Abstract

The results in this study indicate that the variables of relational capabilities and have a significant influence on value creation and market performance,. For the dynamic market capabilities variable which acts as a moderating variable, in this study the variable dynamic market capabilities is not able to moderate positively between the variables of relational capabilities with value creation and market performance This study aims to determine relation capabilities, on interest in value creation and market performance with dynamic market capabilities as a moderating variable (research study on owner brand clothing in Medan city). The research design used moderated multiple linear regression analysis. as an analytical tool to find out how the influence between the independent and dependent variables is moderated by the moderating variable. This study uses an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study, namely for the population based on owner brand clothing in Medan city with a sample of 101owner brand clothing in medan city.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs related to the professionalism of employees at the Directorate General of Water Resources for the North Sumatra II River Basin is employees who are less professional at work. This is evidenced by observations made by researchers by looking at the performance of employees at the Directorate General of Water Resources for the North Sumatra II River Basin. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational support on professionalism in employees at the Ministry of Public Works, Directorate General of Water Resources, North Sumatra II River Basin. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The results showed that based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that emotional intelligence and organizational support simultaneously (together) contributed or contributed to professionalism of 57.4%. The remaining 42.6% is influenced by other factors outside of emotional intelligence and organizational support.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Commitment Organization in terms of Work Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support and Career Development Through Job Satisfaction Variable Intervening at PT Global Indonesia Asia Sejahtera. The sample collection method is a saturated samplewith a total sample of 104 people. The data analysis method used is path analysis using computer assistance with SPSS version 21 software program the data collection technique uses a Likert scale.The results obtained are work life balance (X1)directly affects job satisfaction (Y1), perceived organizational support (X2)directly affects job satisfaction (Y1), Development Career (X3) directlyaffects on job satisfaction (Y1), work life balance (X1) has no direct effect on organizational commitment (Y2), Perceived organizational support (X2) directly affects organizational commitment (Y2), Career development (X3) directly affects organizational commitment (Y2), job satisfaction (Y1) directly affects organizational commitment (Y2), work life balance (X1) indirectly through job satisfaction (Y1) has a significant influence on organizational commitment (Y2), Perceived organizational support (X2) indirectly through job satisfaction (Y1apositive and significant effect on organizational commitment (Y2). Career development (X3) indirectly through job satisfaction (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (Y2).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap keunggulan bersaing, untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM, untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM, untuk menguji pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja UKM, untuk menguji pengaruh keunggulan bersaing memediasi orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM dan untuk menguji pengaruh keunggulan bersaing memediasi orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 100 dan semuanya dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, orientasi kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing, opasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM, orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM, keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UKM, keunggulan bersaing tidak memediasi pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UKM dan keunggulan bersaing tidak memediasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan orientasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan penempatan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanak 368 orang dan sampel sebanyak 192 responden dengan emnggunakan Propotional random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Patyh analysis dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian, orientasi kerja dan penempatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan teradap kinerja karyawan. Kepribadian dan orientasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui penempatan karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

This research was done at PT.Asuransi Jiwasraya North Sumatra with the aim of knowing the effected of reward, punishment and workload on employee work productivity. The population were 128 employees who worked in the company, sampling with saturated samples so that the sample size were 128 respondents. Sources of data using primary data and secondary data and data collection techniques using survey by providing questionnaire. The data analysis technique used data quality test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test.Based on the results of the study showed that partially reward have significant effected toward employee work productivity, punishment did not have significant effected toward employee work productivity. While workload has significant effect toward employee work productivity at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) North Sumatra. Simultaneously reward, punishment and workload together have significant effected toward employee work productivity at PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) North Sumatra. Reward, payment, and workload have moderate correlation with employee work productivity in the company. While the adjusted R2 value = 0.160, meaning that employee work productivity could be explained by reward, payment, and workload amount 16% and the other 84% could be explained by other variables outside the scope of the research that was not carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge management and organizational culture on organizational commitment, to find out whether organizational commitment mediates the influence of knowledge management and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Medan Post Office. The population in this study was 116 respondents and used a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the research show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational culture has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). ), organizational commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB ) at PT. Medan Post Office.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of risk tolerance, entrepreneurial motivation and family environment on MSME business skills. The population in this study was 1049 MSMEs and the sample in this study using the Slovin technique consisted of 91 MSMEs. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that risk tolerance has a positive and significant effect on MSME business skills. Entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on MSME business skills. Family environment has a positive and insignificant effect on MSME business skills. Simultaneously shows that risk tolerance, entrepreneurial motivation and family environment have a significant effect on MSME business skills in Medan Polonia District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and human resource empowerment on training partially. To analyze the influence of the work environment, human resource empowerment and training on employee job satisfaction partially. To analyze the influence of the work environment and human resource empowerment on employee job satisfaction through training at the Department of Highways and Construction of North Sumatra Province. The population in this study was 446 people and 234 people were sampled using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used was path analysis. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on training, human resource empowerment does not affect training, the work environment affects employee job satisfaction, human resource empowerment affects employee job satisfaction, training has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, training mediates the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction and training does not mediate the effect of human resource empowerment on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of data-driven decision making and marketing automation using artificial intelligence on return on investment, with customer engagement examined as a mediating variable. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through an online survey targeting professionals in digital marketing and e-commerce sectors. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, which validated both the measurement and structural models. The results reveal that data-driven decision making and marketing automation using artificial intelligence significantly influence customer engagement, which in turn has a strong and positive effect on return on investment. Furthermore, customer engagement mediates the relationship between both predictor variables and return on investment, suggesting that the financial benefits of digital strategies are maximized when they successfully foster active and meaningful customer interactions. These findings highlight the importance of integrating analytical tools and technological innovations with customer-centric engagement strategies to achieve sustainable marketing performance in digital environments.
