Abstract

Demam merupakan keadaan dimana individu mengalami kenaikan suhu tubuh diatas 37,5oc per oral atau 38,0 oc per rektal yang sifatnya menetap karena faktor eksternal. Penanganan demam pada anak sangat tergantung pada peran orang tua. Menurut faktor-faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pengobatan seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor sosiodemografi penduduk, gambaran tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dan mengetahui hubungan faktor sosiodemografi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dalam penanganan demam pada anak di 4 padukuhan desa srimartani. Penelitian ini merupakan observasi analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode cluster sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 185 responden. Analisis yang digunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran sosiodemografi dari segi usia responden yang memiliki usia 31-40 tahun sebanyak 103 responden (56%), pendidikan responden yang menempuh pendidikannya sampai lulus tingkat sma sebanyak 115 responden (62%), pekerjaannya responden yang memiliki pekerjaan lain- lain sebanyak 77 responden (41,5%) dan pendapatan responden yang memiliki pendapatan <1.800.000 yaitu sebanyak 118 responden (64%). Gambaran tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dalam penanganan demam pada anak yaitu sebesar 82,53% dengan kategori baik. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dengan tingkat pengetahuan orang tua dalam penanganan demam pada anak di 4 padukuhan desa srimartani dengan p- value 0,020.

Abstract

Most learning motivation research focuses on students' performance with various abilities and skills and still needs to integrate constructive learning technology tools. Therefore, this study answers research questions about differences in stu-dent motivation and learning outcomes using the online flipped classroom based on differences in students' self-regulatory levels. Data was obtained from 108 students in coastal area schools, who were divided into two groups. Students' self-regulative abilities are measured using a four-point Likert scale, and learning outcomes are obtained from multiple-choice questions. The data collection in-strument used resulted from the developing of The Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ). The hypothesis was tested using multivariate analysis of variance to find answers to research questions. The results of this study show higher levels of motivation and learning outcomes in the online flipped classroom group. Furthermore, the research results show the influence of student self-regulation on student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Religious harmony in Indonesia has become an important issue amid ongoing social dynamics. Based on Jorge Gracia’s hermeneutic approach, this study examines the phenomenon of Kristen Muhammadiyah (Krismuha)—harmonious interactions between Christian and Muhammadiyah communities in Muhammadiyah educational environments in non-Muslim-majority areas. The method used is descriptive-qualitative with text analysis techniques applied to the work Kristen Muhammadiyah by Abdul Mu’ti and Fajar Riza Ul Haq. The study results indicate that interactions between Muhammadiyah and the Christian community in the field of education occur without theological coercion but are based on sociological relationships that uphold openness, comfort, and respect for each other’s identities. These findings affirm that the inclusive pluralism model promoted by Muhammadiyah is capable of building interfaith trust through education. Gracia’s hermeneutic approach demonstrates a balance between the interpretation of normative Islamic texts and the pluralistic social context faced by Muhammadiyah. The Krismuha phenomenon contributes to interfaith diplomacy at the grassroots level, strengthening social cohesion and enriching Indonesia’s living laboratory of pluralism. This study recommends the development of similar models to expand the scope of interfaith harmony in Indonesia.

Abstract

The decline in the quality of education and the moral crisis in the world of eeducation, especially teachers and students, are increasingly rampant. One of the main causes is the fading of ethics, namely a collection of values and norms that should be a guide for teachers and students. Therefore, this study tries to explain and analyze the ethics of teachers and students that have been formulated by Al- Ghazali in his book Ihya Ulumuddin, which was later developed in an effort to restore the main character in the educational process, namely teachers and students who are ethical. This study uses a descriptive approach. Qualitative, the type of research is library research. The data collection technique in this research is to find data about variables in the form of books, journals, and so on. Analysis of the data used is content analysis. The conclusions resulting from this study, among others, according to Al-Ghazali in the book Ihya Ulumuddin a teachernmust have compassion for students, carry out their duties by always imitating the prophet, and intend only to get the pleasure of Allah swt. while a student according to Al-Ghazali must purify his soul from all despicable morals and always hope for the pleasure of Allah swt.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the process of spirituality values in the counselling process carried by counsellors to students of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah Kota Gede Yogyakarta. The urgency of this study is according to the facts in which show that Guidance and Counselling is considered as something that is scary,shunned and becomes an enemy to students. This condition occurs because the majority of Counselling Guidance in schools are considered as school police, lawyers, guardians of the rules and courts for sanctioned students. This qualitative research was conducted by interviewing and observing counselling teachers at the Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah regarding spirituality values in its implementation. Based on the results of the analysis, Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah has unconsciously practiced spirituality values in the Guidance and Counselling process by conducting classical counselling services such as providing understanding and socialization about Guidance and Counselling, learning motivation, inspirational stories (role models). Besides that, the Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Ummah also teaches values and spirituality by commanding students to read the Asmaul Husna, and dhikr at every morning to strengthen their piety and characteristic.

