Abstract

Teaching materials are one of the substantial learning elements in achieving learning objectives. This study aims to determine the characteristics contained in teaching materials for learning to read the Qur'an using the Qiraati method. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The data in this study include literature or textual data. Judging from the source of the data, the method of data collection is documentary. This study uses a content analysis method, which is a research method used to draw conclusions that can be corrected according to facts by emphasizing a practical-oriented context from conclusions and explanations about actual symptoms and prediction goals. The results showed that there were different characteristics in each volume. First volume 1: eliminating vague readings by getting used to reading open Harakat Fathah, second volume 2: eliminating reckless or oblique readings (short and unclear) by reading Harakat dhummah, kasroh, fathahtain, kasrohtain, dhummahtain and practicing children carefully read long and short with longer lengths, third volume 3: eliminating prolonged or dragging readings by means of reading breadfruit is pressed not extended nor is tawallud and does not lengthen mad thobi'i and the emphasis should not be broken, fourth volume 4: eliminates readings The Qur'an which is fast but not tartil or Tajwid begins by reading nun sukun with a long hum longer than one alif, fifth volume 5: straightening out the mission of volume IV and qolqolah and eliminating the reading of the Qur'an that is not Tajwid and continuing the mission volume IV, sixth volume 6: eliminating the non-Tajwid reading of the Qur'an and continuing the mission of volumes IV and V.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which the influence of service quality and food quality and brand image on repurchase intentions, with satisfaction as a mediating variable for Richese Factory Transmart Padang consumers who are not known with certainty. In this study, a sample of 230 respondents was used using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in SEM analysis uses smart PLS4. The results of the study are (1) service quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention at Richeece Factory Transmart Padang City. (2) service quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Richeece Factory Transmart Padang City. (3) Food quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Richeece Factory Transmart Padang City. (4) Food quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention at Richeece Factory Transmart, Padang City. (7) Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention at Richeece Factory Transmart, Padang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian survey dan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru honorer di Pamenang Selatan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner 50 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda, analisis jalur dan menggunakan uji-t dengan tavraf signifikansi 0.05%. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of Control, Job stress dan job insecurity terhadap burnout pada guru honorer Pamenang Selatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, berdasarkan koefisien hipotesis I nilai thitung>ttabel atau 2.924 > 1,6794 dan Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,005 < 0,05. sedangkan nilai ttabel 1,6794. Sehingga persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 12,210 + 0,407X1, Karena t hitung 2.924 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,6974. Untuk hipotesis ke 2, nilai thitung>ttabel atau 2.694 > 1,6974 dan Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,010 < 0,05. Sehingga persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 12.338 + 0,380 X2, Karena thitung 2.694 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,6974. Hipotesis ke 3 nilai thitung>ttabel atau 4.351 >1,6974 dan Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 25.747 + 0,553X3, karena thitung 4,351 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,6974, hipotesis ke 4, nilai thitung>ttabel atau 2.856 > 1,6974 dan Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,007 < 0,05. Sehingga persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 29.909 + 0,399 X4, karena t hitung 2,856 lebih besar darit tabel 1,6974. Hipotesis ke 5, nilai thitung > ttabel atau 4.303> 1,6974 dan Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 15.625 + 0,549X5, karena thitung 4.303 lebih besar dari ttabel1,6974 dan hipotesis ke 6 yaitu nilai signifikan sebesar 0,015 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh pengaruh internal locus of Control, Job stress dan job insecurity terhadap burnout pada guru honorer Pamenang Selatan.Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh internal locus of Control, Job stress dan job insecurity terhadap burnout pada guru honorer Pamenang Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan sobel test. Pertama (H7), antara internal locus of control dengan burnout melalui job stress didapatkan hasil 1.296 < 1.6974. kedua (H8), antara Job Insecurity dengan burnout melalui job stress didapatkan hasil 1.877 > 1.6974. Hal ini berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh Variabel Job Stress dalam memediasi Pengaruh Internal Locus of Control terhadap burnout pada guru honorer Pamenang Selatan. Namun , terdapat pengaruh Variabel Job Stress dalam memediasi Pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap burnout pada guru honorer Pamenang Selatan. Kata Kunci : Internal Locus of Control, Job Insecurity, Job Stress, Burnout, Guru Honorer.

Abstract

The decline in the quality of education and the moral crisis in the world of eeducation, especially teachers and students, are increasingly rampant. One of the main causes is the fading of ethics, namely a collection of values and norms that should be a guide for teachers and students. Therefore, this study tries to explain and analyze the ethics of teachers and students that have been formulated by Al- Ghazali in his book Ihya Ulumuddin, which was later developed in an effort to restore the main character in the educational process, namely teachers and students who are ethical. This study uses a descriptive approach. Qualitative, the type of research is library research. The data collection technique in this research is to find data about variables in the form of books, journals, and so on. Analysis of the data used is content analysis. The conclusions resulting from this study, among others, according to Al-Ghazali in the book Ihya Ulumuddin a teachernmust have compassion for students, carry out their duties by always imitating the prophet, and intend only to get the pleasure of Allah swt. while a student according to Al-Ghazali must purify his soul from all despicable morals and always hope for the pleasure of Allah swt.

