Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on physical activity behavior globally. The pandemic has forced many people around the world to stay at home and isolate themselves for a certain period of time, this has a negative impact on health, especially physical fitness and mental health for the community in general and members of the MGMP Sub Rayon I Banyumas Regency in particular. Other problems that arise at this time include 1) Lack of knowledge about the importance of exercising during a pandemic, 2) Lack of understanding of the relationship between exercise, physical fitness, and mental health and 3) Lack of understanding of home-based training programs that can be a solution for sports activities in Indonesia. House. The solution to this problem is to conduct workshops related to sports, physical fitness, and mental health. From the results of data analysis, it is known that the significance value of the pretest and posttest is less than 0.05 (sig = 0.02), in other words, there is a significant effect of the workshop held on the knowledge level of the service participants. This is certainly an illustration that a workshop like this can be done to increase knowledge related to other materials.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mengamanatkan pendekatan saintifik untuk mewujudkan cita-cita pendidikan nasional, 5M (Mengamati, Mencoba, Menalar, Menanya, Mengkomunikasikan). Melalui hal itu maka dalam penerapan pembelajaranya harus bisa mengamalkan 5M untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan pendekatan saintifik di SMP N 1 Kembaran untuk mengetahui jalannya penerapan pendekatan saintifik melalui fokus pembelajaran yaitu materi teknik dasar passing sepakbola pada mata pelajaran PJOK kelas VIII. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui metode trianggulasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah berjalan baik dalam pembelajaran penjas materi teknik dasar passing sepakbola kelas VIII. 2) Penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah baik dan sudah membuahkan hasil namun belum bisa dikatakan sempurna karena harus menyesuaikan kondisi siswa.  3) Keberhasilan penerapan pendekatan saintifik secara sempurna dipengaruhi oleh kondisi siswa. Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah baik dilakasanakan oleh guru dan sekolah serta sudah membuahkan hasil yang diinginkan namun belum bisa dikatakan sempurna karena masih harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa.Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Saintifik, Pendidikan Jasmani, Passing, Sepakbola. Application of Scientific Approach to Physical Education Learning Basic Technical Material for Football PassingAbstractThe 2013 curriculum mandates a scientific approach to realizing the ideals of national education, 5M (Observing, Trying, Reasoning, Asking, Communicating). Through this, the application of the learner must be able to practice 5M to find out whether the application of the scientific approach is going well. This study analyzes the application of the scientific approach in SMP N 1 Kembaran to find out the way the application of the scientific approach through the focus of learning is the basic material of passing football in PJOK VIII subjects. This research is a qualitative research, the sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling. The validity of the data is done through the triangulation method. The analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study are: 1) The application of the scientific approach has been going well in the learning of Physical Education basic techniques for passing grade VIII football. 2) The application of a scientific approach is good and has produced results but can not be said to be perfect because they have to adjust the conditions of students. 3) The successful application of the scientific approach is perfectly influenced by the condition of the students. From the results above it can be concluded that the application of the scientific approach has been carried out by both the teacher and the school and has produced the desired results but cannot be said to be perfect because it still has to be adjusted to the conditions of the students.Keywords: Scientific Approach, Physical Education, Passing, Football.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a feasible Android-based Rockport Walking Fitness Test application. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of four stages of development: analysis, design, development and implementation, and evaluation. The Rockport Walking Fitness Test application contains the application menu, in the form of: (a) homepage, (b) Rockport Test, which contains a description page about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) guide, contains a guide page for application use and implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test , (d) start the test, the data input page and timer that guides the implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, which continues to display the results of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test conducted, and (e) about, is a page that contains information about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application and developer profile. Feasibility of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application is assessed based on the assessment of material experts, obtained a score of 53.50 from a total score of 56.00 (very feasible category). Appraisal of feasibility by media experts obtained a score of 63.00 from a total score of 68.00 (very feasible category). The assessment of users in small group trials obtained a score of 42.17 from a total score of 52.00 (decent category). In the large group/field trial, the user assessment obtained a score of 49.77 from a total score of 52.00 (very feasible category). ROCKPORT WALKING FITNESS TEST APPS: APLIKASI TES KEBUGARAN KARDIORESPIRASI METODE ROCKPORT BERBASIS ANDROID  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test berbasis Android yang layak. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation, Evaluation) yang terdiri dari empat tahap pengembangan yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan dan implementasi, serta evaluasi. Gambaran umum aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test memuat menu aplikasi, berupa: (a) beranda, (b) Rockport Test, yang berisi halaman deskripsi tentang Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) panduan, beirisi halaman panduan penggunaan aplikasi dan pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (d) mulai tes, yaitu halaman input data dan penghitung waktu yang memandu pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, yang dilanjutkan menampilkan hasil Rockport Walking Fitness Test yang dilakukan, dan (e) tentang, merupakan halaman yang memuat informas mengenai aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test serta profil pengembang. Kelayakan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test dinilai berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, diperoleh skor sebesar 53,50 dari skor total sebesar 56,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media diperoleh skor sebesar 63,00 dari nilai skor total sebesar 68,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian para pengguna pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh skor sebesar 42,17 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (layak). Pada uji coba kelompok besar/lapangan, penilaian pengguna diperoleh skor sebesar 49,77 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (sangat layak).