Abstract

Penggunaan obat selama kehamilan perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui karakteristik subjek pasien, mengetahui penggunaan obat pada pasien, dan mengetahuikeamanan penggunaan obat pada ibu hamil di RSU Queen Latifa Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian observasional deskriptif menggunakan data retrospektif. Subjek uji penelitian ini adalah pasien ibuhamil pada bulan Maret-Juni 2023 yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian bahwapasien ibu hamil paling banyak ditangani yaitu berumur 20-35 tahun sebesar 83,14%, umurkehamilan paling banyak ditangani yaitu pada trimester III sebesar 43,8%, tidak ada keluhansebesar 44%, dan diagnosis paling banyak ditangani adalah supervision of normal pregnancysebesar 42,86%. Penggunaan obat paling banyak diresepkan yaitu golongan vitamin dan mineralsebesar 67,04%. Evaluasi keamanan penggunaan obat pada ibu hamil menurut kategori FDA yaitukategori A sebesar 47,75%, kategori B sebesar 18,30%, kategori C sebesar 32,01%, kategori D, Xtidak ditemukan, dan belum dikategorikan (N) sebesar 1,85%.

Abstract

One of the main moral principles in Islamic teachings is the value of honesty (ṣidq), which plays a vital role in building one's character and fostering morality in society. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of honesty from the perspective of the Qur'an and how it is applied in character education and moral development in modern society. Quranic verses, hadith, classical and contemporary commentaries, as well as relevant scientific literature and previous research served as the data sources for this study, which was conducted using qualitative methods and a librarian research approach. The results show that, from the Qur'an's perspective, honesty encompasses personal, social, and spiritual aspects, and that noble character is an essential component of honesty. This study concludes that the value of honesty in the Qur'an is universal and relevant for character education and moral development in modern society. This study provides a conceptual basis for the development of applicable character education strategies and opens up opportunities for further study on the integration of Quranic values ​​in the formation of a society with noble character.

Abstract

Produk kosmetik menjadi salah satu kebutuhan primer oleh masyarakat, khususnya remaja. Banyak remaja yang menginginkan kulit putih secara cepat untuk menunjang penampilan. Oleh karena itu, perlu diimbangi adanya pengetahuan dasar terkait penggunaan produk kosmetik yang aman dan berlabel halal agar terjamin keamanannya tanpa menimbulkan dampak yang tidak diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan, penggunaan, dan hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan penggunaan kosmetik pemutih kulit berlabel halal di kalangan mahasiswa Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan sebanyak 400 responden. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Spearman Rank. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan responden berada pada kategori baik (80%), cukup (18,8%), dan kurang (1,3%), sedangkan penggunaan kosmetik pemutih kulit berlabel halal pada kategori baik (91,3%), cukup (8,3%), kurang (0,5%). Uji korelasi Spearman Rank menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 (<0,05) dan koefisien korelasi 0,462 dengan kategori sedang dan arah korelasi positif sehingga terdapat hubungan signifikan yang searah antara tingkat pengetahuan dan penggunaan kosmetik pemutih kulit berlabel halal di kalangan mahasiswa Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan mayoritas penduduk muslim mewajibkan produk yang beredar memiliki sertifikasi halal, sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal (JPH). Apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan berperan penting dalam memastikan penggunaan obat halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan apoteker terhadap perilaku penggunaan obat halal di Kabupaten Sleman. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Sebanyak 100 apoteker dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan 89% responden memiliki pengetahuan “baik” tentang obat halal, sementara perilaku penggunaan obat halal berada pada kategori “cukup” sebesar 62%. Uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan nilai r = 0,605 dan P = 0,000, yang mengindikasikan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan apoteker dengan perilaku penggunaan obat halal.

Abstract

Low student learning outcomes is problems in English language learning on narrative text material at junior high school level. This study aims to examine the application of video quiz (Educaplay) in the discovery learning model to improve student learning outcomes in narrative text material. This study used a classroom action research design implemented in two cycles on class VIII C students at Khadijah Junior High School. Data were collected using tests and questionnaires. The results showed that the pre-cycle results showed that the average student score was 74.55 with a completeness of 60.61%. After implementing the actions in cycle I, the average score was 79.7- with a learning completeness of 72.73%. Furthermore, improvements were made in cycle II by using more adapted learning models and strategies and more optimal time. In cycle II, the average student score increased to 85.76 with a learning completeness of 84.85%. In addition, the standard deviation also decreased from 21.08 (pre-cycle) and 15.10 (cycle 1) to 12.00 (cycle II), indicating that student learning outcomes were more average than before. Thus, the use of the discovery learning model with video quiz (Educaplay) is effective in improving student learning outcomes in narrative text learning.