Abstract

Studi nilai etika merupakan kerja ilmiah yang penting agar suatu cerita dapat direkomendasikan penggunaannya di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang menggunakan metode analisis data model Miles dan Huberman pada cerita fabel "Semut dan Beruang" dalam buku teks elektronik kelas V Tema 8 Kurikulum 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita fabel mengandung nilai-nilai etika yang penting untuk ditanamkan pada anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi nilai-nilai etika tersebut melalui analisis teks dan kuesioner dengan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita fabel “Semut dan Beruang” mengandung nilai-nilai etika seperti kerja sama, gotong royong, tolong menolong, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Dalam cerita ini, tokoh-tokoh seperti semut yang bekerja sama dan beruang yang belajar mengendalikan sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa fabel berfungsi sebagai alat yang efektif untuk menanamkan nilai moral pada anak-anak dan membantu siswa memahami dan mengaplikasikan prinsip etika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Cerita elektronik dengan nilai etika seperti ini dapat digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha mendeskripsikan strategi diplomasi komersial Indonesia dalam bidang ekonomi digital melalui Next Indonesia Unicorn (NextICorn) tahun 2017-2019.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan kerangka diplomasi komersial dari Evan Potter, pemerintah Indonesia dan pelaku bisnis telah melakukan lima aktivitas yang mendukung diplomasi komersial dengan venture capital terbaik yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat, Korea Selatan, Jepang, China dan Singapura. Aktivitas tersebut adalah: membangun citra positif dengan tujuan untuk menarik penanaman modal asing, menyediakan data bagi venture capital dan startup melalui forum NextICorn, melakukan roadshow ke berbagai negara untuk mengundang venture capital, melaksanakan proses negosiasi antara venture capital dan startup digital, dan membentuk Yayasan Next Indonesia Unicorn. Melalui berbagai upaya tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa strategi diplomasi komersial Indonesia dalam bidang ekonomi digital melalui Next Indonesia Unicorn dilakukan melalui aktivitas promotion of foreign direct investment, intelligent, networking and public relations, contract negotiator of implementation dan problem-solving.

Abstract

Learning that discovers concepts through a series of data or information obtained through observation or experimentation. Discovery lerning is used to develop concepts under teacher supervision where learning is cognitive learning that requires teachers to be more creative in creating situations that can make students learn actively find their own knowledge. Vocational education unit is chosen to be the object of research because students get Indonesian language subjects basic competence in understanding anecdotal texts. The strategy used by teachers to improve the effectiveness and active learning of students is by utilizing the Discovery Learning learning model.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menanggulangi masalah stunting pada balita di Desa Wijirejo, Kecamaat Pandak, Kabupaten Bantul. Stunting merupakan kondisi kekurangan gizi kronis yang menyebabkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak-anak, ditandai dengan tinggi badan yang lebih rendah dari usianya. Penyebab utama stunting di desa ini adalah kekurangnya asupana makanan bergizi serta minimannya sanitasi yang memadai. Program pendabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi tentang stunting dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan tambahan. Diharapakan, kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kesadraan masyarakat terkait stunting serta memperbaiki asupan gizi anak-anak guna mencegah stunting.

Abstract

Reflective practice is illustrated in how instructional strategies are organized, developed, implemented, and evaluated by pre-service teachers, while assessments are utilized to offer feedback to educators, supporting the maintenance or enhancement of their pedagogical methods. By participating in reflective practices, pre-service teachers' understanding and appreciation of the inherent value and passion of teaching can be deepened, which subsequently becomes visible in their professional behavior. This study examined the perceptions of pre-service English teachers regarding their experiences with reflective journaling during their teaching practicum. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a case study design, with data collected from ten pre-service English teachers at an Islamic public university in Jambi, consisting of eight female and two male students. Data were gathered through interviews and analyzed using an open coding method. The findings suggest that pre-service teachers primarily reflected on their classroom teaching abilities, particularly focusing on the technical aspects of teaching practice. Moreover, the SWIS (Strengths, Weaknesses, and Suggestions for Improvement in Teaching) framework was identified as a key advantage of journal reflection.

Abstract

Abstract : Headmasters have an important role in improving the quality of education. There are five competencies that headmasters must have, including personality, managerial, entrepreneurial, supervisory, and social competencies. In practice, headmasters are limited to structural positions that run the bureaucratic system without understanding their roles and functions properly. This research uses a systematic literature review with meta-analysis. The data in this study used research articles, proceedings, and books to analyze effective headmaster leadership. The results showed that headmaster leadership can improve teacher performance by improving student competence and performance, thus improving the quality of education. Effective headmaster leadership can motivate student engagement in the learning process, which will improve student achievement. Headmasters are not only top managers but also administrators and perform management functions to motivate and coach teachers in improving their professional, pedagogical, personality, and social competencies. An effective headmaster will realize the vision and mission of the school and make continuous improvements.Abstrak : Kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kompetensi yang harus dimiliki kepala sekolah ada lima, antara lain kompetensi kepribadian, manajerial, kewirausahaan, supervisi, dan sosial. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kepala sekolah sebatas jabatan struktural yang menjalan sistem birokrasi, tanpa memahami peran dan fungsinya dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan systematic literature review dengan analisis meta. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan artikel penelitian, prosiding, dan buku untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja siswa sehingga meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat memotivasi keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang akan meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Kepala sekolah tidak hanya sebagai top manajer, tetapi juga sebagai administrator dan menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen untuk memotivasi dan membina guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional, pedagogi, kepribadian, dan sosial yang. Kepala sekolah yang efektif akan mewujudkan visi dan misi sekolah dan melakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan.
