Abstract

Peranan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) tidak dapat dipisahkan dari upaya para Stakeholder terkait untuk mewujudkan pertumbuhan sekaligus mengangkat kesejahteraan para pelaku UMKM. Salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM, adalah dengan meningkatnya omset penjualan. Kondisi ini diharapkan dapat tercapai, dengan memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran online, yang di-desain khusus untuk para pelaku UMKM dan saat ini penjahit keriahen juga sedang menerapkan pemasaran online untuk memasarkan produknya agar lebih banyak diketahui oleh orang lain melalui media sosial seperti facebook, whatsapp, instagram dan media sosial lainnya. Dengan terus berinovasi dan berkreativitas terhadap produk – produknya dan mengikuti gaya trend kekinian yang disukai oleh seluruh kalangan seperti anak muda maupun ibu rumah tangga. Hal ini menjadi penting, karena percepatan teknologi yang bergerak sangat cepat, menyebabkan perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam memilih dan melakukan transaksi jual beli. Situasi inilah yang mendorong UMKM harus mampu berbenah dan melakukan inovasi, untuk tidak hanya sekedar bertahan, tetapi juga mampu menikmati keuntungan finansial dari perubahan teknologi yang terjadi saat ini.

Abstract

Members of the Indonesian Professional and Management MSME Association do not understand the implementation of digital marketing, while the current situation is that many people are using digital marketing in the business of selling, purchasing, marketing products and others, if they do not understand and follow the development of this technology, they will experience problems. left behind in the world of technology. The Community Service Team as PKM implementers assisted by lecturers and students as a solution in increasing the ability to provide training on digital marketing to partners. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge about digital marketing. The method of implementing activities used is in the form of training, interactive discussion with all training participants. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the room. This training provides an assessment to the participants through a written test using a pretest and posttest with 20 participants participating. The results of the final assessment of the activity, that the participants were able to understand the material well based on the results of the assessment scores from the posttest results, with an average value of 92.

Abstract

Uncertainty requires every organization to continue to make improvements from all fields. The ability to respond quickly to existing changes is very expected. The main focus of this study is to analyze Public Relations and Customer Values on student satisfaction and student loyalty at the LP3M superior polytechnic. The population and sample in this study were active students in the academic year 2018-2019 totaling 117 students. Sampling techniques use nonprobability sampling using saturated samples. Data collection uses a Google From luminaire from sharing through the WhatsApp group. Where only 117 students were selected to be used as a population. However, those who responded to fill in this research questionnaire were only 98 respondents. Data analysis techniques use path analysis between the direct and indirect influence of the Public Relations and Customer Value variables on student loyalty through student satisfaction.The results showed that public relations had a significant effect on student satisfaction and student loyalty. Customer Value has a significant influence on satisfaction but has no significant influence on student loyalty. Then student satisfaction does not have a role in mediating between the Public Relations and Customer Values on student loyalty.

Abstract

One of the roles of human resource management is to maintain and improve employee performance. The purpose of this study is to find out whether intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence affect employee performance through professionalism as an intervening variable. The population in this study was PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra employees who had worked for more than 5 years, with a total research sample of 105 employees. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The results showed that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi employees in North Sumatra Province. There is a positive and significant influence of intellectual intelligence on professionalism, while emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province, there is an influence of professionalism on employee performance of PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province, there is an influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance through professionalism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food services as a media promotion on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. To find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food Service Quality on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. The data in this study were tested using validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test to test the hypothesis proposed by the researcher. Based on the results of simultaneous research on digital promotion and go-food service quality, they have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, this test shows that the hypothesis is accepted. The digital promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable. Furthermore, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. Purchase decisions at food outlets are influenced by digital promotions and the quality of go-food services, this is evidenced by the R square value of 37.9% while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

MSMEs have a strategic role in supporting regional economic growth. However, during this pandemic, SMEs are facing obstacles such as reduced sales, limited distribution capital, raw material problems, and reduced production. This research was conducted by analyzing. This research developed a theoretical model based on the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which was tested using Amos 1.8 as an analytical tool. Respondents from this study were 128 consumers of MSME products in Garut Regency. The results of this study indicate that Entrepreneurial Orientation has no effect on competitiveness, Business strategy has an effect on Competitiveness, Entrepreneurial orientation has no effect on business performance, Business strategy has no effect on business performance, Competitiveness has an effect on business performance. The implication of this study is an entrepreneurial orientation in handling doing business in MSMEs. Someone who dares to take risks can be defined as someone who is opportunity-oriented in the context of uncertainty in decision-making. The business strategy carried out has an impact on increasing competitiveness compared to competitors. Business actors are expected to be able to improve their business performance by continuing to build even better products by increasing marketing through digital marketing. Likewise, innovating products can increase profits from the business. The limitations of this study were due to the very short time, the researchers distributed questionnaires so that many respondents could not be interviewed in depth.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs related to the professionalism of employees at the Directorate General of Water Resources for the North Sumatra II River Basin is employees who are less professional at work. This is evidenced by observations made by researchers by looking at the performance of employees at the Directorate General of Water Resources for the North Sumatra II River Basin. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational support on professionalism in employees at the Ministry of Public Works, Directorate General of Water Resources, North Sumatra II River Basin. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The results showed that based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that emotional intelligence and organizational support simultaneously (together) contributed or contributed to professionalism of 57.4%. The remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors outside of emotional intelligence and organizational support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Commitment Organization ditinjau dari Work Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support dan Development Career Terhadap Melalui Job Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera”. Metode pengumpulan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 104 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer dengan software program SPSS versi 21. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Work life balance (X1) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (Y1), Perceived organizational support (X2) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (Y1), Career development (X3) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (Y1), Work life balance (X1) secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Perceived organizational support (X2) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Career development (X3) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Job satisfaction (Y1) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Work life balance (X1) secara tidak langsung melalui job satisfaction (Y1) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Perceived organizational support (X2) secara tidak langsung melalui job satisfaction (Y1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap commitment organization (Y2). Abstract

This research is based on performance problems, namely the level of work stress of employees at the North Sumatra Transportation Service Personnel Agency which is thought to be caused by multiple role conflicts, emotional exhaustion, social support which also has an impact on organizational commitment.The approach in this research is regarding work stress which has an impact on organizational commitment. The research method used is the associative analysis survey method, namely knowing the relationship between two or more variables being studied based on the actual situation.This research method also uses quantitative analysis techniques through path analysis (PathAnalysis) which is intended to determine the magnitude of Dual Role Conflict (X) with Job Stress (Y) and Organizational Commitment.(Z) either simultaneously or partially.The conclusion in this research is that Dual Role Conflict and Emotional Fatigue do not have a direct influence on Organizational Commitment at the North Sumatra Transportation Service. This means that the existence of Dual Role Conflict and Emotional Fatigue in the North Sumatra Transportation Service does not have a negative impact on Organizational Commitment. Employees still have multiple role conflicts and emotional exhaustion even though they are based on existing organizational commitment.

Abstract

Engagement dedication SMEs for processed goods such as craft bamboo, chips banana, jam tomato, cranky corn, and so on are employed by the residents of Village Sandpaper Subdistrict Sandpaper Field City Medan, North Sumatra, where this is being done. The purpose of this activity is to teach locals how to use social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp to market their products. Sales of locally produced goods are expected to increase market share, boost efficiency in marketing, and use other strategies to make the most of already-existing social media platforms that are controlled by residents. These strategies should also improve the quality of goods that are more productive, rather than just sending messages.
