulkan data dan mengembangkan konsep dan teori dari data yang telah dikumpulkan. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Arab di STIT Al Muslihuun Tlogo Blitar perlu dikembangkan agar lebih efektif dan relevan

Abstract

كل مؤسسات تعليمية تملك الإدارة الخاصة لتحقيق أهدافها، كذلك في تعليم اللغة العربية. لكن الواقع أن أكثير طلاب الجامعة لا يزالون يشكون من المشاكل المتعلقة بتعلم اللغة العربية، ومن أسباب ظهور تلك المشاكل في تعليم اللغة العربية بإندونيسيا هي قلة فعالية الإدارة التعليمية الجيدة. يهدف البحث إلى (1) وصف تخطيط برامج تعليم اللغة العربية لطلاب مرحلة الإعداد اللغوي بجامعة الراية سوكابومي، (2) ووصف تنظيمها، (3) ووصف تنفيذها، (4) ووصف تقويمها. استخدم البحث المدخل الكيفي على طريقة دراسة الحالة، ومصادر البيانات تتكون من رئيس القسم كالمصدر الأساسي والمعلم والطلاب كالمصدر الإضافي. وأسلوب جمع البيانات: 1) الملاحظة، 2) والمقابلة، 3) والوثائق. نتائج البحث: إدارة برامج تعليم اللغة العربية للطلاب في مرحلة الإعداد اللغوي بجامعة الراية سوكابومي تتفوق في: 1) أن التخطيط الذي أجري في جامعة الراية على أساس المشاورة، ويمر بالمراحل الآتية وهي الملاحظة والاجتماع وتنظيم العمل وتنفيذ البرامج. فتظهر الحاصلة أن مدة دراسية تستغرق ستة واحدة 2) أن تنظيم برامج تعليم اللغة العربية للطلاب في مرحلة الإعداد اللغوي بجامعة الراية سوكابومي له إدارة متميزة حيث يوجد فيها التنظيم الجيد الذي يسعى إلى تحقيق الأهداف التي قادها المدير باهتمام الإدارة العليا مع وكالة الشؤون والمعلمين. 3) أن تنفيذ البرامج بجامعة الراية يتميز بكثرة المواد اللغوية وتوفر المدة الدراسية. 4) أن الجامعة تقوم بتقويم تلك البرامج لتعرف مدى استيعاب الطلاب تجاه المواد التعليمية. AbstractEach educational institution has its own management to achieve its goals, as well as in teaching Arabic. However, in reality there are still many students who complain about problems related to learning Arabic, and one of the causes of these problems in Indonesia is the ineffectiveness of education management. This study aims to (1) describe the planning of an Arabic language education program for language preparation students at STIBA Ar-Raayah Sukabumi, (2) describe its management, (3) describe its implementation, (4) describe its evaluation. This study used a qualitative approach using the case study method, and the data sources consisted of the head of study program as the main source, teachers and students as additional sources. Methods for obtaining data: 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation. The research result: the management of the Arabic language education program for language preparation stage students at STIBA Ar-Raayah Sukabumi excels in: 1) Planning carried out at STIBA Ar-Raayah is based on deliberation, and through the next stages namely observation, meetings, work organization and program implementation, and the study period takes one year. 2) The implementation of this program has good administration where there are organizations trying to achieve goals led by the school principal and foundation officials as well as committee members and teachers. 3) The implementation of this program is marked by a large number of language materials and study periods. 4) The evaluation of these programs aims to determine students' understanding of educational material.

