Abstract

Obesity is a serious condition that can cause emotional and social problems. A person is considered overweight if his weight is 10% to 20% over his ideal body weight, while obesity occurs when a person has more than 20% over his ideal body weight. The working area of the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) of SuakRibeewas the area with the highest incidence of obesity in West Aceh with 89 cases. This study aims to find out the relationship between the incidenceof obesity and the factor of knowledge, diet, physical activity, family history of obesity, and occupation. This study is an analytical study with cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was all women of reproductive age in the working area ofPuskesmas of SuakRibee of Johan Pahlawan District of West Aceh Regency. The sample was taken using cluster sampling method, with a total of 98 people. The data analysis technique used was correlation test. Based on the results of the correlation test,it can be concluded that there was no relationship between the incidence of obesity and knowledge (p-value = 0.113> α = 0.05).However, there was a relationship between the incidence of obesity and diet (p-value = 0.030 <α = 0.05); physical activity (p-value = 0.021 <α = 0.05); family history of obesity (p-value = 0.034 <α = 0.05);and occupation (p-value = 0.000 <α = 0.05).

Abstract

Program Indonesia sehat sebagai upaya meningkatkan kualita hidup manusia Indonesia yang diwujudkan dalam rencana strategis kementrian kesehatan 2015-2019. PT Mifa Bersaudara merupakan perusahaan bersaudara yang mulai beroperasi pada tahun 2012. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin menganalisis indeks keluarga sehat (IKS) di gampong lintasan hauling PT Mifa Bersaudara. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menghitung indeks keluarga sehat dengan populasi seluruh KK yang ada didesa Peunaga Cut Ujong yang merupakan lintasan hauling PT Mifa Bersaudara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total populasi yang berjumlah 286 KK. Penilaian IKS berdasarkan keluarga ber KB, ibu bersalin di faskes, bayi mendapat imunisasi lengkap, ASI eksklusif, balita mendapatkan pemantauan pertumbuhan, penderita TB Paru, penderita hipertensi, penderita gangguan jiwa, anggota keluarga tidak ada yang merokok, JKN, sarana air besrih, dan jamban sehat dan diukur indek keluarga sehat pada setiap gampong.Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa jumlah keluarga yang pra sehat (54,90%) dan tidak sehat (1,75%). Keluarga yang pra sehat sebagian besar penyebabnya adalah masih ada anggota keluarga yang merokok (38,11%) yang berdampak pada menderita TB (1,40%). Di Desa Peunaga Cut Ujong masih ada keluarga yang belum mempunyai jamban (2,10%). Kesimpulan IKS di desa Peunaga Cut UJong berada pada indeks keluarga pra sehat, dalam peningkatan IKS perlu adanya sinergi dengan aparat gampong, Puskesmas Meureubo. Pemerintah Daerah dan Perusahaan PT Mifa Bersaudara dalam penetapan program di bidang kesehatan. Peningkatan IKS ini dapat dilakukan dengan pembentukan kader sehat digampong guna untuk memantau kesehatan masyarakat di desa Lintasan Hauling Peunaga Cut Ujong Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Abstract

Diarrhea is a disease with changes in the shape and concentration of feces, which softens until melted, and increases the frequency of bowel movements more than normal (3 times or more a day). Data from Tanoh Manyang Village in 2014 showed the proportion of diar-rhea in infants was 12% of 144 children, in 2015 26% of 156 children, in 2016 as many as 40% of 343 children. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of maternal culture on the incidence of infectious diseases (diarrhea) in infants. The population in this study 138, with sampling using total sampilng. This type of analytic survey research with cross sectional approach, data analysis using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Chi-square test results showed that mothers 'knowledge and attitudes as well as clean and healthy life behaviors of mothers affected the incidence of diarrhea in infants (p <0.05), while the results of multivariate logistic regression tests showed that mothers' clean and healthy life behavior had a stronger influence on incidence of diarrhea in toddlers with Exp (B) value of 38, 201. Conclusions from the results of multivariate regression tests the mother's clean and healthy behavior has a strong influence on the incidence of diarrhea in infants. It is suggested that related agencies can increase health promotion in the form of counseling to the community so as to increase knowledge of clean and healthy living behavior in preventing infectious diseases, especially the incidence of diarrhea in infants.

