Abstract

In order to increase net advantages for users of e-commerce applications in minimarkets, this research attempts to quantify the degree and influence of experience and trust on user pleasure. This research employs a quantitative methodology. Direct observations of e-commerce applications, literature reviews, and the online distribution of Google Forms-assisted questionnaires to application users via social media were the methods used to collect data. Both statistical and demographic analysis were used to analyze the data for this study. Users of e-commerce applications make up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method employed for sampling. With a total of 180 samples, the non-probability sampling approach makes use of the PLS-SEM theory. The majority of respondents expressed high levels of satisfaction with the e-commerce application in minimarkets, according to the data processing results. Because perceived utilitarian's path coefficient and t-test values are below the threshold, the analysis of the aspects of user experience represented by perceived hedonic and perceived utilitarian shows that perceived hedonic has a significant effect on user satisfaction while perceived utilitarian does not. The user happiness variable is significantly impacted by the trust variable. Perceived hedonic value, trust, and ease of use are factors that significantly impact customer satisfaction with e-commerce applications in minimarkets.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, pengaruh Current Ratio terhadap Dividend Nilai Perusahaan, pengaruh Return on Asset terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimoderasi oleh Dividend Payout Ratio dan pengaruh Current Ratio terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimoderasi oleh Dividend Payout Ratio pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2022. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 3 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen mampu memoderasi pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen mampu memoderasi pengaruh Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan atau dapat dikatakan Kebijakan Dividen merupakan pure moderator Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Rokok Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internet marketing on word of mouth, the effect of internet marketing on advertising effectiveness, the effect of word of mouth on brand awareness, the effect of advertising effectiveness on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness, the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through word of mouth. of mouth and the influence of internet marketing on brand awareness through advertising effectiveness. The total population in this study amounted to 110 people and all of them were sampled using a saturated sample. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran diri dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap komitmen organisasi secara parsial, menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran diri, komunikasi interpersonal, dan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi secara parsial, menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran diri dan komunikasi interpersonal pada komitmen organisasi melalui kewarganegaraan organisasi. perilaku sebagai variabel intervening secara parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank SUMUT Cabang Sukaramai Medan dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh kesadaran diri terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, terdapat pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi, tidak terdapat pengaruh kesadaran diri terhadap komitmen organisasi, terdapat pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap organisasi. komitmen, tidak terdapat pengaruh Organizational citizenship behavior terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Organisasi melalui Organizational citizenship behavior dan tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Komitmen Organisasi melalui Organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of financing decisions and intellectual capital on company value with profitability as an intervening variable in the food & beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study applied specific criteria for sample selection, utilizing purposive sampling technique, resulting in a total of 11 companies with 55 data points. The researcher employed path analysis and panel data regression to address the research hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that financing decisions have a positive contribution to profitability. Intellectual capital positively influences profitability. Financing decisions significantly affect company value, and intellectual capital also affects company value. Profitability directly influences company value. Additionally, financing decisions affect company value through profitability, and intellectual capital affects company value through profitability as well

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction at CV. Primajaya Logistic Je'El Medan Employess. Job satisfaction is the attitude or feeling of a person to view his job as a matter of being satisfied and dissatisfied, happy or unhappy that concerns a person's feelings of employees or employees for all the work they receive. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 45 people, the sampling technique was the total sampling method. This study uses a Likert scale model. The analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation. The results of this study indicate the rxy correlation coefficient = 0.789 with p = 0,000 (p <0.050), meaning that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction. With these results, the study hypothesize in this study is that there is a positive relationship between the organizational climate and acceptable job satisfaction. The positive correlation coefficient indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the higher the organizational climate, the higher job satisfaction. Organizational climate effectively contributes 69.1% on job satisfaction and 30.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as salary factors, company characteristics etc. The empirical mean of job satisfaction variable was 128,01 while the empirical mean of organizational climate variable was 121,08, then for the hypothetical mean variable job satisfaction was 107.5 and the hypothetical mean organizational climate variable was 105. Reviewing the results of the study was declared acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to measure the performance of  companies in the city of Medan and its surroundings with the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in order to increase competition through the intervening variable of the work climate that distinguishes each company. The research design is policy research using quantitative analysis techniques using the Lisrel application SEM, with a sample of 100. The calculation results of SEM analysis the work climate variable has an influence on company performance of 80.16%, while other variables that are not examined but also affect the lecturer's research performance are indicated by a value of 20%. The results showed that the measurement of company performance with BSC through its four perspectives, namely the Financial Perspective, Customers, Internal Business and Learning and Growth as well as through the intervening variable Organizational Climate, the results of which have a direct or indirect effect on the Company's performance.

Abstract

Development in the era of globalization depends heavily on the economic sector as a measure of government success. The role of society in national development especially in economic development is micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. (UMKM). SWOT analysis is the right way to solve problems in marketing management. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities, but at the same time can minimize weaknesses and threats. This research method was carried out using survey methods with interviews and quizzes on UMKM perpetrators in Cinunuk Village in particular in RW 25. Data collection is carried out by disseminating quizzes and conducting direct interviews with UMKM enterprises. Each of them has its own weaknesses and shortcomings. There are 4 problems: lack of technology mastery, not using product branding, has not used e-payment, and the location of UMKM is not listed on Google maps.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs related to the professionalism of employees at the Directorate General of Water Resources for the North Sumatra II River Basin is employees who are less professional at work. This is evidenced by observations made by researchers by looking at the performance of employees at the Directorate General of Water Resources for the North Sumatra II River Basin. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational support on professionalism in employees at the Ministry of Public Works, Directorate General of Water Resources, North Sumatra II River Basin. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The results showed that based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that emotional intelligence and organizational support simultaneously (together) contributed or contributed to professionalism of 57.4%. The remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors outside of emotional intelligence and organizational support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji “Commitment Organization ditinjau dari Work Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support dan Development Career Terhadap Melalui Job Satisfaction Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera”. Metode pengumpulan sampel yaitu sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 104 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer dengan software program SPSS versi 21. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Work life balance (X1) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (Y1), Perceived organizational support (X2) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (Y1), Career development (X3) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (Y1), Work life balance (X1) secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Perceived organizational support (X2) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Career development (X3) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Job satisfaction (Y1) secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Work life balance (X1) secara tidak langsung melalui job satisfaction (Y1) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap commitment organization (Y2), Perceived organizational support (X2) secara tidak langsung melalui job satisfaction (Y1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap commitment organization (Y2).