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk siswa yang layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dan dapat digunakan sebagai solusi pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani khususnya pada materi kesehatan reproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan langkah-langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) studi pendahuluan, 2) analisis terhadap informasi, 3) Menyusun draft awal, 4) validasi ahli 5) Revisi Draft, 6) uji coba terbatas, 7) uji coba skala besar, 8) Revisi Produk Akhir, 9) Uji Efektivitas dan 10) diseminasi produk hasil pengembangan. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto berjumlah 28 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 1, 2 dan 8 Purwokerto berjumlah 90 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan metode pembelajaran meliputi 1) Studi Kasus, 2) Edukasi dan 3) Visualisasi. Berdasarkan penilaian beberapa ahli yaitu materi, media dan bahasa serta ahli pembelajaran dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang dihasilkan layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas disimpulkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, model pembelajaran, pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan reproduksi  Abstract This study aims to produce physical education learning models for students that are feasible and effective to use and can be used as learning solutions for Physical Education especially on reproductive health material. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the following research steps: 1) preliminary study, 2) analysis of information, 3) Preparing initial drafts, 4) expert validation 5) Revised Draft, 6) limited trials , 7) large scale trials, 8) Final Product Revisions, 9) Effectiveness Tests and 10) dissemination of products resulting from development. Limited trials were conducted on 8th grade students of Junior High School 2 Purwokerto totaling 28 students. Large scale trials were conducted on 8th grade students of Junior High School 1, 2 and 8 Purwokerto totaling 90 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. This study produced a learning model consisting of three stages of learning methods including 1) Case Study, 2) Education and 3) Visualization. Based on the assessment of several experts, namely material, media and language and learning experts, it can be concluded that the physical education learning model produced is feasible to be used in the learning process. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, it was concluded that the model developed was effective in increasing students 'knowledge and could increase students' awareness of reproductive health. Keywords: Development, learning models, physical education, reproductive health

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) dan Fartlek Training terhadap tingkat VO2 Max Atlet Soedirman Expedition VII. Metode penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan desain two group pre-test post-test design. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 20 orang dan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 20 Orang. Instrumen Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari 2019 sampai dengan Juni 2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah paired t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) terhadap peningkatan tingkat VO2 Max Atlet Ekspedisi Soedirman VII. Selain itu, ada pengaruh Fartlek Training terhadap tingkat peningkatan VO2 Max Atlet Ekspedisi Soedirman VII, dan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) dan Fartlek Training pada peningkatan tingkat VO2 Max atlet Ekspedisi Soedirman VII, dengan hasil ini maka terdapat pengaruh dari kedua jenis latihan terhadap peningkatan VO2 Max namun tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan diantara keduanya, akan tetapi jika dilihat dari presentase kenaikannya, metode latihan High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik. High-intensity interval training and fartlek training: Their influence on the VO2 Max level Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Fartlek Training on the level of VO2 Max Athlete Soedirman Expedition VII. The study population numbered 20 people and used a total sampling technique to obtain a sample size of 20 people. The research instrument used is the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). This research was conducted in January 2019 until June 2019. The data analysis technique used was a paired t-test and independent t-test. The results showed that there was an effect of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on increasing the level of VO2 Max Athlete Soedirman VII Expedition. In addition, there is the influence of Fartlek Training on the increasing level of VO2 Max Soedirman VII Expedition Athletes, and there is no significant difference in effect between High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Fartlek Training on increasing the VO2 Max level of athlete Soedirman VII expedition, with these results there is the effect of the two types of exercise on increasing VO2 Max but there was no significant difference in effect between the two, but when viewed from the percentage increase, the High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) training method showed better results.