Abstract

Sarapan pagi mampu memenuhi zat gizi anak sekolah 15-30 %, sehingga akan berpengaruh besar terhadap konsentrasi anak belajar. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan kebiasaan sarapan anak sekolah di Indoensia tergolong buruk termasuk mutu dan nilai gizi masih di bawah Angka Kecukupan Gizi (AKG). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap,tahap pertama dengan melakukan pretest pada kelompok sasaran, tahap kedua dilanjutkan dengan memberikan Komunikasi Informasi Edukasi (KIE) pada anak-anak tentang pentingnya sarapan pagi dan jenis – jenis sarapan yang tepat sebelum kesekolah. Tahapan ketiga dilanjutkan posttest tentang sarapan pagi. Hasil penilaian dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan tingkat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta meningkat sebesar 91,1, % atau 31 orang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah mendapatkan KIE adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa Sekolah Dasar tentang sarapan pagi. Kata kunci : Komunikasi, informasi, edukasi, sarapan, sehat ABSTRACT Breakfast is able to meet the nutrients of school children 15-30%, so it will have a big effect on the concentration of children studying. Various studies have shown that the breakfast habits of school children in Indonesia are classified as poor, including the quality and nutritional value which is still below the Nutritional Adequacy Ratio (RDA). The method used in this community service is carried out in three stages, the first stage is by conducting a pretest on the target group, the second stage is continued by providing Educational Information Communication (KIE) to children about the importance of breakfast and the right types of breakfast before going to school. The third stage was followed by a posttest about breakfast. The results of the assessment of service activities showed the level of increase in the knowledge of participants increased by 91.1% or 31 people. It can be concluded that after getting KIE there is an increase in the knowledge of elementary school students about breakfast. Keywords: Communication, information, education, breakfast, healthy

Abstract

Penyebaran wabah pandemi COVID-19 yang sangat cepat memberi dampak pada perekonomian dunia, termasuk di sektor pangan dan pertanian. Penurunan 1% pertumbuhan ekonomi Tiongkok di tahun 2020 bisa berdampak sekitar 0,3% terhadap perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali di Aceh. Oleh karena itu stimulus ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu alternatif yang sangat tepat dalam mengatasi masalah perekonomian masyarakat, dengan pemanfaatan komoditi lokal melalui inovasi kaldu bubuk tempe sebagai ketahanan pangan keluarga di Desa Purwodadi Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pentingnya edukasi ekonomi kreatif pada masyarakat pesisir terutama pada keluarga miskin menuju ketahanan pangan keluarga dimasa pandemi COVID 19. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan melalui pendekatan yaitu edukasi, diskusi, pelaksanaan (pelatihan atau praktek) dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini menumbuhkan jiwa kemandirian untuk membentuk Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) pada masyarakat pesisir, khususnya pada keluarga miskin, sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu upaya dalam menuju ketahanan pangan keluarga di masa pandemi COVID 19. The purpose of this activity is to provide creative economy education to coastal communities, especially poor families towards family food security during the COVID 19 pandemic. The method of activities used is through 5 approaches, namely coaching, formation, implementation, monitoring, assistance and evaluation. The result of this service is the formation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in coastal communities, especially in poor families, so that it can be one of the efforts towards family food security during the COVID 19 pandemi. Abstract

The rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the world economy, including in the food and agricultural sectors. A 1% decline in China's economic growth in 2020 could have an impact of around 0.3% on the economy in Indonesia, and Aceh is no exception. Therefore, the creative economy stimulus is one of the most appropriate alternatives in overcoming the community's economic problems, by utilizing local commodities through innovation of tempeh powder broth as family food security in Purwodadi Village, Nagan Raya Regency. The purpose of this activity is to provide the importance of creative economic education for coastal communities, especially for poor families towards family food security during the COVID 19 pandemic. The method in this activity uses the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach and the PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) method. FGD is a process involving participants (local government, MSME actors and the community) where they exchange messages in a dialogical manner within the framework of a common understanding of the social situation. The results obtained in this activity are the existence of a local business development model based on tempeh innovation that can foster a spirit of independence to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in coastal communities towards family food security during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Medium Term Development Plan 2020-2024 responsible to improve health servicesso that everyone in the country has access to basic health services. They will drive increased prevention efforts, and use technology to help do so.The percentage of pregnant women at risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency can be marked by the size of the Upper Arm Circumference of less than 23.5 cm. The purpose is to find out how Tuha Peut's capacity building is in implementing the Qanun on the prevention of Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women in Gampong Blang Sapek. Using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Observations show that some Tuha Peut still do not know the importance of preventing Chronic Energy Deficiency in accordance with Gampong Blang Sapek Qanun No 03 of 2022 because in terms of knowledge they are still lacking and the capacity of Tuha Peut Gampong Blang Sapek is still low, this is evidenced from the results of the FGD activities where Some Tuha Peuts still don't understand the Gampong Blang Sapek Qanun No. 03 concerning guidelines for the prevention and management of SEZs in pregnant women. Based on the input and process components, it shows that funds for Chronic Energy Deficiency prevention activities are still insufficient and all prevention mechanisms have not been implemented. The output component shows the activities of preventing and handling SEZs for pregnant women carried out by the village government of Blang Sapek together with tuha peut, cadres and health workers, namely mapping the status of pregnant women with the Stunting rembug program, active integrated service post, Establishment or Strengthening of the Village Nutrition House and classes for pregnant women.Keywords: Capacity Building, Tuha Peut, Qanun

