Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of company reputation and product innovation on competitive advantage in PT Amanah Travel Indonesia. To test and analyze the influence of company reputation and product innovation on marketing performance at PT Amanah Travel Indonesia through competitive advantage. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques using SMART PLS. Data collection techniques using Quesioner and interviews. Using the slovin formula, a sample of 160 consumers was obtained. The results of the study show that the company's reputation and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of PT Amanah Travel Indonesia. The company's reputation and product innovation to the marketing performance of PT Amanah Travel Indonesia through competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of ease of information and service quality on the decision to choose Murni Teguh Pematang Siantar University and to test and analyze the influence of ease of information and service quality on the decision to choose Murni Teguh Pematang Siantar University mediated by the use of web sites.  The population of this study was 227 respondents and with the slovin formula, a sample of 145 respondents was obtained. This research was processed with SEM PLS. From the results of the study, it was found that the ease of information had a positive and significant effect on the use of the web site to choose a pure and firm university in Pematang Siantar. The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on the use of the web site to choose a pure and firm university in Pematang Siantar. The use of web sites has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose a pure and firm university in Pematang Siantar. The ease of information has a positive and significant effect on the decision to  choose a pure and firm university Pematang Siantar. The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on the decision  to choose a pure and firm university Pematang Siantar. Abstract

The culture of drinking coffee is not just thirst-quenching but can be a companion to daily activities such as gathering with friends, running a business, attending reunions, and so on. As a result, the culture of drinking coffee has become an integral part of our lifestyle, yet we continue to ignore the fact that it has caused the popularity of coffee consumption to skyrocket. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at Kopikuni Medan. The sample of this research is 22 X 5 110 respondents. Test the validity and suitability of the model Loading Factor, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and Composite Reliability. Data analysis techniques used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to test the hypotheses in this study. Purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision Social media marketing has an effect on purchase decision through purchase intention. This study concludes that the variable of social media marketing that is the most significant in purchasing decisions are context and communication. Therefore, Kopikuni is advised to optimize the context and communication aspects of social media marketing by paying attention to the delivery of messages, message designs, and content posted via Kopikuni social media. Thus, Kopikuni can be remembered more by customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi keterlibatan konsumen untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk halal. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan konsumen dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk halal melalui kepuasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu data penelitian berupa angka dan analisis statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang berbelanja oleh-oleh khas Medan, sebanyak 200 pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel psikologis, perilaku, dan kognitif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, sementara emosi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Keterlibatan konsumen tidak berjalan efektif dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap produk halal karena beberapa kondisi, seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman serta pemahaman konsumen tentang produk halal yang mengurangi motivasi dan keinginan konsumen untuk mengonsumsi produk halal. Kontribusi dalam bidang ini adalah memberikan masukan kepada pelaku industri oleh-oleh khas Medan untuk lebih memperhatikan logo halal pada produk yang dihasilkan guna meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work ethic on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of North Sumatra Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to employees. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 80 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a path analysis model to see the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership style and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, but work ethic has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance but its indirect effect through motivation is positive and significant. These findings indicate that work motivation is able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership style and work ethic on employee performance. This study is expected to contribute to management in formulating strategies to improve employee performance through strengthening transformational leadership, instilling work ethic, and increasing work motivation.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the influence of communication integrity on the loyalty of the residents of UPTD Lanjut Usia Binjai, with trust acting as the mediator. The study employed the quantitative method under Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The outer model test results indicate that all the indicators are valid and reliable. The inner model test result shows that communication integrity significantly affects trust and loyalty, while trust significantly affects loyalty. The test results on mediation show that trust partially mediates communication integrity's influence on loyalty. The R-squared measure of 0.750 for loyalty and 0.817 for trust indicates the good explanatory capability of the model. The significance of this study is the realization that there is the need to strengthen communication integrity to boost trust and loyalty among the elderly residents. The implication of these findings underscores the necessity for the UPTD management to proactively build and maintain communication integrity in every interaction, in order to foster trust which ultimately forms a solid foundation for sustainable loyalty among the elderly residents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan moneter hijau dan inklusi keuangan digital terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM serta implikasinya terhadap pengurangan kemiskinan hijau di Indonesia dalam konteks pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Kebijakan moneter hijau dipandang sebagai instrumen strategis Bank Indonesia dalam mendorong pembiayaan ramah lingkungan dan memperluas akses keuangan berkelanjutan melalui penyaluran kredit hijau. Sementara itu, inklusi keuangan digital berperan penting dalam memperkuat daya saing dan efisiensi transaksi keuangan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder periode 2010–2024 yang bersumber dari Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Path Analysis untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antarvariabel, dengan model jalur: Kebijakan Moneter Hijau ? Inklusi Keuangan Digital ? Kinerja Keuangan UMKM ? Kemiskinan Hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inklusi keuangan digital dan kinerja keuangan UMKM. Peningkatan akses digital finansial dan pembiayaan hijau mendorong perbaikan kinerja usaha yang pada akhirnya menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan hijau, yaitu bentuk kemiskinan yang muncul akibat keterbatasan akses ekonomi terhadap sumber daya dan energi berkelanjutan. Selain itu, inklusi keuangan digital terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi penting yang menghubungkan kebijakan moneter hijau dengan peningkatan kinerja keuangan UMKM dan pengentasan kemiskinan hijau. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara kebijakan moneter hijau, digitalisasi keuangan, dan pemberdayaan UMKM dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk mencapai pembangunan ekonomi yang inklusif, tangguh, dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Kata kunci: kebijakan moneter hijau, inklusi keuangan digital, kinerja keuangan UMKM, kemiskinan hijau, pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance. Testing and analyzing work motivation for employee performance.  Testing and analyzing the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To test and analyze the influence of work stress and work motivation on employee performance mediated by the work environment.  This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The population in this study amounted to 45 people who were directly used as saturated samples. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist perception on loyalty mediated by tourist satisfaction in tourist destinations, focusing on Crab Mangrove Park, Malaysia. Tourists' perception of the quality of services, facilities, and natural attractions of destinations is considered an important factor in shaping the level of satisfaction which then affects tourist loyalty. In this study, we used a quantitative method with a survey approach to tourists who visited Crab Mangrove Park. The results of the study show that tourists' perception of tourist destinations has a positive and significant influence on their satisfaction. Traveler satisfaction, in turn, has been shown to mediate the relationship between perception and loyalty. Tourists who have a positive perception of the quality of service, natural beauty, and experience provided by the destination tend to feel satisfied and more loyal to the destination. This study advises tourist destination managers to improve the quality of services and experiences in accordance with travelers' preferences to create sustainable loyalty. Additionally, it's important for destination managers to pay attention to travelers' perceptions, as this contributes greatly to their satisfaction and loyalty levels in the future.