Abstract

Pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat akibat penyebaran virus covid-19 telah mengubah olahraga di Indonesia sehingga memaksa para atlet untuk melakukan latihan mandiri di tempat tinggalnya masing-masing dengan program latihan yang dibuat oleh para pelatihnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kapasitas aerobik, aspek kelincahan, dan daya tahan otot lokal atlet pencak silat sebelum dan sesudah masa latihan mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskritptif dengan melibatkan 12 atlet pencak silat putra kategori tanding Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi penurunan signifikan pada kapasitas aerobik (p= 0.025) dan performa kelincahan (0.042) namun pada daya tahan otot lokal tidak terdapat perbedaan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terjadi penurunan pada kapasitas aerobik dan aspek kelincahan pada atlet pencak silat Kabupaten Karawang setelah masa latihan di tempat tinggalnya masing-masing akibat dari pemberlakukan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM), namun pada komponen daya tahan otot-otot lokal tidak terdapat perubahan.The sports activity of badminton and responses to changes in blood uric acid at productive age AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there was a response to changes in uric acid levels due to the physical activity of badminton. The design of this study is a quasi-experimental. The sample used in this study was eight respondents with certain criteria. Treat physical activity twice on different days with 4 measurements of uric acid levels. The method of this study is repeated measure analysis. When subjects are measured repeatedly, requiring fewer subjects per experiment, then repeated measures analysis can be used. The results showed that the treatment of badminton had a significant effect on changes in uric acid levels with a probability value of 0,038. These results were obtained by using the Greenhouse-Geisser test where the assumptions of normality and homogeneity were satisfied. From the marginal test results using pairwise comparisons, there was a significant difference in the average uric acid levels at 15 minutes after exercise and 9 hours the following day, where there was a decrease of 1.169 mg/dl. Badminton can reduce uric acid levels, which is indicated by a decrease of 0.15 mg/dl at 09.00 the next day compared to before exercise. Marginally, this decrease is not statistically significant, but regular badminton can be an option for physical activity for those who want to reduce uric acid levels.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengkajian berikut: (1) untuk menurunkan perasaan lelah pasca latihan mahasiswa UKM pencak silat Tapak Suci di UMKT, (2) melakukan analisis dan uji coba teknik efflurage dan pettrisage terhadap penurunan perasaan lelah. Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini merupakan jenis pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang aktif di UKM Tapak Suci di Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Setelah data terkumpul, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil data yang diperoleh ada pengaruh teknik efflurage terhadap perasaan lelah pada UKM Pencak Silat Tapak Suci di UMKT. Hasil data ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh teknik efflurage dan teknik petrissage terhadap penurunan perasaan lelah pasca latihan pada UKM Pencak Silat Tapak Suci di UMKT. Effect of effleurage and petrissage techniques on feeling decreased tired after training of Pencak Silat AbstractThe purpose of this study is focused on the following assessment: (1) to reduce feelings of fatigue after the exercise of Tapak Suci martial arts UKM students at UMKT, (2) to analyze and test effleurage and petrissage techniques for reducing fatigue. This type of research approach is a type of quantitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were students who were active in UKM Tapak Suci at Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan. Analysis of the data used in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. After the data is collected, the data is analyzed using regression analysis. The results of the data obtained that there is an effect of effleurage techniques on fatigue in UKM Tapak Suci Silat in UMKT. The results of this data prove that the effect of effleurage techniques and petrissage techniques on the reduction of post-training fatigue feelings in Pencak Silat Tapak Suci UKM at UMKT.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Technical approach and tactical approach to the level of futsal playing skills. This research is experimental. The population used is the futsal UKM participants in FIKES Unsoed, totaling 40 people. The sample used in this study was 40 students with a sampling technique that is a total sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used the test. The instrument used in this study was a futsal playing skills test. Data analysis techniques using t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of the practice of a technical approach to futsal playing skills with a Sig (0.002). When seen from the average pretest of 49.05 and the average posttest of 43.01, the Mean Difference figure of 6.04 is obtained, this shows a better chance of 27.25%, the effect of the tactical approach exercise on futsal playing skills stated to have an influence significant with Sig (0,000). When seen from the average pretest of 49.18 and the average posttest of 42.65, a Mean Difference figure of 6.53 was obtained, this indicates that the change is better at 29.36%. Whereas from the results of the independent-t-test it was found that there was no significant difference between the training methods of the Technical and tactic approaches in improving futsal playing skills as indicated by the Sig value (0.890). Conclusion, there is no significant difference between the effect of training using a technical approach and tactics on futsal playing skills Keywords: Tactic and Technical Approaches, Skills, Futsal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of developing sports tourism as an alternative medium for physical education learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, focus group discussion, interviews and documentation. Determination of the sample is obtained by purposive sampling technique. Validity test uses data triangulation and data analysis techniques use interactive analysis. The results of the study, 1) the development of tourism carried out are: a) the formation of working groups, b) the arrangement of hill clumps, c) cooperating with youth leaders, d) expanding the network with the community, e) utilizing social media, e) making photo spots, f) impose the price of admission, 2) supporting and inhibiting factors are: supporters: a) there is a spot where the latest photo b) free bicycle lending, c) there are places with interesting natural scenery, d) potential for the development of "down hill" bikes. The obstacles are: a) the source of funds, b) the location is far from water sources, c) the access road to the location is inadequate, d) some areas have started to be damaged, 3) this sports tourism can be developed into a medium of physical education learning because: a) students use as a camping site, b) used as an outbound place, c) encourages student independence through nature, d) fosters a culture of cooperation. Abstract

In the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, lecturers were confronted with difficulties to give a more intelligent learning model, one of which was a problem-based learning model.