Abstract

A preliminary study of 10 Alue Buloh students showed that 8 of them did not know the benefits of breakfast and the impact of not having breakfast and overall they had mistaken perceptions about proper nutritional intake for their morning activities. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of nutritional education through animated video media on breakfast behavior in elementary school children. The research design used was quasi experiment, with a pre-test and post-test design applying one group with a total sample size of 50 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The criteria were: willing to be the sample, never received counseling about breakfast, and were in good health condition Interventions were carried out at 6 times with a span of 2 months. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Dependent t test.The results showed that there was an effect of nutritional education using animated video media on knowledge with p value p(sig) = 0.000, there is an effect of nutritional education using animated video media on student attitudes, there is an effect of nutritional education using animated video media on student actions. Therefore, it is suggested that socialization and education is absolutely needed to be applied in other elementary schools through animated video media since it is very interesting and motivates good behavior change on the importance of breakfast. Abstrak: Berdasar sebuah studi pendahuluan terhadap 10 siswa di Alue Buloh menunjukkan bahwa 8 orang diantaranya tidak mengetahui manfaat sarapan dan dampak dari tidak sarapan dan secara keseluruhan mereka memiliki persepsi yang salah tentang asupan nutrisi yang tepat untuk aktivitas pagi mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan gizi melalui media video animasi terhadap perilaku sarapan pagi pada anak sekolah dasar. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu, dengan desain pre-test dan post-test apply one group dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Kriterianya adalah: bersedia menjadi sampel, tidak pernah mendapat penyuluhan tentang sarapan pagi, dan dalam keadaan sehat Intervensi dilakukan sebanyak 6 kali dengan rentang waktu 2 bulan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Dependent t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan gizi menggunakan media video animasi terhadap pengetahuan dengan p value p(sig) = 0,000, ada pengaruh pendidikan gizi menggunakan media video animasi terhadap sikap siswa, ada pengaruh pendidikan gizi menggunakan media video animasi media video animasi tentang aksi siswa. Oleh karena itu disarankan sosialisasi dan edukasi mutlak perlu diterapkan di sekolah dasar lainnya melalui media video animasi karena sangat menarik dan memotivasi perubahan perilaku yang baik tentang pentingnya sarapan pagi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pemanfaatan inovasi layanan kesehatan MobileJaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di masyarakat Kota Meulaboh. Mobile JKN adalah sebuah inovasi dalam layanan kesehatan yang memungkinkan akses informasi kesehatan dan layanan medis melalui perangkat mobile, seperti ponsel pintar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada masyarakat Kota Meulaboh yang telah menggunakan layanan Mobile JKN. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif untuk memahami sejauh mana inovasi layanan ini telah dimanfaatkan dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan inovasi layanan kesehatan Mobile JKN di Kota Meulaboh cukup signifikan. Masyarakat merespons positif kehadiran layanan ini karena memberikan kemudahan akses informasi kesehatan dan memungkinkan mereka untuk mendapatkan layanan medis lebih cepat dan efisien. Selain itu, Mobile JKN juga membantu dalam mengurangi beban administratif dan biaya yang terkait dengan layanan kesehatan secara manual Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemanfaatan inovasi ini, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi di beberapa wilayah, kurangnya literasi digital di kalangan tertentu, dan kekhawatiran terkait privasi dan keamanan data kesehatan berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disarankan agar pemerintah dan penyedia layanan kesehatan terus meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi dan pelatihan literasi digital di masyarakat. Selain itu, perlindungan data dan privasi harus diutamakan untuk memastikan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan Mobile JKN.