Abstract

This study analyzes the X-School Program on the formation of religious awareness for Korean lovers. The problem raised in this study is that many young Indonesians, the majority of whom are Muslims, actually show their alignment with Korean culture. Something that is actually entertainment is starting to be used as a new mecca in living life even though there are many teachings from Korean culture which in practice are actually contrary to Islamic teachings. This research utilizes a quantitative research approach with the type of ex post facto research. This study aims to determine the X-School program implemented by XK-Wavers, to explain the condition of Islamic awareness of Korean lovers who follow the X-School program, and to determine the effect of the X-School program on the formation of Muslim awareness of Korean lovers who follow the X-School program. -School. The findings in this study indicate that the X-School Program conducted by XK-Wavers is in the good category, the religious awareness of the alumni of the X-School program is categorized as good, and the X-School Program has an influence of 42.1% on the formation of Islamic awareness for alumni X-School program. Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis Program X-School tehadap pembentukan kesadaran beragama bagi pecinta Korea. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah karena banyaknya generasi muda Indonesia yang mayoritas adalah muslim justru memperlihatkan keberpihakannya pada budaya Korea. Sesuatu yang sejatinya hiburan mulai dijadikan sebagai kiblat baru dalam menjalani kehidupan meskipun terdapat banyak ajaran dari budaya Korea yang dalam praktiknya justru bertolak belakang dengan ajaran Islam. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program X-School yang dilaksanakan oleh XK-Wavers, untuk menjelaskan kondisi kesadaran beragama Islam pecinta Korea yang mengikuti program X-School, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program X-School terhadap pembentukan kesadaran beragama Islam pecinta korea yang mengikuti program X-School. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Program X-School yang dilakukan oleh XK-Wavers masuk dalam kategori baik, kesadaran beragama alumni program X-School dikategorikan baik, dan Program X-School memberikan pengaruh sebesar 42,1% terhadap pembentukan kesadaran beragama Islam bagi alumni program X-School.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve student learning outcomes by improving the learning process in Islamic Religious Education subjects, through the Discovery Learning model and finding out how much interest they have. This classroom action research was conducted at SMKM 7 Gondanglegi with the research subjects being class XI students with a total of 29 students. This research is a type of classroom action research. The research was carried out in 3 cycles. The steps of this research begin with a pretest with the next stage being a posttest, to determine the understanding and learning success that students have achieved. From the research results it can be concluded that the application of Discovery Learning in PAI subjects can improve the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMKM 7 Gondanglegi. This increase can be seen from the average post test score for cycle I, namely 75.3 with a completion score reaching 65.5%. In cycle II there was an increase with the average post test score being 78.04 with a completeness score reaching 79.3%. Meanwhile, in cycle III, the change in scores was very significant, the average post test score was 83.8 with a completeness score reaching 93.1%. Thus, the application of the Discovery Learning model is considered successful in improving student learning outcomes in PAI material because it has achieved the predetermined success indicator, namely 75%.

Abstract

Pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara (maharah kalam) dalam bahasa Arab sering menghadapi kendala akibat minimnya metode yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa pemula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Mimicry-Memorization dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa di MTsN 6 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi analisis, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Miles & Huberman, dimulai dari ruduksi, penyajian, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode mimicry memorization efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dan kemampuan berbicara mereka melalui latihan intensif imitasi dan penghafalan. Kesimpulannya, metode ini dapat diimplementasikan sebagai solusi praktis dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, khususnya bagi siswa pemula.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic education curriculum encounters various complex challenges stemming from both internal and external factors. Key challenges include the dynamics of globalization, socio-cultural changes, technological advancements, and the need to balance religious values with 21st-century competencies. This study examines these challenges, focusing on issues such as rapid technological progress, the integration of global and local values, and strategies for developing a curriculum that is relevant, flexible, and aligned with modern educational goals. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes literature reviews and expert interviews to analyze the dynamics of curriculum development in Islamic education. The findings reveal that the challenges faced by Islamic education significantly impact both its internal and external dimensions. Internal challenges include achieving the eight national education standards, addressing the demographic bonus resulting from Indonesia's population growth, and tackling character development issues. To remain competitive in the era of globalization and produce graduates who meet contemporary demands, Islamic education must focus on developing human resources capable of adapting to current and future needs. On the other hand, external challenges are more forward-looking, requiring Islamic education to prepare for future demands related to social issues, advancements in technology and information, the growth of creative and cultural industries, and the internationalization of education, including the pursuit of world-class university standards.

Abstract

In Islamic elementary education, addressing students’ diverse cognitive profiles remains a significant challenge, particularly in subjects requiring conceptual depth such as Fiqh. Recognizing that one-size-fits-all teaching methods often fall short, this study examines the effectiveness of a differentiated learning model based on the STIFIn psychometric framework. The objective is to evaluate whether instructional strategies tailored to students’ dominant intelligences—Sensing, Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling, or Instinct—can improve Fiqh learning outcomes. Utilizing a true experimental design, the research involved two Grade 1 classes at MI Syihabuddin Malang: an experimental class applying the STIFIn-based model and a control class using conventional teaching. Data were collected through posttests and documentation, and analyzed using an independent samples t-test. Results indicated a statistically significant improvement in the experimental class (p < 0.05), demonstrating higher mean scores compared to the control group. These findings highlight the potential of psychometric-based instruction to enhance student engagement, comprehension, and achievement. The study contributes to the field of Islamic education by affirming the value of differentiated pedagogical approaches grounded in cognitive psychology.
